Some things I think people are incredible harsh on
The “boots shouldn’t have laces” type thing I’m like really? You have to get do up close to notice and 99.9% of people wouldn’t realise and don’t care.

There’s nothing wrong with that figure not about being a mashup....but theres def something wrong with that figure. Ignoring that it has sheamus's legs molded in black instead of using an actual tights mold. the tights design is supposed to be silver. Not some weird gunmetal blue. So i'd argue they still need to make a WM 15 HHH.

They have a proper boot mold for nearly every single person, with the every so often special mold needed (Eric Young, Xavier Woods, Iron Sheik, etc.). Something like that shouldn’t be wrong on a 20+ dollar figure, especially when it requires no extra tooling.

Or complaints about arm/torso size unless it’s egregious like Rhyno. My only complaints are usually the head scans.

Orton should’ve had a new torso choice years ago. Andrade’s recent elite needed a different mold. Ryder needed one for years until his last Elite. Daniel Bryan should have a thicker torso. I’m still confused as to why Mattel hasn’t made a small, thick body mold. Not really skinny fat, but something along the lines of Bryan/Andrade. There’s quite a few guys on the roster with that body.

I can't tell if this thread is bashing or praising MDT We should be praising Bill for his work on the line, not bashing him because of attire errors or not making a figure of some guy in the WWE Hall of Fame 2017 Legacy Wing

That’s funny because I can live with wrong torsos, but giving figures the wrong style (laced or unlaced) boots & or the wrong length boots are my top gripe. Followed by scale. Figures who have both basics and Elites yet Somehow they aren’t the same scale even though it’s the same wrestler. (one is larger than the other) that’s been becoming a major issue lately. And also when they change the parts used on a figure making him out of scale with everyone else in the line. Ziggler comes to mind for that one. Unless I need those larger arms for another figure I have not purchased (nor will I) an elite Ziggler since they made his arms and legs super juiced in E19. Now his Elites are out of scale with everyone else on the shelves.

The Hall of Fame Ultimate Warrior in his Summerslam 1990 attire had his 1992 hairstyle.

They could essentially never make everyone happy.
Sometimes certain boots and other things need to be used to keep to proper scale and stay in budget. If they just make everything 100% accurate on every figure with parts they already have, more figures would be grossly out scale with the actual person. If they made new molds for every figure to be accurate, the line would be more expensive.
In the end, they’re $20 toys and half of you have to google the attire in order to complain about inaccuracies.
Bill has explain certain figures are mash ups to give multi eras (new anvil)
