Editing the question a bit...
Do you have favorites within WWE, that if they departed the business - or just to another company - you would lose interest in WWE all together?
For me, it would be:
Adam Cole Bryan Danielson Shinske Cesaro Finn Balor
If they were to leave and join other companies, no one in the current WWE landscape interests me enough to watch the current ongoing programming.

cm punk leaving slowed it right down for me
Daniel Bryan's saga against the authority kept me going, but ever since Bryan had his wrestlemania moment I haven't been close to as dedicated to the wwe product as I've been.
which in some ways is strange, as I watch more wrestling now than I ever have.

Since Undertaker "retired" I only bother tuning in now if I have free time or I'm bored, I used to make time. If - Wyatt, Mysterio & Dom, AJ Styles, Black left then I probably wouldn't bother making the effort at all.

Thinking back to times I actually quit watching throws up some interesting people who got fired, quit or died at the same time (down to the exact month). June 2007: Benoit April 2009: Tazz
August 2011: Melina, Gail Kim, Vladimir Kozlov, Michael Tarver, David Hart Smith & Chris Masters. May 2016: Hornswoggle, Alex Riley, Zeb Colter, El Torito, Cameron, Santino Marella, Wade Barrett, Damien Sandow, Brooklyn Brawler, Cody Rhodes & Adam Rose.
December 2018: Rhyno announced he was leaving that month which kinda counts? September 2019: No one but Luke Harper stopped appearing on TV shortly after.

Honestly I think as long as NXT is around it’ll have my interest. Main roster I mainly just go out of my way to watch why Bayley and Bryan do.
So I guess Triple H? Only bc NXT wouldn’t be the same without him. Luckily don’t see that ever happening.

No one? It's a TV show. The wrestling draws me in, not some dude in trunks.

The question should be who, on either company, can they get to MAKE me watch again? Answer. Nobody. All my favorites are dead.

It’d have to be a majority of the current roster. This is hands down the best in-ring roster they’ve ever had.
It’s an ROH/PWG super roster, with some other talent sprinkled in.
If Vince wanted to run a wrestling promotion, he could put out some of the greatest pro wrestling product that’s ever been seen.

I thought if John Cena left, a lot of people would stop watching including myself but that hasn't happened so there's probably nobody and never will be anybody who could do that.

I started watching wrestling full time in 1994 and really didn’t miss much WWF/E until the Benoit incident in 2007. That, combined with Eddie’s passing, and Angle, Jericho, and Christian all leaving in a short timeframe caused me to quit watching until around 2010. I still followed TNA but the WWE just wasn’t the same anymore to me.
Towards the end of 2009 I started following them religiously again. Despite their product being up and down during the following decade, I stuck with it on a pretty consistent basis until Ambrose/Mox left. I felt he was the last straw in a long list of misused talent by the WWE over the past decade before I decided I just didn’t care for their product on a consistent basis. I’ll still check in once in a while and read recaps, but I haven’t watched a full episode of Raw or SD in nearly a year. There’s just no performers currently that keep me entertained enough to do so.

if I didn't stop when Austin left, I'll never quit.

I think its more of the repetitive and bad wrestling gimmicks that causes people to quit watching WWE. No just one wrestler.

And they haven't done much with the talent lately to draw me back in. They have a great roster but their whole approach to wrestling chaps my ass.

The only male talent I enjoy watching on WWE TV at the moment is Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, AJ Styles, and the Undisputed Era.
If those guys left the company, I really would have no reason to watch the show anymore.

Once AJ Styles retires, I'm done. I may watch Becky if she comes back and still watch Alexa but my viewership is starting to decline.
No one else holds my attention anymore.

This is a very interesting question to me because, weigh it up if KO left and went to AEW would you follow? Yes Black? No Nakamura? No ROLLINS? No Styles? Yeah but not as much.. Orton? Yes ...
I think the unexpected departure would be who you follow out of this cave called WWE fan.
