I recently got a Ministry Undertaker bendem MOC, and comparing it to my old Goldust and Brian Christopher bendems, it is considerably shorter.
Did height always vary, or was there a point where they began making them smaller? Thanks.

JusToys had Bend-Ems and Micro Bend-Ems. Check this topic.

I am not sure if they are shorter, but the later series of the line seemed to be thinner, especially in the legs. The Hardy's have legs made similar to Sunny.

Around series 10 the figures started to get thinner. However it was series 12 when the figures started to get shorter as well. The funny think about that was Big Show, who should have been the biggest bend em to date, was in series 12. The figures slightly changed again in series 14 with Jericho, the Hardy’s and the Rock. These figures where long and lanky. This style carried over to the final EXTREMELY rare series 15.

Well the biggest should be El Gigante; ok, released by PlayWell but on the figure itself it's stamped Just Toys just like the other WCW Bend-ems.
