Voting has closed. (thanks to DCW1 for the image and logo.) Heenan: "It's Saturday Night and you will not find a more action-packed two hours anywhere. With me as always is John Bradshaw Layfield and Paul E. Dangerously. Tonight on LCWF, the Cruiserweight Tag Title tournament continues, number one contenders for three different titles will be crowned, and Jerry Lawler gets his hands on the ‘golden goose’ of Eric Bischoff’s after calling him out last week.” Enter Cactus Jack, who is flanked by Chainsaw Charlie and DH Smith. Bradshaw: “Cactus Jack, the new United Kingdom Champion, certainly has the attention of Wade Barrett’s NeXus after surviving his first title defense against former champion Justin Gabriel a few Sundays ago at Gold Rush. Of course we now know that Jack will have his second title defense this Sunday against Special Delivery Jones, who is, notably, not a member of the NeXus faction.” Dangerously: “Jack is already in Barrett’s head, so, presumably, he is going to take his time here and not antagonize the most powerful man in the LCWF. Yes, you all heard me right.” Jack: “NeXus, somewhere deep inside this demented mind of mine, it makes me smile to know that all of you are out for my blood. I feel just a little bit like teaching you all a lesson. As far as I’m concerned, Justin Gabriel has failed to learn anything! I just said that it makes me smile to know all of you are out for me, but I’ve changed my mind. Somewhere during my speech here, I changed my mind, because I realized that I only need to take out one of you, I just don’t want to do that. I don’t think I’m better than I am, but I have this and you don’t. Not anymore. Charlie and Smith here, well they both reject you as their leader, Barrett. I don’t know if you have any influence over Primo, but DH Smith is going to be taking the United States Heavyweight Title from him at some point, thanks to his briefcase. He can use that at any time, so it is all a matter of time, if you get my meaning.” Bradshaw: “That’s Smith’s right after what he went through in the Feast or Fired match, and Jack himself capitalized on that opportunity.” Jack: “Now, this Sunday, when I make my second title defense and give Special Delivery Jones the beating of his life, you’ll have to start thinking to yourself which one of your guys you want to put in the ring with me next. You’ll see that you’d have to be crazy to try that, now that I’m a champion. The only thing your group will be able to seize will be your contracts because, if you keep testing me, those will be the only things left of your group. Make no mistake, Smith is not joining Charlie and I. He is out here to demonstrate the growing number of people who will not stand for your hostile takeover. None of you are deserving of being in the ring with me and, as far as I’m concerned, you’ll only try if you want total destruction. A fool’s errand, you might say.” Jack, Smith, and Charlie leave. Heenan: “Well there you have it, after months of Barrett’s group being unchecked in LCWF, it looks as though the United Kingdom Champion is now leading the charge against them.” Dangerously: “Not quite leading. I’d say putting them on notice. If they leave him be, then he’ll leave them be. Speaking of the NeXus and their control of things, Wade Barrett has set his sights on the Sports Entertainment Tag Team Championships and has sent David Otunga out on tonight’s pre-show to begin that pursuit. He has also stipulated that that match be a Lights Out match. Hold on; it sounds like the planned interview with Wade Barrett has been interrupted by a….NeXus meeting?” Tarver: “I just wanted to check in with you. I know you were originally okay with me starting my own group, but, with what just happened, I wouldn’t blame you if you asked me to focus all of my time on this fight.” Barrett grabs him by the shirt. Barrett: “When I let you start Mercury, it was with the understanding that, if it was ever in question, your allegiance would be to NeXus first. Now go get your boys ready. Tarver leaves and Barrett turns to Gabriel. You know Tarver’s already close to losing his spot in this group after costing me the 6-man tag titles, and now you’ve cost me control of the UK Title. Gabriel looks apprehensive as Barrett continues. Next week, you’re going to have a match with Pete Dunne. Which you’d better win…decisively.” Dangerously: “Some might say Barrett has an old school mentality to dominating a wrestling organization, but one also has to remember he studied under Chris Jericho. A man who was won championships in every organization he has been a part of. Even the fans back Barrett, but some of the members of his group do seem to be losing their support.” Bradshaw: “Not Justin Gabriel, though. The fans were upset with him when he lost the United Kingdom Championship, and even chanted ‘Barrett’s gonna kill you’. Which is understandable since Gabriel knew Jack was going to come for him eventually when he revealed his Feast or Fired case to the world. What planning did he even do for that encounter?” Heenan: “You could see the disappointment in Gabriel’s face when he realized he’d lost the championship, besides he was almost in tears when he came up short in the rematch as well.” Dangerously: “Barrett, being the leader that he is, had no choice but to question the loyalty of some of those in his group. How bad did they want this slow takeover plan to succeed? Barrett must think his declaration of war will be enough to scare people into wins for NeXus, but the only member of his group that still holds gold right now is X-Division Champion Daniel Bryan. Not to mention the obvious elephant in the room. Will Barrett allow any other member of his group to compete for a World Title? Sheffield is in the #1 contender’s match this Sunday, but, if he wins, what will Barrett’s response be?” Bradshaw: “I’d think the elephant in the room is who is going to be kicked out of the reunited NeXus first and how is it going to happen or, even still, will somebody turn on the group before the group turns on them?” We get a highlight package of The Usos history as a tag team in the LCWF, from when they were originally recognized as the “World Tag Team Champions” to now where their title is “Sports Entertainment Tag Team Champions”. After that, Otunga enters, and then Jimmy Uso enters through the crowd. Lights Out Match David Otunga vs. Jimmy Uso The bell dings. We have a staredown, in which both competitors are face to face, when Uso gets in a cheap shot seconds before the opening bell. Jimmy backs Otunga into a corner and delivers shot after shot. Otunga is able to block a punch and turn Jimmy around to lay into him with rights and lefts of his own. Otunga hits a forearm to the face, then moves Jimmy out of the corner with an overhead belly to belly suplex. Otunga slides out of the ring, grabs a trash can, and brings it back into the ring with them. He takes the lid and slams it into Jimmy’s face. Jimmy rolls out of the ring and is pursued by Otunga. Jimmy is slumped over the barricade, Otunga charges at him, but Jimmy catches him with a back bodydrop, which sends him into the stands. Jimmy hops up onto the barricade and takes Otunga back down with a missile dropkick. Jimmy is handed a bear can from a fan and he smashes it against Otunga’s face. Otunga trips over a trash can so Jimmy springboards off the barricade and stomps his face into it. They trade blows back to the ringside area, Jimmy gets a barbed wire bat and smacks Otunga across the back with it multiple times and Otunga has a cut on his back. Uso yells something about NeXus not helping Otunga in this match as he hits him with the bat again, then he places the bat on him and stomps on it. Uso tries to rub Otunga’s face in the barbed wire, Otunga fights him off, but gets cut with the barbed wire across his arms. Otunga gets a trash can, beats Uso over the head with that, then traps him inside the can. Otunga looks like he is going to use the barbed wire bat here, but changes his mind and drops it. Instead, he reaches under the ring and pulls out a table. He props it up against the barricade and grabs a barbed wire broom instead. Otunga turns to face Uso and, as he does, Uso, who took the can off his head, smashes the trash can over Otunga’s head. Uso rolls back into the ring and calls for a suicide dive, but, as he comes off the ropes, Otunga catches him with the barbed wire broom into the head. The back of Uso’s head is bleeding profusely. Otunga rakes Uso’s back. Otunga grabs the bat and rakes it across Uso’s forehead. He grabs another trash can. He rolls Uso back in the ring, comes off the middle rope with a moonsault, and, since he had the trash can in his hands, he dropped the trash can right on to Uso’s chest, but got himself too. He slowly crawls over and drapes an arm over Uso for the cover. 1…2kick out. Otunga finds a board covered in mouse traps. Uso catches him from behind with a strike to the back and they start trading lefts and rights again. Uso makes a wild swing, misses, and gets caught with a neckbreaker from Otunga. Otunga heads to the top and tries a diving leg drop, but Uso rolls out of the way and hits a basement clothesline. Uso picks him up and hits a short arm clothesline. Uso suplexes Otunga directly on the board covered in mouse traps. Uso lays out some heavy chains on the canvas and drops Otunga down onto them with a side slam. Uso hits a small bulldog on Otunga to drop him face first into the chains again. He rolls Otunga over and hooks the leg. 1…Uso pulls the shoulder up. Uso puts Otunga into an STF, using the chains in a crossface. Otunga scrambles and is able to reach a trashcan lid. He flips it up and smacks Uso square in the face with it. Uso momentarily breaks the hold, but quickly latches it back in. Another trashcan lid shot from Otunga. Uso breaks the hold this time, but shakes it off in time to deliver an STO as soon as Otunga makes it back to his feet. Uso rolls out of the ring and retrieves a screwdriver from the ringside area. Meanwhile, Otunga was able to wrap the chain around his fist and he catches Uso with a jab as soon as he comes back into the ring. Otunga comes off the ropes, but Uso catches him with a side angle backdrop slam. Otunga picks up Uso and delivers two back to back snapdragon suplexes, then retrieves the chain and wraps it around Uso’s neck. He lifts Uso up using the chain, throws him over the top rope, and now Uso is hanging over the ropes with the chain wrapped around his neck. Otunga wrenches it, and then makes sure Uso drops onto the apron. Otunga comes off the opposite ropes and hits a plancha, which sends both men crashing through a glass table at ringside, which was to be used later tonight to sign the contract between the winner of tonight’s opening contest and former Cruiserweight Champion Davey Richards. Otunga pulls Uso over the broken glass and puts him in a sharpshooter. Uso crawls back over the glass and pulls himself under the ring, which forces Otunga to drop the hold because the positioning is too awkward for him. Otunga picks up some broken pieces of glass and shoves them into Uso’s face as he crawls back out from underneath the ring. Otunga charges at him, but Uso stops him with a headbutt, using the broken pieces of glass to his advantage, and follows it up with the go behind into a German suplex on the pile of broken glass. Uso now rolls him back into the ring and follows. Otunga is on top of him quickly though and picks him up for a ripcord knee shot to the face. He stays on Uso with a running knee lift. Uso crawls back out of the ring and takes a second to breathe on the entrance ramp. Otunga follows him back out with the screwdriver in hand. Otunga rubs the screwdriver right into Uso’s face. Otunga motions through the curtain and out comes Wade Barrett flanked by Michael Tarver and Mikey Whipwreck. Barrett orders Otunga to finish him off. Barrett hands him some barbed wire, which has been molded into the form of a spider-web, the symbol of Mercury, the band of wrestlers formed by Tarver. Barrett calls for Otunga to hit a one-winged Angel, but Uso reverses it with a headscissors takedown. Barrett picks Otunga up and pushes him towards Uso. Otunga tries another ripcord knee, but Uso catches his leg and hits a fallaway slam, so Otunga lands back first on the barbed wire spider-web. Whipwreck and Tarver are asking Barrett if they can interfere but he waves them off. It looks like Barrett is making this a test for Otunga. Barrett pulls Otunga out of his barbed wire mess and gives him a trashcan. Otunga nails Uso with the trashcan and hits another ripcord knee, so they both fall off the stage and crash through the boards. Barrett does direct Whipwreck and Tarver to help him get them both back in the ring, though. Otunga delivers a spinebuster and pulls Uso in for an inside cradle pin attempt. 1…2.shoulderup. Barrett is directing Whipwreck and Tarver again; they’re cutting the canvas up to reveal the hardboard underneath. Barrett yells something at Otunga. Uso scrambles back to his feet and looks for a cradle piledriver, but he’s backdropped. Otunga comes off the ropes looking for a big splash, but Uso rolls out of the way. Uso hooks the arm and goes for a pin attempt. 1…2, but Whipwreck comes in to break it up on Barrett’s orders. Uso starts yelling at them from inside the ring, but Barrett waves him off. Otunga tries to attack him from behind, but Uso hits a drop toehold, which drapes him over the ropes. Uso picks him up, stares down Barrett, and delivers a Samoan Driver onto the piece of exposed hardboard. Uso pulls him to the center of the ring and covers him. Whipwreck makes to break it up again, but Barrett holds him back. 1…2…3! Here is your winner via pinfall:1/2 Sports Entertainment Tag Team Champions Jimmy Uso Referee Armstrong raises Uso’s hand and declares him the winner, but Uso hightails it out of there when Barrett’s group enters the ring. They yell after him, but Barrett taps Whipwreck and Tarver on the shoulder and tells them to lift Otunga up. He pats Otunga on the back and raises his hand. Barrett leaves the ring and heads back up the ramp. Otunga makes to follow up, but Barrett turns around and shakes his head. He points at Tarver and Whipwreck and they pull Otunga back in the ring for a double suplex on the exposed hardboard. They rip off Otunga’s NeXus armband, exit the ring, and hand it to Barrett, who promptly burns it right there on the entrance ramp.
