It’s often been said that these covers have nothing to do with upcoming figures but this kinda blows that theory open.

The drawing really got the shape of Micks body right. Looks a lot better than the final figure product. Here’s to hoping they make that Davey Boy Smith.

They should of given us Dude Love with tie dye cloth shirt instead of another Balor in EG.

Yeah, because the Entrance Greats budget affects the Elite line... I think he meant put dude in that eg slot. Elites are $25, EG are up to $30, would people really pay $5 extra for a cloth shirt? I know with the U.K. price tag of £33, people wouldn’t be happy paying £13 more just for a cloth shirt. |

If Mattel does it,it’s omg 5$ for a cloth shirt. If the figure is 20$, they’ll spend 5$ on some site for a cloth shirt and it’s ok. |

Dude Love’s look is pretty much the same all the time so it’s not really a stretch that this guy got it right. As far as having to change it for the Mattel release...who cares? Seems like this guy wants credit or a pat on the back for a figure that came out. Are these covers even a thing? Because I haven’t seen 12 year old post on in awhile claiming they had inside knowledge haha |

The EG figures are just regular Elites though (...sometimes even less) with a music stand, so we wouldn't have got a cloth tie-dye shirt anyway. If we'd have had an EG Dude Love it would probably have been exactly the same figure, just with a music stand (and in fancy packaging)... |
