WALTER. Nobody else comes close at the moment for me.
Jeff Cobb is up there but they have already passed on him once so I don’t know that it will happen.

Honestly I would love both the Guerillas of Destiny, only because I reallly want a heel Samoan faction.

None. WWE doesn't know how to write television or create new stars at the main roster level, no indy wrestler should go unless they're in desperate need of a cash grab.

NXT doesn’t need the main roster. Triple H turned it into something truly special. Anyone that comes in I would keep in NXT. SERIOUSLY. If anything, there's quite a few talents who would benefit from getting to go to NXT from Smackdown/RAW. It's the third brand, by God.

No matter what Trips or anybody else says, NXT is a developmental brand with an audience limited to WWE Network subscribers, many of whom don't even watch NXT (Or 205 Live or the special tournaments. They just subscribe for the PPVs). The whole point of wrestling in NXT is to impress the brass and get called up so you can appear on the main roster TV shows.

I understand that business-wise, but it's ridiculous how poorly many of those call-ups are being presented. They're not even being presented as rookies having a rough go of it in a new place. They just lose without rhyme or reason or go unused altogether. It's ridiculous that NXT has the better booking, but doesn't turn a profit. I'm sorry, but there has to be a point where the money barely justifies the humiliation of being seen as a failure by your peers and the fans. No one should be thinking ill of enhancement talents, but they do. The only reason I can cope with the chronic pain wrestling left me with, is knowing that I wrestled well and made people respect what I was doing. What I did made sense.

I think a solution is to call up some of the bookers/writers from NXT to the main roster along with the wrestlers. They obviously have a better idea how to create a consistently entertaining product than the main roster writers.

Because God forbid we hire some damn writers who understand how the Hell wrestling is supposed to work. I agree with you, but damn it I'm mad as Hell.

Kenny Omega by an absolute mile, although I do think Marty Scurll would be great in the WWE. Has such good personality, has the look, and can go in the ring.

He has been writing for the main roster for the last year or two.