Bradshaw: “It’s about time. The NeXus only just started running roughshod over this organization recently, but they’ve been back together for somewhere around the better part of a decade at this point. It’s time for them to break up and go their own ways.” Dangerously: “Break up? What break up? They just forcibly removed Otunga from the group, which, by the way, still has like twenty members. I don’t think that’s what Otunga wanted, especially not hitting that exposed hardboard so many times in quick succession like that.” Heenan: “Barrett must have decided that he has enough members to fight this war and still eliminate the people who are no longer necessary, and Otunga losing this match, even though it was unsanctioned, was him failing that test in Barrett’s mind.” Dangerously: “The Sports Entertainment Tag Titles seem out of his reach for now, but... wait a minute; we’re getting word that something is happening in the back involving...the United States Champion?”
Primo is in the back talking with Epico and Hunico and we see DH Smith coming up quickly from the side. DH Smith runs right up and hits all three of them right in the head with his Feast or Fired briefcase. Heenan: "What is this now?" Smith takes Primo, opens his briefcase, puts Primo’s head in, and stomps on it. Then he picks Primo up and delivers a spike DDT on the case. He has a microphone on. Smith: “Primo, I’m sure you’ve seen my case, and now you’ve really gotten to see it, but you know what it means, right? Were you paying attention when I won this? This says I am guaranteed a match with you for the United States Heavyweight Championship, whenever I say. Pay attention, are you listening to me? He stomps on his head between the case again. Now, just so everyone’s clear, I didn’t beat you down in the ring because that would not be very British, just like it’s not British to not give you a fair chance. I was never going to activate this after you just went through a tough match or something, but that doesn’t mean I can’t beat you down and soften you up a bit beforehand. I even gave you time with the championship because, as you may know, I won this case a while back. But, that time has expired. Our match will take place at the tenth LCWF Takeover event on November 28th. I’ll see you before then, though.” He throws the microphone on him and leaves. Dangerously: “To be clear, as Smith just told you, the rules of the Feast or Fired match do state that the winners can invoke their matches even if the champion is incapacitated, so I don’t know how smart it is to tell Primo beforehand when Smith could have guaranteed he won it.” Heenan: “I agree with you Paul, but how many times have we seen that done with these types of matches? I think at this time in wrestling history, nobody wants to win a title that way because the reign starts off looking cheap and questionable at best. Even though some great reigns have come about that way, they have never started off great.”

Brutal match between Uso and Otunga! Nicely done, liked the spot with the glass table that was supposed to be used for a contract signing later. Had a feeling Barrett would kick Otunga out of Nexus, real issues with that group right now. Good work! I’ll get my picks in now for the next show.

I definitely want there to be a common theme coming across of some guys are tag team specialists, but they're not just tag team wrestlers. Thanks, I thought getting rid of the table would make for an easy move into the inevitable brawl that we all knew would happen. Yeah, maybe the implosion of Nexus? idk

Voting has closed. Image copyright belongs to dcw1. Heenan: "It's Saturday Night and you will not find a more action-packed two hours anywhere. With me as always is John Bradshaw Layfield and Paul E. Dangerously. We are live tonight from Nashville, Tennessee inside the Nashville Municipal Auditorium.” LCWF opens tonight with a highlights package from this past Sunday’s LCWF Takeover: Seizure event. Dangerously: “This past Sunday two rivalries heated up when they squared off in a couple of WarGames matches while the LCWF was on location in Baltimore, Maryland. One in particular that has everybody talking has to be DH Smith’s team defeated the team led by the United States Heavyweight Champion. If that is to be any indication, then we could be looking at the new United States Champion on November 28th. Tonight, both champion and challenger have the night off after their hellacious battle on Sunday. Let’s hope Primo takes the opportunity and reviews some footage, possibly even from Sunday’s matchup, on DH Smith.” Bradshaw: “But the surprise came in the #1 contender’s main event, when Skip Sheffield lost his bid to be the next challenger to Doug Williams after David Otunga caught him with a kendo stick to the head while the referee was checking on the down and out Ace Romero. As we just witnessed, Otunga is not cleared for competition but he was feeling well enough to interfere in Sunday’s big matchup, and, now, as a result, it will be Finn Balor who is headed for a collision with the champion Doug Williams on November 28th.” Heenan: “The fans were divided as they obviously wanted to see Finn Balor pull this off, but the win was tainted by the ongoing friction within NeXus.” Dangerously: “Some fans are calling that match one of the greatest hardcore bouts they have ever seen. While others say it probably should have been stopped sooner.” From there we get a video package of last week’s pre-show which saw David Otunga being forcibly removed from NeXus and we also see the doctor’s visit following the assault he took at the hands of his former stablemates. He has some notable scarring and tears on his back. He also has a large black eye. He is told by the doctor to take a week off to heal from his injuries. Otunga asks how Uso is and the doctor tells him that Jimmy Uso has been cleared for competition tonight. Otunga grips him up by the shirt, but the shooting pain from his back prevents him from doing anything more. Heenan: “Tonight’s pre-show will feature the former FTW Champion, Ax, taking on the debuting Steve Lewington, who has a chance to make a serious name for himself here.” Bradshaw: “That’s right, Brain, but it’s also Ax’s chance to show that he needs to still be taken seriously as a singles wrestler, despite losing his opportunity to regain his title from James Storm.” Ax makes his entrance through the crowd, wearing his classic spiked vest, so the fans were a bit weary of touching him or getting too close. Ax vs. Steve Lewington The bell dings. Lewington starts this match by trying to invite Ax to dance with him, but shows that he means business tonight when he sucker punches Ax after doing a rather impressive spinaroonie. Ax is unfazed after taking a few more punches, and then turns Lewington inside out with a running clothesline. Ax delivers a series of brutal forearm shots, before irish whipping Lewington into the corner. Ax delivers a clothesline into the corner and irish whips him into the opposing corner for another follow up clothesline. Ax repeats this sequence one more time before tossing Lewington down to the mat. Ax starts choking Lewington into the mat. Ax irish whips him into the corner, then charges at him but catches an elbow. Lewington tries to connect with his first jab of the match, but Ax ducks it and locks in the cobra clutch! Lewington tries to fight him off and make it to the ropes, but is unable to and has to tap out after being in the hold for a solid minute. Here is your winner via submission (cobra clutch): Ax Ax: “I am sorry if I disappointed you all by making quick work of that nobody. He looks to the top of the ramp. I may be many things, Storm, but I’m not a sore loser. James Storm you beat me for my championship fair and square. Not only that, but you are already a better champion than I was. Still, I’m obviously upset at not being a champion any more so that means that a lot of other people are going to have to get beat up. Just the way it is. My personal issues with the Tennesse Cowboy have to be put on hold for the time being, which is fine by me because there are plenty of other divisions that I can dip my toes in to. Many of you fans probably think that most of the divisions I’m referring to are meaningless jokes, but I’ve been watching and some of these guys at the top of those divisions are making them into something worth keeping an eye on. I know the pre-show isn’t supposed to take up too much time, which is why I knew I had to win my match quickly and I did so that I could take this time to talk. One of those guys that I am talking about is Ron ‘The Truth’ Killings, the Internet Champion. That title got its start as a prop for somebody to say that they had the most amount of views online. But it was Killings’ idea that it be the title of those individuals who compete exclusively on the company’s website. That title, which last Sunday he defended successfully for the first time against a 2-Time Hardcore Champion, it’s not a joke anymore. It’s now the online equivalent of the Television Championship, and it’s no surprise that there is such a large number of guys going for it. Killings is a former World Champion and so am I. Killings is somebody who doesn’t ask for respect because he takes it. Well, I mean this with all the respect, one day I am going to tear him a part and take that belt from him, even if that takes the next year. So, next week, I am issuing an open challenge to anyone who agrees that the Internet Championship’s makeover is worth beating the hell out of each other for. A word of advice for anyone even thinking about it, though, I’m proving that, even though I’m a tag team specialist, I’ve always been good on my own. So, make sure you know what you’re getting yourself into."

