Warrior was a good choice. I wasn’t really excited for that wCW version but it was a great figure
Can’t fault them with doing Ronda. She is/was a huge name and it was really her first ring gear Elite style figure
Bret Hart - great pick. I personally don’t love the actual figure but good pick anyway
Nakamura - horrible choice. If it had to be current roster at least go with Seth, Mysterio, Jeff Hardy, Cena even. Nakamura has no business in this line IMO
Triple H - great looking figure, nice pick
Finn- IMO didn’t need yet another demon figure that looks almost like the last 3. It hasn’t hit Target in my area so I can’t say it’s warming but I have a feeling it might. I hope I’m wrong.
Shawn - great pick
Brock - really? And no cloth track pants? The same old heads and the same boring ass black shorts and beanie that we’ve gotten plenty of times already.
Flair - great pick
Becky Lynch - if they change the horrible scan that she has now it has potential to be a great figure. I hope they do an actual wrestling outfit with a cloth The Man shirt. That way they can make people buy E72 for the leather jacket if they want it. Because other than that that figure sucks
Hopefully Macho or Razor will follow and Seth or Cena or Hardy for the currents

I understand that wave 5 will include Flair and Becky. Have any proto images been shown at any point?

I just cant get over the torsos. They look hideous. I bought Ronda because the womens torso doesnt look that drastic (although I hate the toe articulation) but the mens torsos are just....awful looking

They’ll be major names that a lot of people will want. Nakamura is by far the worst choice so far, based on previous warming and position in the company/card. Albeit the IC Champ currently. Already warming pretty hard around me. I don’t think Brock is a great choice either, I don’t know what there is to do with him to make it appealing with extra accessories and whatnot, but because it’s Brock maybe he won’t warm. Hasn’t had too many figures recently. The other current choices are fine IMO.

@kyoken Actually, I’ll take that back as far as wanting the ‘98 Sting as a ultimate edition. I just want it as an elite. As we as the surfer Sting goes, the attires so far have been good in my opinion. It’s the bad selection of parts and ridiculous head sizes that make them look bad. Mattel needs to start using the Austin torso, Dolph Ziggler legs and give him a soft goods jacket even if it looks bad. I’d rather have something that looks similar to macho’s jacket than the weird looking rubber jacket. I really wish they could redo the bash at the beach attire or another one from that era. The head on that figure is way out of scale. I'm sure Bill said that Sting's jacket couldn't be soft-goods due to health and safety reasons (because of the tassels)...

SteveHulk it had to do with the size of the tassels. Bill would have to retool them and make them thinner which would not pass safety hazard regulations. That and I believe something with the removal of the epaulets. I don’t mind them having the same size tassels as macho man, which is what I was stating before.

Should continue but Mattel need to get rid of that hiderous torso articulation. Much prefer the elite torsos imo...

Actually Mattel wanted the collectors to have highly articulated figures but they accidentally had disastrous engineering. Like Marvel legends power rangers wave they should have reverse ab crunch with soft plastic upper chest mold for a highly mobile diaphragmatic joint. Plus they should have introduced butterfly joints but they completely botched the line. I think they should re engineer the torso of the figures.

I'm buying every single one of these figures in the line.

I honestly wasn't paying attention, but how many months were between the waves? Every 3?

I'm hoping we get some more legends. 94-96 Undertaker, Early 90's Macho Man, Razor Ramon, Diesel ect.
I picked up The Bret Hart and I love it. I don't display it without the Jacket cause I hate the torsos on the Ultimate Figures but I love that Figure. The attire choice was def. one of my favorites from Mattel so far.

Some of the choices have been very uninspiring. Personally Warrior & HHH have been the picks for me so far. I bought Balor because I said I would get every Demon figure released and I will be.....
Lots of folks excited about Flair...but honestly? Unless He features another head that makes him 90s too and is in an attire that We haven't seen from Mattel or Jakks? I'm not really interested.

Yeah I'd like another of that belt without having to pay eBay prices to get a second Ron Simmons figure. Screw it, I really want a 1994 era Flair with the Vader era WCW Title and the purple/light purple gear.

I already have money invested thinking Lynch will be the WM 35 attire, with the same jacket assembly as Ronda (plastic w/ swappable arms). So let it be that look. I'd even buy a second MOC if so.
