This year is tough for me. There were a lot of solid figures, but nothing that really stood out as exceptional is coming to mind.
Superstar is a really good figure and they nailed both heads, but the recycled Muraco shirt dings it for me.
I'd probably go with Hurricane. They nailed the execution, its a super toyetic character, and the softgoods cape really put it over the top for me.

Io Shirai and it's not even close for me. That figure looks absolutely spot on.

The Superstar BROTHAAAAAA!!!!!! Really wish the figure would have come with the hat in the pic above, would have gone great with the figure and attire choice. Now that I got a Superstar on hand, it is a damn good looking figure. Up there for best of 2020

Yeah, I wish they would have given him a different ty-dye shirt but, he did wear one similar to it during his 1987/88 run with the WWF - though, I wish they would have changed up the ty-dye design. But you are correct, they nailed both heads, probably two of the best head sculpts Mattel has done - both are really spot on. It's weird, they have been nailing some of the much older guys head sculpts lately (Graham, Blassie, Race) but are still having a hard time with newer/more recent talents (HBK, Hitman, Edge) who they should have better reference photos to use. For me, if they would have added the pink hat he wore in the 70s and the WWWF title, that would have been great.

I’m cherry picking the line as of now. My favorites would include Hollywood Hogan Ultimate Edition, The Rock Ultimate Edition, Viscera and the huge disappointment that was the UNRELEASED legends Sting. Man, I’m still upset that Mattel didn’t capitalize on Sting.

I think the Ultimate Edition of The Rock is probably the best Rock figure ever made. He looks great with his sunglasses and shirt on.

Viscera, MDT nailed that figure with the unique mold.

The 70’s head Superstar Billy Graham is the figure of the year as far as I’m concerned. This for me too! 70s head scan is the only to go

It’s tough to pick just one, but if I have to go with one it’s The Fiend elite. Great headsculpt, tattoo details and unique body mold. If it came with a soft goods jacket it would’ve been perfection. Right under that is Ultimate Hogan, Billy Graham, Jerry Lawler, Keith Lee, Eddie, Greg Valentine and Viscera all well done.

Ultimate Edition Rock is probably my favorite Mattel figure ever so it's the easy pick for my favorite figure of this year.

Ultimate Editon Cena, but only because I have no need to pose or use my figures. His articulation isn't the best, but for looks alone, he's my pick.