Voting has closed. It is now time to reveal who was chosen. Image Copyright belongs to dcw1. Heenan: "It's Saturday Night and you will not find a more action-packed two hours anywhere. With me as always is John Bradshaw Layfield and Paul E. Dangerously. We are coming to you live from Indianapolis, Indiana tonight.” Bradshaw: “Oh, I’m excited for this one, Bobby. Our broadcast colleague, and former #1 contender to the LCWF Championship, Michael Cole, will lace up his boots to compete on the pre-show against a tough challenge in Xavier Woods. Best of luck, Michael.” Dangerously: “Before that, let’s take a second and appreciate the brand new TitanTron between our two entrance tunnels. It really shows that we are here to stay. Looking to tonight’s pre-show, it’s obvious that the fans don’t respect Cole, nor should they. The guy wants to be a wrestler, but that makes about as much sense as me being one. He only became number one contender because Bischoff was trying to prove a point, since WWX signed two announcers to contracts he had to do the same, and set up a #1 contenders match between Cole and Mike Tenay. Unfortunately, in order to do that, they both had to be signed to wrestling contracts and Bischoff did that, so, now, if they want, both of them can ask to be booked in matches. Just don’t expect them to win against the real wrestlers. Although, we have to point out that Cole and Tenay also once defeated the tag team of Jerry Lawler and Andre the Giant. Many people say they owe that victory directly to their training with CM Punk, the WWX World Heavyweight Champion.” Bradshaw: “They got lucky. It was a win that has a huge asterisk next to it. The two of them also had the chance to get WWX contracts and they lost that opportunity too. CM Punk wants to see them given more opportunities, but I just think he likes watching them get beat up. Speaking of, Woods and Cole have made their entrances and it is time to get this one going.” Heenan: “Cole is waving me into the ring, so it looks as though we will get a few words from the former number one contender. Heenan heads into the ring. Cole, how do you feel about taking on this man, Xavier Woods? The fans think you don’t have the physique of a wrestler and I’m inclined to agree.” Cole: “I’m not nervous at all. I’ve been training with the best in the world. I can defeat this man and…it will be no upset.” Woods is just showing off his new haircut to the crowd during this interview. Heenan takes his place back at the announce table.Pre-Show: Xavier Woods vs. Michael Cole The bell dings. Cole punches Woods square in the jaw, but ends up hurting his own hand. Woods grabs him and knocks him down to the mat with a forearm shot. Woods delivers a hip toss that sends Cole flying clear across the ring. Woods follows it up with a running boot to the chest, which sends Cole reeling back into the corner. Woods hits a running splash on him in the corner. Woods measures him, Cole gets back to his feet, and Woods hits the wheelbarrow facebuster. Cover by Woods, he doesn’t hook the leg, 1…2…3!
Here is your winner via pinfall (wheelbarrow facebuster): Xavier Woods Bradshaw: “Well, to nobody’s surprise Woods takes this one. But, he now holds a victory over a man who has challenged for the LCWF Title. Cole will forever have that honor, so a win over him will always be meaningful. Anyway, let’s kick off the main program.” First. Second. Last. The new LCWF video leads us into the show. A video showcases Roddy Piper pinning Joey Ryan two weeks ago at the LCWF Takeover: Seizure event, after which he announced that he intended on earning the right to be the next man to challenge Alberto del Rio. Alberto del Rio’s next scheduled title defense is against BG James. Heenan: After winning a Feast or Fired Tag Title shot, Drew McIntyre surprised Kenzo Suzuki with rumors that he was going to select a new tag team partner. It looks like tonight we will finally find out if there is any truth to those rumors because here comes Kenzo Suzuki.” Suzuki: “Okay, let’s get this over with. I’m in the mood to beat somebody up and, McIntyre, if I don’t get an answer from you now, I’m going to start with you…and your new tag team partner. Let’s recap how we got here. About 35 weeks ago, you and I teamed up to try to become the first ever LCWF Tag Team Champions. The match was a battle royale. A battle royale in which you got yourself eliminated before me and I had to keep our hopes of becoming champions alive alone. Now, you have the chance to go after those titles again, but, for some reason, I’m not your partner. We have been partners for almost the entire year. The entire year. I know I didn’t get the job done in that match, but day in and day out for, going on 365 days now, I have always been there for you.” McIntyre: “It’s been a great year too, but, you said it yourself, you didn’t bring home the gold. So, give me five minutes now. I’ve been blessed with this title shot. But, even more than that, I’ve been blessed to be in this business, and, when I started in this business, there was only one man I looked up to. A man who has been a fighter for most, if not all, of his adult life. He is the toughest guy I have ever known. He made me the wrestler you see before you. So, it gives me great pleasure, to introduce the world to my tag team partner, the man who trained me, Dave Taylor.” Dangerously: “One might question the strategy behind naming what, I believe, is a man in his late 60s as your tag team partner, but, this would be a great exception, because Dave Taylor is not just a wrestler, he’s a bare knuckle fighter.” Heenan: “I’ve known this guy for awhile now and I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone tougher. He’s the real deal.” Bradshaw: “Suzuki said when the two of them first began teaming together that they weren’t going to keep any secrets. Suzuki has met and worked under Taylor before. There you see the hug and the hand raise. Suzuki clearly agrees Taylor is a great choice. Here comes Borash to try to steer this conversation a little bit.” Borash: “Drew McIntyre, now that you have announced who you intend to challenge The Wyatt Family with, how are you going to prepare for them?” McIntyre: “You’re right, JB, it’s official. Sunday, the 28th, Dave Taylor and I are challenging The Wyatt Family. We’re going to kick back and relax while we wait for our day to arrive.” Borash: “You’re going to take it easy and rest up, now?” Taylor: “Hold on. That’s spoken like you forgot what happened the last time you went after these belts. From now until our title match, we are going to train harder than you have ever trained with me. Bare knuckle training. We are going to be ready for this match.” McIntyre: “I knew you were going to do this.” McIntyre and Taylor shove past JB arguing, while Suzuki follows behind them. Heenan: “Well, there it is, Sunday November 28th at Takeover: Fright Night it will be Braun Strowman and Erick Rowan to defend against Drew McIntyre and Dave Taylor. The only question that remains is where do The Age of the Fall fit into this equation? Will it now be a triple threat match or will Black and Lee wait to maybe face the winners of that matchup?” Bradshaw: “I hope they join for a triple threat and just all kill each other. Moving on, it’s time for our next matchup right now. In his first match not wearing the Television Championship in quite some time as he squares off against the debuting Garza, Jr., who could be a candidate for inclusion in the Latino World Order. Speaking of, his uncle, Hector, is at home nursing an injury he suffered in a match three months ago with Andre the Giant.” Dangerously: “We’re all forgetting one thing. X-Pac challenged Lance Storm for the Television Championship in a Lights Out match, which means that the matchup only would have been recognized by the LCWF board if X-Pac had won, so he will be challenging Storm for the title again next week, if he wins this matchup." Match 1: X-Pac vs. Garza, Jr. The bell dings. X-Pac and Garza trade shoulder blocks to start this one off before X-Pac takes him off his feet with a standing dropkick. X-Pac comes off the ropes, but runs right into a mule kick from Garza. Garza goes to the apron, then backflips down to the floor as X-Pac tried to dropkick him off. X-Pac tries a suicide dive, but Garza steps out of the way and sends X-Pac barreling into the announce table. Both men hit a couple of armdrags on the outside, and then they each try to connect with roundhouse kicks to no avail. Both men duck the kick attempts and roll back into the ring at a count of 6. They each scramble to their feet and try to dropkick each other, but they both miss. X-Pac connects with a back handspring headbutt, and then quickly follows it up with a springboard flying headbutt. X-Pac measures Garza and delivers a triple jumping springboard lucha armdrag, which forces Garza to fly to the outside. X-Pac goes for another suicide dive, but Garza telegraphs it and quickly makes his way in to the ring to catch X-Pac with a stepup enziguri as he is coming off the ropes. X-Pac to the floor now and Garza attempts a double spring somersault plancha, only for X-Pac to evade it so Garza crash lands on the floor. X-Pac quickly catches him with a rolling cutter. X-Pac rolls him back in the ring, heads to the top rope, and delivers a seated senton for the first cover of the match. 1..shoulder up. X-Pac sets him up for a brainbuster, but Garza knees him in the top of the head and catches him with a leaping forearm to the face. X-Pac answers back with a jumping knee of his own, and then jumps off the ropes to catch him with a moonsault, but Garza catches him and delivers a gutbuster. Garza hits a running bulldog and follows it up with a shining wizard into the cover. 1…rope break. Garza sets up a superkick, but it’s caught by X-Pac, only for Garza to create separation with an open hand chop. They each have springboard armdrags in mind, but just miss each other. Garza connects with a top rope springboard hurricanrana for another cover. 1…2.kick out. Garza tries to lock in a sharpshooter, but X-Pac kicks him off and tries a shining wizard of his own, only for Garza to duck out of the way at the last second. They each trade kicks to the back of the leg before Garza tries another superkick, only to have X-Pac shove him back and connect with his own superkick. X-Pac comes off the ropes, but that gave Garza enough time to recover and connect with a roundhouse kick. Then Garza finally connects with his superkick! X-Pac gets right back up and hits a second superkick purely off adrenaline, as both men are down. Heenan: “X-Pac is a veteran and Garza has clearly studied all of his tapes. Garza is trying to beat the man with his own moves. That’s why we have such an even contest here thus far.” Both men exchange jabs, chops, and punches on the mat now. Until X-Pac is backed against the ropes, Garza charges at him, but X-Pac backbody drops him on to the apron. Garza pulls himself up on to the top rope, walks along it for a few seconds, and then pulls X-Pac down to the floor with a hurricanrana over the top rope. X-Pac recovers first and rolls Garza back in to the ring. X-Pac goes for a springboard bulldog, Garza moves out of the way, and X-Pac lands on his feet. Garza hits a series of kicks to the chest and arms, then bounces off the ropes. X-Pac catches him with a rolling cutter and covers him. 1…2.shoulder up. X-Pac tries to catch him with a spinning heel kick, Garza blocks it, but still has to go over the top rope and hold himself steady on the apron. Garza delivers a headbutt and pulls X-Pac on to the apron with him. They exchange rights and lifts on their precarious perch. Then, Garza pushes X-Pac away, delivers a roundhouse kick, then turns him around and connects with a German suplex onto the apron. Garza rolls X-Pac back in, picks him up, and hits him with a slingshot neckbreaker. Garza rolls away, picks X-Pac back up, and hits him with a slingshot brainbuster. 1…2..NO. X-Pac tries to kick out by throwing him off of a second pin attempt, but Garza rolls through it and sets in a sharpshooter in the center of the ring. X-Pac is in the hold for 30 seconds before he manages to make it to the ropes. Garza goes for a piledriver, but X-Pac with the double leg take down flips over and hooks the legs. 1…2.kick out. X-Pac quickly leaps to his feet and takes Garza out with a basement dropkick before he could even move. X-Pac hits him with a springboard spin kick, gives him the DX chop, and sets him on the top turnbuckle. X-Pac punches him in the face and drops him with an avalanche facebuster. He pulls Garza to the center of the ring for the cover. 1…2…3! Here is your winner via pinfall (avalanche facebuster): X-Pac Garza offers a handshake to X-Pac after the match, but X-Pac brushes him off and leaves. Bradshaw: “What more can you expect from an X-Pac match. Plenty of aerial assaults, fighting outside the ring, and even a submission attempt or two. How can you not love to watch these guys compete?” Dangerously: “Good match to open the show. Garza’s textbook knowledge was no match for X-Pac’s real world experience, as is the case every time. Can X-Pac ride the momentum of this victory into earning his TV Title back next week, though?”

