Here's a few of my favorites, excluding t shirts:
Both HTM jumpsuits are expertly done in the sense that they don't look too baggy as some 1/12-10 scale clothing can be. The inclusion of a belt either way would bring it over the top but I have mine displayed with the IC title, so no worries.
The Defining Moments WM III Savage robe is spectacular. In fact most of the Defining Moments soft goods were fantastic from the Rock's shirt and pants to WM VII Macho Man's jacket and the first release John Cena's jersey
In addition, all of the Ric Flair robes are stunning for the same reason as HTM: They scale well without looking goofy and the detail is immaculate. Special mention goes to the WM 24 robe, easily in the top 5 Mattel soft goods.
Some of the other robes Mattel has done (New Gen Goldust, Rick Rude, 2010 Daniel Bryan) deserve praise as well in their own ways.
Both the Legends 3 Bulldog vest and DM Bret Hart jacket stand as some of the best, as the DM Bret is my all time favorite Elite of the Hitman (Not counting the Ultimate as it's its own line). The zipper detail brings them over the top.
Speaking of Ultimate Edition, the Halloween Havoc '98 Warrior jacket looks absolutely phenomenal in hand. It pops on a shelf and makes it worth its asking price.
I could probably name more but these are all standouts to me.
