That was a hell of a match,in no way shape or form the greatest match ever but surely a top ten match of the year in WWE and I might go as far as to give it 4 1/2 and maybe could have be 5 in front of and actual crowd.Like them doing other finishing moves and pull off moves that they've really never done before. Also like the little added stuff of a few different camera angles, the nod to Fink and the old school referee outfit.Good job all around.

Good god no,he's signed up for like three or four years and has agreed to wrestle at least 5 matches per year.Even if he really got hurt with a triceps injury and is out for 8 months or so he'll be back.Clearly really can still go in the ring and looks great just has had the injury bug for the bulk of his career dating back all the way to ''03 where he's pretty much missed in ring time every year that he was active from then moving forward baring I think 2006.

So, like, is that it for Edge? I doubt it. I'm thinking they have another match where Edge wins. He signed on for like 50 appearances over the next year or two. I'm hoping that they all arent promos and not matches.

I really liked McIntyre vs Lashley, but the right match was the main event. Best Orton match in a long time, and Edge looked like a million bucks.
Besides the bright lighting I had no complaints with that main event. Like I said, I love how Orton had to resort to a cheap shot and a banned move to finish it. Made him look like a d*ck and kept Edge looking strong.
Asuka match was good till the double countout.
As I said earlier, all cinematic matches are dumb, but they can still be entertaining. That one made me smile, so I’ll take it.
Women’s tag was fine.
Strowman vs Miz/Morrison was good. Been impressed with Morrison lately.
Sheamus vs Jeff was okay. Jeff didn’t seem with it. Kinda sloppy in spots.
Apollo vs Andrade was good.
Overall, there was some highs and some mehs, but I enjoyed myself.

Truly nothing can live up to the tagline of "The Greatest Wrestling Match Ever", but my god was that close. A fantastic match all round and the presentation before, during and after the match was the icing on the cake. Loved all of the homages to other competitors, and even though the crowd noise was fake it still made it feel like we were watching with thousands of fans. Can't wait for what happens next.

I like the added crowd noise and having a few dozen people in the crowd, made things much better and the pipped in noise wasn't over the top either which with the current state of WWE was actually shocking.Again in no way the best match ever but a really good match that should be in the running for MOTY in WWE.

Orton was holding his arm. Maybe the report got the wrong guy?
That said, had they not promoted it like they did, you could give it 5 stars. Lack of a live crowd really hurt. But since they promoted it as they did, the whole thing did not feel organic. Every little bit was planned by the second. Yes, most matches are. But those 10,000 kickouts mean less when you know they talked about 10,000 kickouts last month and carefully planned each one.
Also, LOL at anyone who bashes AEW/ROH/MLW for their millions of kickouts but like this match. The difference was this match had no energy or excitement. How can you? Edge is old and Orton is dull. Sure, Okada and Omega planned their 6 star (or was it a 7?) match too ... but at least they threw their bodies on the line.

I’ve always hated finisher-fest matches and this was sadly one. Not a terrible match but not my cup of tea (and the branding didn’t help as others have mentioned).

I would rather watch this kind of match than a match where the guys get dropped on their head on purpose for no reason. It's professional wrestling, every single wrestler out there puts their body on the line. Edge and Orton are smart to wrestle the way they do, its unnecessary for them to kill themselves.

I thought this was a pretty fun show. Orton vs Edge was way and I mean way better than I thought it would be. Matches like this always make me realize that Randy Orton has been phoning it in for the majority of his career.
My only real criticism of the show is using NXT talent as the "fans" it completely takes me out of the show to see people I am supposed to buy as WWE Superstars on a Wednesday night (well I watch it on a Thursday) forcing themselves to act like star struck fans.

I couldn’t get into the SP/Vikings feud and I stopped the match halfway through. I tried I honestly did, but they should’ve just let them wrestle from the get go and cut the crap.