Voting has closed. All rights reserved to dcw1. Heenan: "It's Saturday Night and you will not find a more action-packed two hours anywhere. With me as always are John Bradshaw Layfield and Paul E. Dangerously. We are coming to you live from Chicago, Illinois.” Bradshaw: “Looks like we will be kicking off tonight’s pre-show with Mike Knox who wants to speak to this capacity crowd before the show.” Knox: “The Real Americans don’t have to wonder where their next challenge is coming from any more because my team and I have been watching all the tapes and waiting until the right time came. Well, it’s tonight. I’m calling them out right now.” Dangerously: “It looks like things are going to be much more to my liking tonight.” Bradshaw: “What are you on about, Paul?” Dangerously: “While all of you were watching the ramp for the champions, you missed what’s going on in the ring.” The camera refocuses as we see a masked man has finished cutting a hole in the ring canvas and is climbing up behind Mike Knox. The man turns Knox around, delivers a wheelbarrow facebuster, and unmasks to reveal himself as, none other, than Xavier Woods. Big E. Langston climbs through the hole and he and Woods deliver Midnight Hour on Knox. A third man then appears out of the hole, Woods and Langston pull him up into the ring, but he is also wearing a mask. They stand tall over Knox. Bradshaw: “Woods making a statement this week after he more or less was forced to prove himself last week against the likes of Michael Cole. He’s probably reasonably upset about that decision from Bischoff.” Heenan: “He got results, though, so he can’t be too upset. Besides, there are a lot of groups running around LCWF right now, and they all want to collect all the gold for themselves.” Dangerously: “Gentlemen. Draw attention to the actual story. Remember, this isn’t the New Day. Kofi Kingston is on the main roster already. So, who is this third man? They’re wisely keeping his identity a secret and he didn’t put his hands on Knox. We know that Xavier Woods is firmly in control of this group. Then again, you can’t just have anybody come in to replace Kofi Kingston, so we can safely rule out Michael Cole, Mike Tenay, and Kyle Smith as suspects, of course.” Heenan: “As usual, just a brief glimpse of things to come on tonight’s program during the pre-show, but we have to hurry things along now with our pre-show contest.” Bradshaw: “That’s right; tonight we have the former North American Champion, and current number one contender, Yujiro, squaring off with Damian Priest.” Dangerously: “Interestingly, the last time we saw Damian Priest on the program was when he came up short against Big E. Langston. We saw then that Priest has aligned himself with Matt Riddle and Keith Lee. There are a lot of young guys in the back and they all have made an impact in one way or another. Keep your eye on Yujiro in this one, though, he’s not the number one contender by accident.” Pre-Show: Yujiro vs. Damian Priest The bell dings. They lockup and Yujiro forces Priest into the corner, Yujiro rubs his hand in Priest’s face, and, instead of breaking at referee Slick Johnson’s count cleanly, he shoves Priest back into the turnbuckle hard. Priest comes out of the corner and barrels right through Yujiro with a shoulder block. Priest comes off the ropes, ducks under a leapfrog from Yujiro, and holds on to the ropes to prevent Yujiro from connecting with a monkey flip. Priest follows it up with a basement dropkick to the face. Priest goes for a running leg lariat, but Yujiro catches the foot, only for Priest to turn it into a snap dragon. Priest delivers a buckle bomb, then places Yujiro on the top rope and delivers a superplex. Priest crawls into the cover. 1…kick out. Yujiro quickly rolls out to the floor and Priest follows him with a somersault plancha to the outside. Priest rolls Yujiro back into the ring, but he is holding his back after he tumbled into the announce table on the dive. Priest is slowly climbing back onto the apron. Too slowly, Yujiro is able to recover, kick him off the apron, and send him crashing into the guardrail at ringside. Yujiro rolls Priest back into the ring now, slides in after him, mounts him, and lays into him with a barrage of elbows. Priest is able to stop the onslaught by catching an elbow and turning it into a snap dragon on Yujiro! Yujiro tries to roll out of the ring again, but Priest grabs his boot when he is on the apron. Priest rolls on to the apron with him and picks him up for a German suplex. Yujiro holds his ground and elbows Priest off of him, which causes Priest to lose his footing so he tumbles to the floor at ringside. Heenan: “Yujiro hops on to the top turnbuckle and delivers an absolutely stunning diving moonsault onto Priest below! Yujiro demonstrating the exact skills that rewarded him with the North American Championship in the first place there.” Yujiro sends Priest back in the ring again, climbs up to the top rope, and delivers a missile dropkick. Yujiro scrambles into the cover. 1…kick out. Priest grabs him in an armbar, but Yujiro manages to slip out of it and the two begin exchanging blows. Priest gets the better of it with a massive mafia kick, which sends Yujiro stumbling back into the turnbuckles. Priest delivers three consecutive polish hammers, and then throws Yujiro down for another cover. 1…2..foot on the ropes. Priest delivers a fisherman’s buster into another cover in the center of the ring. 1…2.shoulder up. Priest lifts him up, whips him into the corner, and lights him up with some knife edge chops. Priest picks him up in a fireman’s carry, but Yujiro slips out of it and hits a pump kick. Yujiro waits for Priest to make it back to his feet, ducks a wild clothesline, and takes him out with a superkick. Yujiro attempts a lariat, but is stopped in his tracks by a bicycle knee from Priest. Priest hits the ropes, but runs straight into a kip up lariat from Yujiro and both men are down. Yujiro is back to his feet first, he lifts Priest up, sets him on the top turnbuckle, and delivers a super falcon’s arrow. He crawls into the cover. 1…2..NO Priest kicks out. Yujiro picks Priest back up, takes him over to the corner, climbs up top, and goes for a tilt-a-whirl snap DDT, but Priest catches him with a backflip kick to the head. Priest climbs up after him and delivers a super south of heaven. Priest calls for the Reckoning, but Yujiro turns it into a brainbuster attempt. Priest counters that with a schoolboy pin attempt. Yujiro kicks out before a 1, gets up quickly, and turns Priest into a crucifix for a cover of his own. 1…kick out. Priest catches Yujiro with a crucifix of his own and pulls him into a small package pin now. 1…2…3!Here is your winner via pinfall (small package): Damian PriestBradshaw: "Phenomenal match in the LCWF North American Championship division. I think we can now say that two men have legitimate claim to be Jack Swagger's first title defense after he won his belt back." Heenan: "Not only that, but we could be seeing a third man earn the right to call himself the number one contender after this next match. It's the finals of the Dynamite Dozen battle which began last week. Why don't you run down the rules for us, Paul?" Dangerously: "Certainly. The Dynamite Dozen began as a 12-man battle royal, which took place last week. The final two in the battle royal, which ended up being Will Ospreay and The Barbarian, were going to be scheduled in a singles match the following week, and that takes place next. This next match will be contested under 'Lockbox Challenge' rules, which are such that the winner will be given a key that opens each of the four cases at ringside. The Lockboxes are said to be able to contain anything, but Bischoff assures us that they will only contain title shots. So, there it is. The winner of the Ospreay/Barbarian match will have their choice of Lockbox that contains a title shot at complete random." Heenan: "Thank you, Paul. Now, it seems the competitors are ready, so let's get to it."

