Do you defend EVERYTHING wwe does? Hes right though. What did they lose? A chance to push someone else? Someone they wouldnt have pushed anyway? Yes a chance to push someone else.

But we know from experience they weren't gonna push whoever you wish it was. Ziggler, cesaro, owens, rusev, gable, mojo, who ever. They would have put the belt on Roman, seth, or brock. At least jinder got a push. At least someone did.

eh, wwf was founded on Vince McMahon stabbing all his father’s friends and fellow promoters while he exploited the business that others had built. integrity was never really the focal point. Vince turned into a pimp when he went public with the company. He's done more to kill this his business than he ever did before. nah, going public was just another step in his monopolization.

LOL WWE didn't lose anything. They are still doing what they are doing. Do you defend EVERYTHING wwe does? No. But like it was said. Ok. You tell me what did the WWE lose? A push for someone else? Sorry that the historic reign of Jinder ruined your life. At least it wasn't Roman.

His character change and shortcut to the main event wasn't as successful as JBL's reign. Plus Jinder sucked as a wrestler and his matches were very stale.

Being Indian myself, I loved seeing Jinder as champ and found it hilarious how long his run was but the company really didn’t sacrifice anything. Randy Orton’s still in a top place in the company, Nakamura went on to win the 2018 Royal Rumble but his overall booking in WWE hasn’t been the best anyway. Corbin is one of the most hated heels in the last year or 2 and Bray Wyatt is currently having his best run. So in the long run, Jinder’s run didn’t really hurt anybody within the company.

I don't really think it hurt anyone. I mean no one benifited from it including Jinder himself. The whole reason they made him champion was to bump sales for the India tour than never ended up being cancelled.
I was a fan of his title reign, its nice not to see Rollins, Reigns, Goldberg and Lesnar hold it down. Jinders reign was fun just because it felt like the belt could be taken by anyone on the roster.

He should have been built up to that level to become world champion.

Jinder Mahal has a great look. That is where it ends for him.

Just look at where he was before he won the title, and where he was after he lost it. He is the only top champion (WWE, Universal or World Title) that after losing the title, disappeared into nothing. He had a pathetic reign as US champion, and then became lucky if he appears on TV. That pretty much tells the value they ended up seeing in him, after putting the title on him. The only entertaining thing of his reign, was when the Singh brother would interfere and get tossed around by Mahal's opponent.

"WWE, please book less guys like Roman Reigns, give new guys a chance!" *WWE pushes Jinder Mahal* "NO! DON'T PUSH HIM!"
now his rise to get there wasn't perfect, but when he was there as the heel champion, it worked decently (not amazingly, but decently)

At least jinder got a push. At least someone did. We only like the idea of pushing new guys. We don’t like when they actually do it. Maybe if they actually got behind someone new that the fans cared about and gave them a serious push, people would like it. People were behind Dolph for years, and despite being over big by 2012, was only given the MITB because Barrett got hurt. He was an afterthought with the case, and after winning the title, had no confidence from Vince even before his concussion. Ambrose was the hottest face in the WWE from 2014-2015, yet played jobber to the stars despite carrying two top feuds into WM32. Despite the fans being behind him, he only got the title because Roman was busted on a drug test. Then As soon as they split the brands, him and Dolph were playing third wheels to Cena/AJ and Orton/Lesnar despite feuding over the top title on the company. It took less than 6 months after debuting on the main roster for Bray to become the biggest heel in the company. And despite fans being behind him, he jobbed to Cena and fell to the wayside for years. When he finally did get the title, he dropped it weeks later in favor of Orton doing the job to a jobber. Just 2 years ago, Rusev was the top merch seller in the company and over like crazy. Yet despite this he had one throw away WWE Title match and was dropped down the card for no reason what so ever. These are only a few examples, but sure, let’s blame the fans for the WWE not fully getting behind the “new” stars we want to see get a push. We literally tell them who we want to see pushed, and they give us Jinder friggin Mahal instead; someone who was a legit jobber weeks before winning the title. Fans want new stars. When the WWE finally gives in, its always half-a**ed if it’s not who Vince wants.

The week before he was put in and one the number one contender match, he nearly injured Finn Balor on Raw, and then lost basically a squash to Mojo on Smackdown.

Plus he wasn’t even booked well as champion. The stuff he did with Nakamura and the racist jokes was awful! Thank God the plan for Mahal vs Cena at WM 34 was scrapped!

What happened with Shinsuke Nakamura was inevitble.
WWE will never push a Japanese wrestler as the face of the company and the top attraction.
