It's been a while since I've actually posted on here, but having just set these up not too long ago, I wanted to share. Forgive me if this isn't the place...I'll move it if need be. Listening to Major Wrestling Figure Podcast has got me thinking about Hasbros and recently I just got these out of storage and gave them a place of honor in my collection, so I figured I'd share. My best friend Chris was a big WWF fan growing up and was into the Hasbros. As we got to be friends, wrestling became one of the things we bonded over, so I'd go over to his house a ton and play with his wrestling figures. We'd lay out our PPVs and have some crazy matches when I'd stay over and these were always just pure fun for us. Unfortunately, a few years ago, my friend committed suicide. It's been hard without him, but looking back at stuff like this just makes me smile. His sister found these (still in the Ninja Turtles zip bag that they used to be kept in) and said she wanted me to have them. Now they're in a place of honor in my collection. I've actually considered trying to track down a few of the ones that I know that he wanted and add them to the collection, but I haven't fully pulled that trigger yet. One day, though, Razor, the Steiners, and that third member of Demolition (maybe some of you can tell me which one I'm missing...I haven't sat down to figure it out yet, sadly) will sit alongside these guys. Anyway, here they are:

Very sorry to hear about your friend; I can’t imagine how intense his loss is to all who knew him. I love the idea of you caring for his collection as a kind of tribute to him - so good of his sister to think of you when she found them.
The Demolition member missing there is Ax; he and Smash were released as singles in the first series before Smash got re-released with Crush in a tag team set - seems your friend got that tag set, which was out at the same time as the Rockers and the Bushwhackers. The Demolition tag set also came with helmets for both Smash and Crush, I don’t know if they made it to you as well? Million Dollar Man also had the Million Dollar belt, that Brutus had red shears, and Ricky Steamboat had yellow wings, but some of these accessories are easily lost sadly.

I'd leave it as it is. No need to mix them up or "complete" anything. Just my 2 cents. Suicide sucks btw. The best way to honor those people is by simply doing it better. Not ment to be rude, the contrary is the case. Just do your best, celebrate life and make your life as great as it can be.

Makes those figures mean so much more. Sorry for your loss, but you are keeping his spirit alive every time you see this collection.

this is a really cool tribute to your friend, and I am truly sorry to hear about your loss. Suicide is rough, lost a few myself that way.