Voting has closed. Logo courtesy of dcw1. Replays of Justin Gabriel’s attempt to become 24/7 Champion from a couple of weeks ago are shown in black and white before the pre-show introductions get underway.Heenan: "It's Saturday Night and you will not find a more action-packed two hours anywhere. With me as always are John Bradshaw Layfield and Paul E. Dangerously and we are live from Detroit.” Bradshaw: “As you all just relived, Justin Gabriel failed to win another championship for Wade Barrett. A great way to open the show as it reminds everybody about the cracks forming in the group that has long dominated the LCWF landscape. Gabriel was close to winning it on so many occasions, but he just could not get the job done. We saw what happened when Barrett finally had enough and turned on Otunga. We can only imagine that Gabriel is in a precarious position within the group at this stage.” Heenan: “It’s a shame because Gabriel is a lot of fun to watch in the ring. Perhaps it’s best for his career if he decides to part ways on his own.” Dangerously: “Gabriel can deliver, but his opponents have just been getting the better of him lately. I’m sure in rematches they would trade wins over each other. Barrett knows the kid’s got potential, and that has to be why he isn’t kicking him out. He basically says as much in this interview I did with him earlier today. Take a look.” Dangerously and Barrett shake hands as they take their seats for Barrett’s first LCWF interview in some time. Justin Gabriel enters the room and Barrett seems a bit stunned to see him there. They shake hands and the crowd is behind them, judging by the ovation. Dangerously: “First of all Barrett, thank you for taking the time to meet with me. I guess my first question is the one that’s on everyone’s mind, and that is, why did you do what you did to David Otunga, and why now?” Barrett: “The pleasure’s all yours I can assure you. As for your question, it’s obvious that Otunga had outlived his usefulness. This is my second iteration of putting NeXus together, a new NeXus I suppose you’d called it, but we have always had the same purpose. That purpose is to be the focal point, the first thought on everyone’s minds when they think of this show, and Otunga hadn’t done anything to bring us closer to that end. He never got any titles for me. He’s been losing to Jack Swagger for the last ten years. Also, as others have pointed out, my group now has numbers. I can kick out anyone I want, whenever I want.” Dangerously: “That brings me to my next point. You and Gabriel showed an amount of respect to each other just now, but Gabriel has been taking on a lot of losses lately. Why should we not be concerned that you are going to orchestrate his exit at some point?” Barrett: “Why? For the simple reason that this man has brought me a championship. He may have lost it and he may have failed to capture another one on more than one occasion, but he has shown that he can be counted on to get the job done. Unfortunately, few of my guys can say that. That said, there has to be limits. Gabriel, and anyone else, will know when their time is up. Which is another reason it was time for Otunga to go. He never saw it coming. Now, there’s something else I want to discuss and—“ All of a sudden, the Universal Champion, Raven, and David Otunga, attack Gabriel and Barrett from behind! Raven is getting booed by the crowd. Dangerously: “Raven is obviously trying to preemptively strike at Barrett, since his opponent in nine days is going to be Christian Cage, somebody who, to our knowledge, has no affiliation with NeXus. Raven puts Barrett down with a huge clothesline. Raven shows the Universal Championship to the camera before delivering the Raven effect to Barrett right on the belt. Meanwhile, Otunga sends Gabriel head first into a television that was set up backstage. Raven continues slamming Barrett’s face into his title belt. Raven has Otunga pick Barrett up, and then Raven rams the title through Barrett’s face. Raven directs Otunga to set up two chair face to face, and then he powerbombs Barrett right on to both of them. Raven directs Otunga to grab a microphone and speak for him. Otunga: “This is Raven. Your Universal Champion. Raven puts his championship on and revels in the boos from the crowd. He will single-handedly destroy NeXus if they get in his way. This beatdown is one example of what he is capable of. Barrett forgot that there are, and have been, other groups taking shape all along. Soon everyone will flock to Raven!” Gabriel limps out for his match after that beatdown and grabs a microphone. Gabriel: “Another group Otunga, really? You’re really interested in being a two time loser, like the Detroit Dodgers?” Koloff is done listening and comes out to lock up with Gabriel as soon as he hits the ring.Ivan Koloff vs. Justin Gabriel The bell dings. Gabriel powers him into a corner and holds him there for the referee’s four count. It looks like we are going to get a clean break, but Gabriel trips him coming out of the corner. Gabriel slaps him in the face and belittles the Koloff family. Gabriel charges at him, but Koloff reverses it with a backbody drop and slaps Gabriel back. Gabriel clotheslines Koloff onto the apron and charges at him, but gets met with a shoulder block. Then, Koloff delivers a sitout powerbomb for the cover. 1..kick out. Gabriel rolls out to the apron, Koloff tries a jab, but Gabriel catches the arm and snaps it over the top steel cable. Gabriel hops back in the ring and sends Koloff shoulder first into the ring post. Gabriel yells at the crowd, and then goes back to favoring his injuries from his pre-match beatdown. Gabriel gets in Koloff’s face and starts shouting at him; Koloff tries to swing at him. Bradshaw: “Gabriel seems to be showing Koloff that he can’t beat him despite the attack he suffered.” Gabriel puts Koloff in a Boston crab, which he fights for a couple of minutes before making it to the ropes and climbing on to the apron so he could pull Gabriel to the outside. Koloff delivers a double axhandle to Gabriel on the floor and rolls him back inside the ring. Gabriel is up when Koloff slides back in to the ring and connects with a spinning heel kick. Gabriel pulls him to the center of the ring and locks in a dragon sleeper hold. Koloff fights it for a few minutes, but has to succumb when there is no avenue for escape and taps out. Here is your winner via submission (dragon sleeper): Justin Gabriel Heenan: “Gabriel showing exactly why he has become Barrett’s right hand man, picking up a win, despite not being one hundred percent.” Dangerously: “That may be, but you saw Gabriel letting his emotions get the best of him earlier when he belittled the fans. Gabriel was a crowd favorite in this building before that, which begs the question, does Barrett even care if he has the support of the fans?”

I’m liking the slow decline of the Nexus, it’s being done well. The segment with Barrett was nicely written, I like Raven being involved against the Nexus, I feel like Raven needs his own group to compete (flock return maybe) Koloff/Gabriel is such a bizarre combo of styles, thought the match was okay. Let’s see where this Nexus break up angle is headed…

Voting has closed. Image is the sole property of dcw1. Heenan: "It's Saturday Night and you will not find a more action-packed two hours anywhere. With me as always are John Bradshaw Layfield and Paul E. Dangerously and we are live from Erie, Pennsylvania.” Bradshaw: “On the last show before Takeover: Fright Night, we have a unique tag team matchup. It’s the final match of the opening round of our Cruiserweight Tag tournament as the Spanish Announce Team meets The New Hart Foundation. These guys are all just fantastic to watch. This crowd is definitely in for a treat.” Dangerously: “Last week, Barrett and Universal Champion Raven were in each other’s faces with nobody trying to separate them. Tonight, all the focus is on Raven’s Flock, flanked by new member David Otunga, as they meet Raven’s challenger for tomorrow night, Christian Cage, and his tag team partner Justin Credible.” A vignette is shown depicting Drew McIntyre’s Feast or Fired journey, including just recently when he named Dave Taylor as his tag team partner. Then, we join them at ringside with Tom Phillips set for an interview. Phillips: “No doubt you two have a big road ahead of you. Literally in the form of Braun Strowman. Last time we saw you, Dave Taylor was talking about the intense training you two were going to go through to overcome that obstacle. With the match 24 hours away, are you two ready?” Taylor: “You should be asking this guy that.” Taylor points to McIntyre who gives a weak thumbs up and winces in pain. Phillips: “The only question that remains is if you guys lose, then can we expect you to show up in the other tag team divisions?” Taylor: “Lose?!” Taylor slaps the microphone out of his hand and storms off. McIntyre slowly follows after him. Bradshaw: “Our pre-show match this week had a special guest on commentary, one half of the World Tag Team Champions, Kevin Steen.” Roberts: “The following contest is set for one fall with a 20 minute time limit. Introducing first, from Anaheim, California, weighing in at 210 pounds, this is Kaz! Kaz gets a huge ovation from this crowd but is jumped by Prichard as he was climbing the stairs. Steen: “No question, Bad Influence had an incredible reign, but their time is over and we are going to prove that tomorrow night in the rematch. Once we get through the formalities, we can settle in to our reign and make these championships our own. Kaz and Daniels should be thanking us. These are the World Heavyweight Tag Team Titles and once they lose their rematch they will be free to go back and compete within their own weight class.” Kaz (Manager: Daniels) vs. Tom Prichard The bell dings. Prichard has been punching Kaz in the face the entire time before finally trying to lift him up for a suplex. Kaz reverses it using a snapmare takeover, which he follows up by aggressively kicking Prichard in the face, then delivering a Muta elbow into the cover. 1…kick out. Kaz whips him off the ropes and catches him with a back elbow. Kaz kicks Prichard out of the ring and starts bouncing him face first off of everything at ringside from the steel steps, the steel barricade, the announce table, and even the heel of Daniels’ boot. Kaz then gets on the apron to argue with the referee about the speed of the countout, which gives Daniels the opening to pull Prichard down from behind by the hair. Prichard gets back to his feet and chases Daniels around ringside until he’s cut off by a standing dropkick right under the chin from Kaz. Prichard tries to recover and whip Kaz into the steel guardrail, but Kaz reverses it and hits a flying axe handle from the apron. Kaz rolls Prichard back in the ring, with the count at 7, tries to follow in after him, but Prichard gets him with a jawbreaker across the ropes. Kaz distracts the referee again by calling him over to check on him medically, so Daniels pulls Prichard out of the ring and whips him straight into the steel ring steps. Referee Nick Patrick thinks he saw something and goes over to warn Daniels, while Kaz resumes beating Prichard all over ringside. After slamming Prichard face first off of the ring post, Kaz hip tosses him square on to the ring steps. Prichard catches him with a desperation death valley driver onto the guardrail after Kaz tried another double axe handle. Both men are down as Patrick has the count back up at 6. Daniels rolls Kaz back in and out of the ring to break up the count. Bradshaw: “Bad Influence is really getting aggressive in this matchup. You have to wonder if the loss of their tag titles is going to affect their in-ring behavior.” Steen: “I certainly don’t. After tomorrow when we dispatch of them, I won’t have to think about them again.” We see a split screen replay of the death valley driver. Heenan: “Both Prichard and Kaz have done some unsportsmanlike things in this one. The prematch attack from Prichard doesn’t seem to have helped him much, though.” Prichard rolls Kaz back in the ring, then delivers the mounted rights and lefts before connecting with a knee drop. Prichard stays on him with three consecutive elbow drops and back to back leg drops off the ropes into the cover. 1…shoulder up. Prichard sets him up in a single leg Boston crab, which he manages to hold for several minutes before Daniels is back on the apron in Patrick’s face. Prichard drops the hold to take a swing at Daniels, but misses as Kaz gets the chance to roll out to the floor. Prichard grabs a bottle of water and spits water in Kaz’s face from in the ring, which has got him incensed now, if he wasn’t before. Prichard rolls out of the ring, but Kaz is on him immediately with rapid fire forearm shots, and then shoves him back in the ring. Kaz tries to go in after him swinging, but Prichard slows him down by catching him in a sleeper hold. Kaz is also in this move for several minutes as Patrick administers the test to see if he’s out of it, and Kaz answers the arm count at 2, but Prichard knees him in the back before he can fight to his feet. With Kaz still grounded, Prichard is able to lock in a full Boston crab. However, he can’t quite get it all the way, so it’s more of a modified crab, which allows Kaz to turn over and kick Prichard off of him. Prichard recovers faster and hits a running knee lift, which forces Kaz to the outside once more. Prichard connects with a baseball slide, sending Kaz into the steel barricade, and rolls Kaz back in the ring again. Prichard decides that now is an appropriate time to get the crowd fired up because he’s on the outside and face to face with those fans in the front row, but when he finally turns around Kaz catches him with a suicide dive from through the middle ropes. Kaz takes him back in the ring and sets him up in the corner. Kaz lays into him with rapid fire chops and forearms. Then, Kaz pulls his kneepad down and, from the opposing corner, hits a running knee to the face. Kaz throws Prichard to the mat and covers him. 1…2..rope break. It’s a standoff now as Prichard and Kaz exchange rights and lefts in the center of the ring because Patrick caused the separation after that rope break. Kaz, obviously still furious from the water thing earlier, gets the better of it with more aggressive jabs, and then turns him inside out with a huge lariat. Kaz tries a shining wizard, but Prichard catches the leg, spins him around, and nails him with a superkick. Prichard waits for Kaz to make it to a knee before putting him down once more with a neckbreaker. Prichard into the cover now. 1..2.Daniels pulls him off. Of course, Prichard gets up to argue with Daniels, but this gives Kaz the opening to grab him from behind and connect with back to the future. 1…2…3!Here is your winner via pinfall (back to the future): KazAfter the match, Daniels comes in with a slingshot senton on Prichard. Jimmy del Ray comes in from out of nowhere to make the save with a flying crossbody on Daniels. A series of chops and forearm shots to Kaz, and then del Ray throws him up in the air and drops him with an elbow to the face. del Ray's momentum is stopped when Daniels catches him and delivers a running powerslam. Daniels and Kaz prop a table up in the corner, and it looks like they're looking to flapjack del Ray through it, but del Ray pulls Referee Patrick in front of him. del Ray pushes the referee at them and Patrick ends up going through the table due to how hard del Ray pushed him, but Kaz and Daniels still catch del Ray and flapjack him right on top of Patrick. Heenan: "The former World Tag Team Champions showing complete disregard for the referee out there. That could prove to be an issue if it persists, like it has come to a head in the WWX recently."

