This is something it seems like this board will never comprehend. Mattel has five self-identified "Power Brands" (Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher-Price, American Girl, and Thomas & Friends) that supersede everything else they do from a financial/earnings point of view. If one were to pull up Mattel's annual financial statements, they'd see a full break down of profit and loss for each of those five brands, each with their own subcategories. Everything else under Mattel's banner, WWE included, falls under the "Entertainment" catch-all category (which, for perspective, also includes such perceptive slam dunk earners such as Minecraft, Toy Story, games, and puzzles). Hot Wheels and Barbie each pull enough in a single fiscal year to warrant their share of Mattel's total revenue being explicitly stated on its annual reports. Comparatively, WWE is a drop in the bucket next to those two titans. Don't forget that there are different lines of Hot Wheels cars that have different price points than the $1 car. Yep. Each of the power brands has several sub-categories.

Barbie and Hot Wheels are Mattel's top 2 brands. WWE might not even be in their top 5 brands/licenses. This is something it seems like this board will never comprehend. Mattel has five self-identified "Power Brands" (Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher-Price, American Girl, and Thomas & Friends) that supersede everything else they do from a financial/earnings point of view. Comparatively, WWE is a drop in the bucket next to those two titans. Why has Barbie been around for over 60 years? Because Mattel has sold over a billion Barbie dolls. A billion. Big B. A one with nine zeros behind it. How does a giant ass dump bin of Hot Wheels get emptied out in days? Because everyone from 1-100 likes little metal cars. It's almost like people here don't realize the world is much bigger than the scope of their neighborhood or that because they don't collect something or like something it can't be popular or shouldn't be popular. I was involved in a discussion last night (not here) with a fella who though it was just awful that the publishing machine ran on romance fuel. Who gives a damn if something you don't consume is the biggest seller? Let it be the biggest, because all your sci-fi and fantasy books are published because the revenue generated from romance novels makes it worthwhile for publishers to take chances on niche stuff.

Found some more Elite 73 today with no Peyton.
I have also found Elite 72 quite frequently. Who is the other figure two per case to go with the two Reys when Monsoon isn’t in the case?

I believe Goldust is correct. I've run into two Targets that had recently gotten cases of E72 and both had two Reys and two Dreams. Wal-Mart seems to get two Reys with the Monsoon cases.

There was a poster on here one time who said he couldnt understand how Mattel can release toy cars for $1 but cannot do the same for championship belts for figures.

Distribution is all jacked up. The one here has got 2 cases of elite 69 since Christmas but neither had the Target exclusives. So it’s not just 73 messed up. This Target has a case of 73 right before Christmas with no exclusive and never received 71.

My local Targets are garbage and finding these Collectors Editions are a big pain in the ass and car fair (gas for those who drive depending on the state you live in). I've only been lucky twice with Dunne & Wolfe and plus I've only seen NXT Takeover Elite Series 4 once thanks to my wife for the assist flagging down an employee. Targets need to get their crap together this year, if Wal-Mart can sell their store exclusive Collectors Edition on their website why not Target.

I had to roll an entire cart full of stolen/repack elites to my Targets AP office today. Luckily they trashed the majority of them.
