In my opinion, if I had to guess just which wrestlers are ready for the main roster especially in NXT or NXT UK:
Aleister Black
Velveteen Dream
Kairi Sane
Pete Dunne
Rhea Ripley

I honestly don’t picture many of the UK guys transferring over to the main roster of WWE. I wouldn’t be to keen on leaving my home country to job or not even be used when I could wrestle for the same exact company in NXT and do what I love

I mean if the NXT UK guys want to become more mainstream to the audience then transitioning to the main roster should be the goal especially if you want to be the best to fight the best then what better way to prove that than by doing it on the main roster on RAW or Smackdown Live?
Same goes for the talent who are still in NXT as well; it is only a matter of time before they get called up anyway

They should put the whole company behind Velenteen Dream. He is their next big megastar... I can only assume they are keeping it slow with him so they get it right.

Even if Velveteen does stay in NXT then by all means it actually helps him more than it hurts him but on the main roster I actually think he could become a much bigger star. It all depends on which show they put him on...if they put him on RAW he will get lost in the shuffle whereas if they put him on Smackdown Live they actually can have him become that star we all know he can be. Same goes for Aleister Black if he stays in NXT it really doesn't hurt him but helps him more but on the main roster he would actually be a bigger deal all depending on where he would end up. If he is on RAW he will most likely be treated like an afterthought whereas on Smackdown Live he would actually be near his real life wife Zelina Vega.

Probably 95% of the top NXT acts are RAW/SD ready.

There's plenty that could go. But I think RAW & SD have more than enough talent at the moment. They just need to shuffle some talent between shows and swap a few faces and heels to freshen things up. Adding someone from NXT won't solve that. Johnny Gargano recently said... If anything, WWE would be wise to beef up NXT a bit. Continue to add some new talent as always. But also maybe add some WWE talent that would be better suited in NXT. If nothing else, in a way to make sure they stay above the competition. |

I love Dream, but Vince and the casual fan will never get behind him. Look at Breeze. I want noting more than for him to be a megastar, but this is WWE we're talking about.

Ae better than anyone and I mean anyone who is on the main roster. the problem though is when they go to the main roster they will be micro managed and overexposed so much that they will lose what makes them special in NXT.