Voting has closed. Special thank you to dcw1. Heenan: "It's Saturday Night and you will not find a more action-packed two hours anywhere. With me as always are John Bradshaw Layfield and Paul E. Dangerously and we are live from Corpus Christi, Texas. Tonight, we have decided to kick things off right away with our pre-show matchup.” Layfield: “This is going to be the second first round matchup for our first ever Dusty Rhodes sponsored tag team invitational that celebrates classic tag team wrestling. This tournament welcomed 8 teams all handpicked by the American Dream, who, might we add, is formerly one half of the first ever LCWF Tag Team Champions himself.” Dangerously: Hotbody and Blassie will start this match off as we barrel towards another Takeover event just 8 days from tonight.” Dusty Rhodes Invitational Tag Team Classic Match Raven's Nest vs. "Classie" Freddie Blassie/Gorgeous George The bell dings. Hotbody and Blassie exchange deep arm drags before Blassie changes it up with a drop toehold counter to Hotbody’s third armdrag attempt. Blassie quickly goes for his southern neckbreaker only for Hotbody to reverse it and turn it into a headbutt. Blassie hits a basement dropkick to the knees and then hits a discus Lariat. Blassie goes for the southern neckbreaker yet again but Hotbody slips out of it and the Tag is made to Tyler Fullington. Blassie makes the Tag into Gorgeous George, who wants to kick this thing off by baiting Fullington in and sucker punching him. Fullington has it well scouted and gets right in George’s face. George responds by thumbing Fullington in the eyes. Fullington and George exchange chops until George tosses out some forearm shots. Fullington kicks George in the head but George responds with a Big Boot to the face of his own. Blassie tags back into the match now and the WWF Legends chop Fullington together. Hotbody runs in for the save, but eats some chops, as well. Blassie and George appear to be having a disagreement regarding their strategy for the rest of the bout, but eventually just give each other a high five. Blassie bodydrops Fullington to the floor, follows up by going to the outside, and dropping him over the barricade. Back in the ring, Blassie makes the Tag into George. George charges at Fullington but gets backdropped to the apron. Hotbody grabs George’s ankles from the outside, and Fullington Superkicks him. Hotbody pulls George to the outside DDTs him and rolls him back into the ring where Fullington hits a Facebuster and then lays George onto his knees as Hotbody dives off the top with a leg drop. Fullington for the first cover: 1…kick out. Fullington and George exchange chops and kicks until Fullington whips George into the corner. Fullington hits a clothesline and then goes for another one but George explodes out of the corner with a Lariat of his own. George quickly gets the tag in to Blassie and hits a Flying Cross Body off the top before taking his spot on the apron. Blassie hits a series of Polish Hammers and then hits a Fireman Carry’s Slam followed by a standing elbow drop attempt, but Fullington gets his knees up. On the outside, Hotbody takes out George with a standing dropkick to the face. Hotbody and Fullington hit some double-team action on Blassie; including a double suplex and a neckbreaker onto the knee combo. Fullington tosses Blassie to the floor and Hotbody hits a Tope Suicida! Back in the ring, Fullington hits a basement dropkick to the face on Blassie for another cover: 1..2..rope break. Raven motions to attack George on the outside, but it was subtle and he didn’t actually do anything since the referee turned his attention that way. Hotbody tags into the match and kills Blassie with a Rebound Hook Kick off the ropes and then goes for a Rolling hurricanrana but eats a spinebuster followed by a Running Knee lift! Blassie reaches out for the tag but Fullington blasts George off the apron with a spear to cut that off. Hotbody kicks Blassie in the head and tosses him to the corner where Fullington chokes him, while Hotbody distracts the referee. Blassie sidesteps a charging Hotbody and he Tags in George! George hits a running headbutt knocking Fullington off the apron and then a Fall Away Slam on Hotbody. George hits a Slingshot suplex over the top rope, sending Hotbody crashing onto Fullington on the floor! George knocks Hotbody back to the floor when he climbs on the apron, and then hits a diving elbow drop onto the both of them. Then George drives the point of his elbow into each of their skulls and gives one to Raven too for good measure! Back in the ring, George hits a series of Corner Clotheslines on the Nest, and then hits a Dropkick/leg drop combo on them for a cover on Hotbody: 1..shoulder up. George runs into a boot from Hotbody in the corner, and then Hotbody hits a Springboard Spinning Back Kick followed by a Roll into a knee to the face for another cover: 1…2.kick out. Hotbody Tags Fullington, and then they take turns kicking away at George on the mat. Hotbody and Fullington do a Wheel-Barrow splash combo for another cover: 1…2..rope break. Fullington knocks Blassie off the apron with a springboard kick to the face, and climbs to the top rope. George climbs up after him and hits a Super Fall Away Slam as both men are down now. Blassie Tags in and hits a Running Back Elbow. Blassie grabs Hotbody as he’s coming in and tosses him into Fullington. Blassie charges right into a Superkick from Hotbody. Hotbody then goes for a hurricanrana, but eats a spinebuster into Fullington in the corner. George hits a Tornado Forearm and then a Spinebuster/knee drop combo on Fullington which allows Blassie to go for the cover: 1…2..kick out. Blassie goes for the stomach claw on Fullington, but he moves and hits a Russian leg sweep. George comes in and lays Fullington out with a backbreaker, but then walks into a Roundhouse Kick from Hotbody. Blassie hits the stomach claw on Hotbody and shoves him out of the ring. Then, he delivers a snap suplex to Fullington. Blassie holds Fullington as George goes for a spinning neckbreaker, but Fullington fights him off, and then Fullington eliminates George with a Superkick. Raven’s Nest take Blassie up to the top rope and deliver a double, super brainbuster. Fullington pulls Blassie over for the cover. 1…2…3!Here are your winners via pinfall (super brainbuster): Raven's NestAlmost as soon as they are announced as the winners, Raven is beating the hell out of Blassie and George. Raven's Nest, Raven's Flock, The Dead Pool, The Gathering, and Serotonin come out and take respective spots in and around the ring. Then, EV2 stand up at the top of the ramp. Raven motions for Johnny Devine to join him in the ring. Raven: "If anyone wanted to stage a hostile takeover of this show, it would be me, and we would have done it already. Does that satisfy you, Johnny?" Devine: "No. We're not impressed with NeXus and they've been allowed to go unchecked for too long. They have been doing this since the very first show, so it's not a surprise. What is a surprise is that you have quietly built not one - but six - groups in the background and won two World Titles and the fact that none of these other groups out here have done anything about this problem. When this show first launched, and Wade Barrett was putting NeXus together, he approached me and asked for my help. Well, really, he wanted The New Movement, but we turned him down because we felt he had nothing to offer us. It's been 11 years since then and he has not brought any World Titles to his group, in fact, he's barely brought any championships to them at all." Raven: "Which brings my attention to my newest charge, if you will, I've put him in my Flock because he is going to be the catalyst behind more castaways flocking to my side. He is seeking revenge, sure, but with my guidance he can become more. In Wade Barrett's NeXus, you see, there's significant doubt behind whether or not Barrett will allow any of the others to compete for World Heavyweight Titles, but, and I think I speak for this crowd when I say this, there is no doubt here. We'll be reminded even more of this stark difference a bit later on tonight when X-Division Champion Daniel Bryan speaks on his second opportunity to make use of Option C, I'm sure. Anyway, David Otunga, the floor is yours." Otunga: "I was just starting to reach my full potential and Wade Barrett decided to cut me down so that I couldn't knock him off his path to being one of the World Heavyweight Champions. When I needed him most, he tossed me aside, he 'made an example out of me', and being betrayed by a man that I swore to follow to whatever end felt like the end of my career in wrestling. Now, I need