Exactly. How dare you people discuss wrestling figures on the forums at wrestlingfigs.com? The nerve. I mean they weren’t allowed to carry the figures/sell them at the same cost as everyone else so they don’t carry them. It’s ringside’s Forum and they don’t want them discussed here. Honestly don’t know why people continue to do it. To be honest the figures are trash too. So many people complain about them breaking right out of the box, loose limbs, can’t stand up, and they just delete the comments. They are a trash product. Seriously, they're absolute trash in my opinion. For those curious, just watch Tommy Toy Travels reviews on them, and be thankful you didn't spend money on them.

We cant talk about the series here, but calling these figs trash ? I have all of tge collection, never had problem with the quality of the figs, they put a lot of works in the entrance attire, a lots of details. Maybe the prices are high, but if you want that kind of details, you have to pay for it, and they a rare, becsuse they are exclusives. forum.wrestlingfigs.com/thread/335198/topics-ftc-linesI know it's in a different board, but the rule applies here as well. Please keep this thread about Mattel figures only. Thanks.

This forum is ridiculous. How did this turn from “hey, I finished this group! That’s cool!” to everyone trashing Zach Ryder and narcing on this guy for having a non-Mattel figure barely sticking its head up in the background?

Because sadly this is the state of Wrestlingfigs in the “Store Exclusive era”. People have forgotten couthiness and politeness and become miserable angry dicks about everything. I have a feeling it’s going to be going on for quite a while longer and we’ll be seeing half the threads with a little lock icon on the front page for the foreseeable future unfortunately.

But when you see people trying to sell a Pete Dunne figure on Ebay for $75 to $100, I can understand the anger. The limited release of these figures is bringing out all the loathsome greedy little scalpers and it's gross. I hope it all works out in the end, with people getting the figures they want to buy, and not from some sleazebag scalper. But it's obvious lots of folks seem to be worried they will miss out. And Zack Ryder should be a little more sympathetic to fellow collectors who endure countless fruitless hunts, but it seems he thinks the rarer figure, the better. Not to me.

That's never the goal, but sometimes it has to be done when a thread is no longer deemed salvageable. I'd like to think there's something to be had here, what with the OP completing his set of Sanity and all. That's no small feat, so kudos to him. It certainly wouldn't hurt if the group had more of a presence on WWE TV, but obviously that's not why so many feel disillusioned around here as of late. My hope is that those feelings will eventually subside. I can't stress enough the importance of everyone doing their part to rid the board of would-be troublemakers; that includes learning how to report and/or ignore trolls until the admins get a hold of them. They look great together! Just wish they were easier to assemble. Hopefully Mattel releases them in Battlepacks soon.

I don't mind stopping in stores looking for the figures frequently but guys looking to scalp them beating me there is so frustrating. Something Ryder said that really annoyed me was that Matty Collector tried to give us exclusive figures and it failed because we did not buy the figures. I think that the popularity of the line is far greater today then it was back when they first attempted it. I would love it if after a long period of time where these store exclusives have been out, that they moved them to Ringside. I would pay 35 to 40 for each of these and be forced to wait for months after they initially hit the stores. Paying the $100 plus hurts.

I would love if after a few months maybe 6 months from when exclusive starts showing up in stores, that either Ringside or wweshop were able to sell the exclusives online. It would allow people to know that they will at least have a shot to avoid scalper prices.
