I heard the official street date is exactly 3:14 PM on December 23. Mass market action figures still do not carry firm street dates. They don’t carry firm street dates, but if a store is instructed to not put the stock out till a certain day or after a reset...it’s technically street dated by the store. Right, but figures aren't shipped out with a promised street date everyone seems to be looking for, in the same vein as say Blu-rays or video games.

That’s not entirely true some ML, all DC movie toys and plenty of SW wave have been street dated by the toy companies in the past. But other that the Jan 1 2010 no Mattel WWE figure has ever been street dated by Mattel.

Exactly. NWO Hogan is a ING LICENSE TO PRINT MONEY! You think they are holding out on us for some reason? You think they wouldn't give us that unless there was a reason they couldn't? Hogan is such a big deal. Unless it is close to a big reveal show, they wouldn't hold out. Say they get permission Tomorrow, they will make a huge announcement on here with a week. If it happened anytime between now and early January they would spill the beans almost instantly. Maybe not if it was near Toyfair. Maybe not if it was near Mania weekend. But if it was after Mania or after Toyfair. Within the week. The reason they can't be completely transparent is because a major major corporation can't let every detail out there. I ASSUME there is something between Storm and Hogan now (And it MAY be ending soon due to them releasing so many Hogans so close together and moving on to Japanese wrestlers) but I don't know if that's the case. But I am sure Bill and AFA can't say why. It's one of those things that has to stay within the company and the parties involved. Yesir. HH is gonna a big deal when it gets released (I do not condone his actions that he decided to make in his personal life). It has to be at a SDCC where they can execute the reveal to its maximum potential. Some people just don’t understand that it’s complicated for a company like Mattel to start marketing and branding Hogan. Btw the attire they showed originally looked awful. They should of just done Starcade 97 or the attire from the match with Goldberg on Nitro. And a 3 pack NWO would look nice in a package. The thing was, weren't their rights issues where they would have to pay the artist that did the art on the shirts or the boots or something like that? I thought that was a hurdle in getting some of that.

Quick Threadjack...Hasbro has been absolutely SPOILING us with Marvel Legends they've been releasing since Summer...and they've only released one regular wave (all MCU figures) since the beginning of fall. It is a beautiful and expensive time to be a ML collector!

and people wonder why store employees "wont help" or when they go into a store yelling about brickseek inventory levels they get turned away or told "im not going to the back to look for you". this kind of crap. this guy goes into a walmart and asks a manager about when they are going to get a series of ing wrestling figure toys in and im sure he was completely level headed and normal about it too...

"I love you for that."For real, though - some of you have never worked a day of retail in your life, and it shows.

Ran in one today. Even though BS had 6+ with inventory, only E68 Brie on the pegs, no E70 nor Survivor Series sets to get. Looked like they were unpacking some other toys, they usually do stocking Monday's so might have been early.