something from Barrett...or, more accurately, someone. Your team is crumbling. Kicking people out tends to do that. I have it on good authority that two of your members are on the fence. Well, let me break the news to you, I have negotiated, on behalf of Raven, and I was successful in my pursuit. Raven is gathering followers fast and....one member of NeXus has agreed to defect. Otunga holds up a Gathering shirt. What would it be like if Raven took your allies one by one?" Raven: "This isn't something that will be revealed tonight. Take some time, Barrett. Talk it over with your....family. Then, once you've systematically alienated them all, I will be here with open arms. I am not seeking control of LCWF. I seek nothing more than the complete disruption of everyone else's plans. In a word: chaos. Quoth the Raven.....Nevermore." A video package detailing the split up of Lancelot and Harlem Bravado airs, which all began when Lancelot turned on Harlem to accept the offer to join The Hurt Business. Bradshaw: "We are not related at all and I could never picture turning on Faarooq the way that young man turned on his tag team partner. Lancelot Bravado is obviously interested in making a name for himself, but, as I see it, the NWA World's Championship is the prize in this business, and aligning yourself with the champion makes it difficult to go after. Dusty Rhodes has said that he wants to showcase the best athletes in tag team wrestling after his victory to become one half of the first ever LCWF Tag Team Champions. He wants to give back to the company that bestowed such an honor upon him, but these two guys are using it as a vehicle to continue their blood feud." Heenan: "This next match certainly brings a lot of intrigue with it. There is the bad blood between the Bravado's, but there is also our NWA Heavyweight Champion Bobby Lashley who has pushed for Alexander and Lancelot to get more high profile matches." Dangerously: "Well, speaking of groups, Bobby Lashley is another one who has quite the following. Three or four the last time I checked, including obviously The Hurt Business, but he has yet to weigh in on Barrett and Raven's war. My sources tell me that he was also given the power to choose Harlem's replacement tag team partner for this match and he selected Drew Gulak, notably a member of LCWF's Cruiserweight Division, but my sources were unable, at this time, to come up with anything concrete as to why he was selected." 1st Annual Dusty Rhodes Invitational Tag Team Classic MatchThe Hurt Business [Manager: NWA Champion Bobby Lashley] vs. Harlem Bravado and Drew GulakRoberts: "The following contest is a first round match in the Dusty Rhodes Invitational Tag Team Tournament with a 20 minute time limit and is set for one fall. When the man in charge, senior referee Mr. Earl Hebner, signals for the bell the first team to earn a pinfall or a submission will advance to the next round. Introducing first, weighing in at 216lbs, from Eden, North Carolina, this is Harlem Bravado. And, introducing his tag team partner, weighing in at 194lbs, from Abington Township, Pennsylvania, this is Drew Gulak! And, introducing their opponents, being led to the ring by NWA Heavyweight Champion Bobby Lashley, weighing in at a combined weight of 410lbs, they are the tag team known as The Hurt Business! Referee Earl Hebner signals for the bell. The bell dings.Bradshaw: "The stakes in this match could go beyond just this tournament because Gulak and Lancelot both want that Cruiserweight Championship. But, there is also a score to settle between the brothers as Lancelot and Harlem have elected to start this off against each other." Harlem irish whips his brother, goes in to the corner mount, and rains down 10 punches to the face. Harlem pulls him out and delivers a snap powerslam for the cover: 1...rope break. Hebner separates the two of them allowing Lancelo to make the Tag in to Cedric Alexander. Gulak motions for Harlem to Tag him in and Harlem obliges. Alexander hip tosses Gulak clear across the ring immediately. Then Alexander charges right through him with a shoulder block. Gulak connects with a solid uppercut, but this only rocks Alexander for a second before he throws Gulak into the ropes. Bobby Lashley trips Gulak up and Alexander makes the Tag back into Lancelot; Harlem wants to get back in right away. Gulak rolls out of the ring and gets in the champ's face, but he argued for too long and Lancelot takes him out with a somersault plancha. Lancelot grabs him by the legs and swings him head first into the barricade. Alexander bodyslams Gulak on the floor, and then rolls in the ring to begin arguing with Hebner about the count. Off the distraction, Lashley starts stomping on Gulak's face. Alexander rolls out of the ring, grabs Gulak, and rolls him back in the ring, but Gulak manages to connect with a jawbreaker when Alexander comes back in and now both men are down. Alexander recovers first and tries to stop the tag, so Gulak hits a quick step up enziguri. Gulak almost has the tag when Lancelot tries to take him out so Gulak sidesteps him, and Harlem pulls down the top rope, so Lancelot goes barreling into the announce table. Harlem goes down to beat on Lancelot, which prevents the tag from happening, and Lancelot pulls Harlem down dropping him face first into the top of the announce table. Meanwhile, in the ring, Alexander pummeled Gulak from behind and starts stomping away on him in his own corner. Then, Lancelot slides back in the ring and the Hurt Business have Gulak at their mercy as they both drive their boots into him. Hebner finally manages to restore some order when Alexander pulls Gulak over for the cover: 1...rope break. Alexander has Gulak in a keylock for roughly a minute before whipping him into the ropes, but Gulak with a back handspring into an enziguri! Lancelot Tags himself in and goes for a corner splash on Gulak, but Gulak drops out of the way, sending Lancelot face first into the top turnbuckle. Gulak makes the Tag into Harlem who delivers a big boot straight to his brother's face, but Lancelot gets right back up, only to be put down again with a stiff lariat. Harlem dropkicks Alexander off the apron, but Alexander gets right back up as well. Harlem follows it up with a shining wizard to once again knock Alexander down to the floor. Harlem gets on the top rope and starts shouting and berating Lashley, but then suddenly hits a moonsault on his brother for the cover: 1...2.shoulder up. Harlem delivers a springboard into a cutter type move, then goes for the lateral press again: 1...2..kick out. Harlem sets up a figure four leg lock, but Lancelot kicks him so he's laying across the middle rope, which gives Lashley the opening to rake the eyes. Tag into Gulak who delivers a pop up forearm smash, which sends Lancelot rolling to the outside to regroup with Alexander and Lashley. Only then Gulak hits a handspring into a corkscrew plancha over the top rope and takes all three of them down. Gulak rolls Lancelot back into the ring, where Harlem delivers a heel kick, which sets Gulak up to hit a brainbuster, the move that both Gulak and Harlem use quite often. Harlem hits a tope suicida on Alexander on the outside. Meanwhile, Gulak went to the top rope for a corkscrew senton splash on Lancelot for the cover: 1...2..NO kick out by Lancelot. Harlem looks to make his way back into the ring, but then Alexander sweeps his legs out from under him and suddenly Gulak is surrounded in the ring. Gulak goes back and forth between Alexander and Lancelot with rights and lefts to them both. Until he turns back to attack Lancelot and gets hit with a jawbreaker. He is still reeling when Alexander gives him a springboard clothesline. Alexander suplexes Gulak right on to both of Lancelot's knees and Lancelot pulls him into a small package, and, for good measure, while the referee counts the pin Lashley is sending Harlem crashing into the steel ring steps. 1...2...3! Roberts: " Here are your winners as a result of a pinfall (suplex/backstabber combo), and advancing to the next round, the team of Cedric Alexander and Lancelot Bravado...The Hurt Business!" Dangerously: "Not an overly unexpected victory out there. With someone the caliber of Lashley in their corner, how could Gulak and Bravado have possibly overcome those odds? Still, the fight between the brothers is a story I think we all still want more of." Heenan: "Since being defeated for his Light Heavyweight Title, Eugene is back in the performance center with old tag team partner William Regal in preparation for his rematch with new champion, Xavier." Cut to the performance center where William Regal is in the middle of an exercise with Eugene.
