I don’t see the point in it. The original guys can’t go anymore, and putting nWo shirts on new guys would come off as a weak retread.

Wrestling fans have this weird rehash fascination where every stable should become the NWO, every black team should reform the Nation of Domination, anyone or team wearing red, white and blue should become Team Angle and be managed by Kurt etc. Apparently it wasn’t good enough the first time so they want it redone in a worse way just so they can appreciate the original, that’s just what I assume anyway 🤷🏽♂️

If they could build a nWo of young guys, make them a credible threat and freaking stick with it for cripesakes. Have Hogan,Hall, and Nash pulling the strings. People love the nWo too much for them to be heels now, though. And I'm sure they'd do or say something that would kick the social media hive, and Hogan just got back in good graces. 1996 was just a different time altogether. If they actually did have a match, I can't picture it against anyone but D-X,and it would go like Old Man Herbert fighting that old Nazi on Family Guy.

Apparently the nWo stuff that Hogan, Hall, and Nash filmed has NOTHING to do with WWE, they went into business for themselves and are using the nWo gimmick for a big non-WWE show scheduled for next year, and according to the Internet, Vince is pissed.

I wonder if he will take legal action. Vince owns the NWO trademark.

They did which was stupid.

When is Vinnie Mac not pissed lol? He apparently threw a huge tantrum over Velveteen's tights at Takeover.

I don't think he'll take any legal action unless he really wants to try and prove a point, but he'd burn three major bridges in the process. Hall, Nash, and Waltman all use the nWo gimmick at Indy shows including logos and the theme music.....but they've never filmed vignettes or done major promotion like what it seems they will be doing for whatever show they are getting ready for. I believe this will be the first usage of Hollywood Hogan at an Indy. We'll see what happens.
