So, I saw on social media that this was the night wrestling died. What on earth happened? I made it a point not to watch WWE segments that don't involve AJ Styles, Becky Lynch, and Alexa Bliss. So, I tend to completly tune out raw and just search for youtube clips.
Was it because I heard Cody defended the IWGP US title in a game of rock papers scissors?
If it died, certainly the EC Show revived it. That stuff was pure gold.

Worst RAW ever? Hmm I've only seen half the show so far but it was already looking lame, bland, pointless & boring as hell lol.

Since the end of the Attitude Era, Monday Night Wars and Ruthless Aggression Era, people have crapped on RAW for years but I've really enjoyed 2011/12/13/14/15/16 tbh. Way better than 2007/08/09 imo.
I must admit since late 016 , it's been a major struggle to watch RAW live and I barely have time to anyways. At least SD is usually good.

Yeah, it was boring. But to claim it's "the night wrestling died" is beyond stupid. Far too many are over dramatic nowadays.

I havent watched the show cause i work, but after listening to Solomonster do a special Sound Off Extra about RAW, im not even gonna bother watching the highlights on YouTube. I gotta say, i used to say that people who constantly complain about WWE should stop watching, but i sorta understand why they still do. Some do it cause they do podcasts on wrestling, so they technically have to watch. Some continue to watch no matter how bad it does because they're that loyal of a wrestling fan. WWE knows that they have a loyal fanbase no matter what, so they take advantage of that with their product.

Gotta' be honest, some weeks I feel like I'm watching hoping for a flash of the past brilliance. I try not to complain too much because even at its worst, the WWE is still better than the Voice. Most weeks there are enough high points to make it worth it. Sometimes though, they put on a show that is so uninspired I can't help myself. Last night was bad.

Gotta be honest, I didn’t necessarily think this weeks raw was the worst ever. I remember many worse ones imo. I did find it to be very boring however. Corbin being the lead heel at the moment sucks. The guy just isn’t a top guy. Mid card heel is fine and serviceable, but not a main event guy.

Reports are that Braun might not be healthy enough for TLC. So they are setting up a multi man match to help carry the workload. That would explain the beat downs to Elias & Finn.

If you check WWE's YouTube page, RAW always gets multiple matches/segments with over 1 million plus views within hours. A lot of times it hits 2/3 or 4+ million views.
Last time I checked there wasn't a single clip with even a million views yet. RAW must have been that bad and forgettable hahaa.

This weeks RAW makes me never want to go to WWE. I'm planning on starting wrestling training next year, ultimately my goal is to be in WWE one day, but god that RAW really put me off. Honestly, a child could have written a better RAW than this, especially that Bliss segment, are they just going to ignore the fact that Dana Brooke teamed with Sasha & Bayley 2 days ago at Starcade? and now she's on RAW teaming with her opponents against her 'friends' with no logic behind or reasoning behind it? Can they shove Corporate Corbin down our throats any more? Hopefully next week they bounce back form this atrocity.
And yes, in 10-15 years if i make it to WWE, you can dig up this post and use it against me...

While I think this RAW had a lot of problems, and most of it didn't really work, I wouldn't consider it to be one of the worst RAWs of this year alone, let alone of all time.
What worked: - Baron Corbin/Braun Strowman/Lashley/Elias promo was solid. Elias continued to be a solid comedy act. - Alexa Bliss being put in charge of the Women's Division. While in the past I have been very critical of Alexa Bliss' booking as champion, now that she's no longer champion I've finally been able to start enjoying her work. Having her in charge of the division while on the sidelines opens up a lot of possibilities. - Dean Ambrose segment was okay. - Ember Moon picking up a win was good. Having Curt Hawkins celebrating her win like the B-Team was actually pretty funny. - No Way Jose finally showed up again. I feel like I haven't seen him on RAW in months.
What didn't work: - I'll say that I honestly didn't have a problem with the way Nia Jax performed her promo. Granted I didn't watch the full thing, given that I watch RAW/SDL clips on YouTube rather than the full show. But what I do have a problem with is the way that she's being written. Mark Henry put forth a really good argument recently, I think. He said that Nia should not written to be smiling and singing like she has been doing for the past week. She should be intimidating and not behaving like a goofy idiot. Essentially, she should be presented the way she was for the majority of 2017, but better. - That Sasha/Bayley/Alexa promo was going well, until Bayley's closing line. That line was not only poorly written, but poorly performed by Bayley. They need to either announce the women's tag team titles soon, or give Sasha/Bayley some good material to work with. They've not done anything noteworthy in months in terms of storylines, and they're so much better than that. - Dolph Ziggler answering Seth Rollins' Open Challenge was a big letdown in multiple ways. Firstly, Dolph Ziggler has not been interesting in a good couple of years now. Secondly, they had a lengthy feud over the title just a matter of months ago. - Finn Balor deserves so much better. He should be in the main event, but just like Bobby Roode, he's fallen so far. I can't see him making his way back up to the position he used to be in. - The entire tag team division is a joke.

After rewatching Raw from Monday 11/26, I really hope Alexa Bliss can do something with the women's division.
Some hints: 1) Ronda Rousey needs a lot of help on the mic. 2) Nia Jax is boring. She doesn't need to talk for longer than 10 seconds. I think everybody in the crowd fell asleep. 3) Natalya runs like she has a corn cob stuck somewhere. 4) Ronda Rousey's hip toss is equivalent to Brock Lesnar's suplex. Boring and overused! 5) The Riott squad should continue kicking the crap out of Natalya for as long as possible.

Had multiple points to either help elevate someone or have guys make an impact, but just had 3 guys kill all the over peoples momentum. This company is obsessed with heat. Why let the baby faces go over for once. Sasha and Bayley went over...after three people attacked them from behind because...reasons? I don’t know how they’re so beloved (and consequently shoved down our throats) when neither of them can carry a segment or a match with a goddamn bucket anymore. Would you worry about staying at the top of your game when you know you're just gonna be fed to Charlotte, Ronda, asuka, or the stupid ass riott squad? Nope.

Riott Squad are only three of the best female workers in the company with undeniable amounts of chemistry. Sarah Logan is ok. Liv is average at best. Yeah, ruby is good. Ruby is also the only one of the 3 that has any charisma. The other 2 have been treated as jobbers basically since debut. Liv also looks so lost and out of place in that role. There is more to being good than being able to wrestle. And ruby is the only one of the 3 that fits the bill.

Haven't read a single good report about this Raw, gladly skipped it. Watched a couple of highlights on YouTube and that was it.