Regal: "Eugene is simply devastated. He's grown accustomed to having that title and I consider it my duty to help him get it back." Xavier: "I have won the ROH World Title, while Eugene is better off as a tag team competitor. He can't even train to fight me himself. How did you let this guy reign atop the Light Heavyweight Division for as long as you did?" Roberts: "The following contest is a singles bout set for one fall when the man in charge, Referee Rudy Charles, signals for the bell, the first individual to score a pinfall or submission will be declared the winner. Introducing first, already in the ring, weighing in at 220lbs, from Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan, he is Shingo Takagi! and, making his way down to the ring, being accompanied by Ricky Ortiz and Darren Young, he is the leader of the group known as Mercury, weighing in at 256lbs, from Akron, Ohio, this is Michael Tarver!"Ortiz: "Tonight is a special celebration. A celebration of Michael Tarver being chosen as the fourth man who will challenge Lance Storm for the Television Championship in two weeks time. He is going to win tonight just as he is going to win over Storm. In two weeks, the Television Championship will come home. Quick cut to the Anti-Americans' locker room where they are seen just laughing at Ortiz. In fact, Tarver's performance will be so good that his opponent tonight will want to join us." Michael Tarver [Managers: Ricky Ortiz, Darren Young] vs. Shingo TakagiRudy Charles signals for the bell, the bell dings. Tarver pulls Takagi by his hair and gets in his face. Takagi knees him in the gut to break his grip, then hits the ropes. Takagi runs right into the lightning reverse thrown scoop powerslam. Tarver measures him and Takagi turns around into the Kill Shot from Tarver. Cover: 1...2...3! Roberts: " Here is your winner via pinfall (kill shot) Michael Tarver!" Michael Cole makes his way down to the ring with a microphone in hand. Cole: "I thought I had this figured out. Working with Jerry, instead of against him, led to me becoming the number one contender for a World Championship. But, after my loss to Xavier Woods last month, I have to ask Jerry some questions that I thought I knew the answers to, so, Jerry, if you wouldn't mind. Jerry Lawler's music hits and he comes out to raucous cheers from the crowd that's watched him capture some of the biggest LCWF belts over the years. The first question is, can I trust you, Jerry? You have all of the answers, but I'm not saying them correctly all of a sudden. I feel like I'm being kept in the dark, but, if you haven't noticed, there are a lot of groups forming in this company. Now once again you're the number one contender to the LCWF Championship? So we need to get one thing perfectly clear. Did you know that I would be returning to the ring against Xavier Woods? Did you know that I earned my shot against you for the LCWF Championship after pinning you in a tag team match? You didn't just let me have an opportunity? Did you know that I was considered to be one of the only two LCWF wrestlers to ever be called up to the WWX before I began training with you? The crowd is chanting 'you screwed up'. I may have screwed up, but this man has been betraying me from the beginning and I think that's just a little bit worse. The most important question, though, is this: are you training me to be a champion or your lackey?" Lawler: "I am protecting you....from yourself." Cole: "You are like a brother to me." Lawler: "You are like a brother to me, too." Cole: "I thank you for your honesty." Lawler: "I thank you for yours." Cole: "And I thank you for agreeing to take me in after everything I did and said to you." Lawler: "I thought of it as a challenge." Cole: "And you're fired...." Cole turns his back, Lawler goes to turn him around, and Cole hits a super kick! Dangerously: "Oh my god." Zeb Colter and The Real Americans are at the top of the ramp applauding as Cole quickly heads up to join them and they embrace him before going back to their locker room.Bradshaw: "He has absolutely lost his damn mind. Without a second to process what just happened, Low Ki and Elix Skipper are not waiting for their introductions they are heading straight to the ring before Jerry has even had a chance to stand back up." Triple X enters the ring and starts their own beat down on the stunned Lawler before Joey Ryan speeds in to make the save as he chases them both out of the ring and helps Lawler back to his feet. Lawler starts walking to the back and Ryan motions for Low Ki to hit the ring.Low Ki [Manager: Elix Skipper] vs. Joey RyanReferee Mike Chioda signals for the bell, the bell dings, and we're off. Low Ki quickly knees Ryan in the gut. Heenan: "Last time we saw Ryan it was a losing effort against Roddy Piper at Takeover, suddenly he resurfaces and is he aligning himself with the former World Champion?" Low Ki has Ryan up and catches him with the Ki Crusher! 1...2...3! Roberts: " Here is your winner by way of pinfall (ki crusher): Low Ki!" Bradshaw: "Wow, two quick ones back to back. Ryan did not even get a move in, unless you count the pre-match run in. Just appears as though he can't catch a break in sanctioned competition." Highlights from the LCWF Money in the Bank Ladder match are shown, ending on Nick Aldis retrieving the briefcase. Dangerously: "Ladies and gentlemen, at this time, I give to you, Mr. Money in the Bank, Nick Aldis!" Aldis holds up his briefcase as the crowd is behind him big time. Aldis: "I have had a lot of success in many different areas of athleticism. Swimming, technical wrestling, tennis, bodybuilding, and, now, it looks like I've got a new one. I am the first to ever win the LCWF Money in the Bank briefcase. After I won this case, my name has become synonymous with the match. Months ago, I climbed that steel ladder, broke through my previously unknown status in LCWF, and I captured this briefcase, which entitles me to a shot at any LCWF recognized World Title, any time I choose. Over this time many people have congratulated me, but they also keep asking me the same question over and over. 'When will you cash in?' I will tell you this, if I have to defend this case, then I'm going to cash in as soon as I win the match just as Mankind did, even though he didn't win the ladder match itself. Right now I've got no reason to cash this in or defend it because I have to do this right and translate this into a title. Timing is everything, I don't want my legacy to be the first one to cash in and lose, like Monty Brown winning the Royal Rumble match, but failing to capture the championship." Aldis' music hits again, he poses with the case once more, then heads to the back.Raven's Flock vs. The NeXus vs. Jinder Mahal & Vito vs. Epico & HunicoThe bell dings. Slater and Otunga start this one off. Slater applies a waist lock. Slater drops him with a German suplex. Slater leapfrogs over a charging Otunga. Otunga lunges over Slater when he came back off the ropes. When he lands, Slater catches him with a running elbow smash. Otunga tries to come back with a boot to the face, but it's caught by Slater. Slater goes for a jumping complete shot, but Otunga holds on to the ropes and Slater hits the canvas. Otunga motions for Slater to bring it on. Otunga dropkicks Slater as he moves forward. Jinder Mahal and Epico are Tagged in. Mahal and Epico trade side headlock takeovers. Epico goes for a belly to back suplex, but Mahal lands on his feet. Epico avoids a high roundhouse kick to the face. Thundering knife edge chop from Epico. Mahal catches him with a big kick to the face. Mahal attempts a slingshot DDT, only to have Epico counter with a northern lights suplex and the first cover of the match: 1...kick out! Epico Tags in Hunico. Epico and Hunico take Mahal down with a double shoulder tackle. Vito takes both of them down with a double clothesline from behind. Hunico catches Vito after he tries a running crossbody, and then Hunico and Epico delivery double stereo fallaway slams on Mahal and Vito. On the outside, Slater reels back and takes Otunga's head off with a big clothesline. Awesome kicks out Otunga's knee, then boots him in the face before he can even recover. Awesome has Otunga in a camel clutch on the outside of the ring. Awesome lets up a little so that Slater can hit a running foot stomp on the back of Otunga's neck. Referee Rudy Charles has completely lost control of this one as all 8 men have paired off now, pier six style. Charles is not even sure where he should be watching, as NeXus flapjack their former ally Otunga on the outside. Hunico heads to the outside to join the beatdown on Otunga, but Otunga reverses him and irish whips him into the steel barricade! Mahal follows Hunico to the outside and stomps on his back. Snapmare takeover, followed by a low dropkick from Mahal. Mahal is stomping away at Hunico like a man possessed right now. Mahal rolls him back into the ring and irish whips him into a corner, which now all have their respective teams on them. Mahal charges, but Hunico gets the boot up, as Raven's Flock hold their hands up to show they're not getting involved. Hunico measures Mahal, circling around the ring, but then Mike Awesome Tags himself into the match. Awesome comes in with forearm shivers. Mahal dances around him, then Mahal takes him down to the mat with a roundhouse kick from out of nowhere for the cover: 1...shoulder up. Mahal stomping on Awesome's chest repeatedly to try and keep him grounded. Mahal picks him and slams his head against the top turnbuckle in his own corner. Jinder Mahal Tags in Vito. Mahal puts him in a last chancery. Vito kicks Awesome in the forehead, and then pulls him into a cover when Mahal lets go: 1...rope break. Raven's Flock has begun setting up tables on the outside, so Charles has to go over and have a few words with them. Awesome reverses the irish whip attempt from Vito and knees him in the ribs. Hammer Tags himself in and we get our first look at him in this matchup. Awesome tries to get the drop on Hammer with a lariat immediately as he gets in, but Hammer is able to duck out of the way. Hammer into a waist lock. Otunga comes in and hits a dropkick to the face. Otunga follows it up with a springboard crossbody block. Hammer keeps it going with a running senton splash. Then, Otunga climbs on Hammer's back and hits a moonsault. Hammer delivers a running splash for the cover: 1...broken up by Slater. Hammer turns Awesome over and rakes his back. Hammer Tags in Otunga after Rudy Charles was able to get everyone back on the apron. Otunga continues raking Awesome's back. Otunga delivers one suplex, then another, and, going for three amigos, then Awesome blocks it with a spike DDT and both men are down. Awesome makes the Tag to Slater. Slater delivers a delayed vertical suplex to Otunga. Slater Tags Awesome back in. Slater and Awesome attempt a double back body drop, but Otunga manages to land on his feet. Bradshaw: "Otunga has been displaying some tremendous balance in this match. Raven is known to have an effect on his followers, could we be seeing that on display here?" Otunga takes Awesome on with a spinning enziguri, which allows him to take Slater down with a clothesline at the same time. Otunga looks for a belly to belly suplex on Awesome, but Awesome breaks free and launches Otunga over the top rope and down to the outside. Otunga drops Awesome with a slingshot flatliner. Awesome catches Otunga with a drop toehold and a basement dropkick to the face for the cover: 1...kick out! Awesome sees Vito staring him down and slaps him in the face, now Vito's in the ring and they trade punches. Off this distraction, Otunga Tags in Hunico. Hunico comes in and puts everyone down with clotheslines one after the other. Hunico hits a standing sliced bread number 2 on Hammer as he tried to come in the ring. Vito stops his momentum with a boot to the midsection. Hunico sidesteps an oncoming Slater and sends him chest first into the turnbuckle. Meanwhile, on the outside Mahal is lighting up Awesome's chest with knife edge chops against the steel barrier. Awesome reverses an irish whip attempt and sends Mahal barreling into the steel ring steps. Awesome tries to capitalize and lift Mahal up, but Mahal counters with a spinning DDT using the steel steps for leverage. Mahal stays on him and puts Awesome on the concrete floor hard with a half and half suplex. Slater joins his partner on the outside, when Epico and Hunico try for dual tope suicidas, but Slater and Awesome are able to move out of the way and Epico and Hunico crash hard. Slater pulls Angel out from under the ring. Mahal and Vito hits stereo slingshot pescados to the outside on Slater and Awesome. Mahal and Vito pose for the crowd. Then Mahal and Vito get back in the ring and hit Epico and Hunico with stereo planchas just as they were getting back up off the foor. Mahal delivers a springboard reverse asai moonsault to Epico and Hunico as they were getting up once again. Angel takes the opportunity and Hunico down even more with a double underhook suplex. Hammer has Slater on the top rope now. Slater beats him on the back and reverses it with him in control and going for a superplex, but Otunga heads in and gets involved by setting Slater up for an electric chair drop and he connects with it, but Slater also connects with his superplex to Hammer. Meanwhile, Awesome looked to take advantage of the interference by Angel by rolling Hunico into the ring for the cover: 1...2..kick out! When he gets back to his feet, Otunga kicks Awesome in the gut. Awesome fires back with an explosive clothesline to send Otunga over the top rope and to the outside. Awesome goes for a corner splash onto Mahal, but Mahal sidesteps and sends Awesome chest first into the turnbuckle. Hammer looks for a half and half suplex, but Mahal blocks it. Mahal turns Hammer around, lifts him up in an electric chair, then drops him chest first onto Vito's knees. Slater superkicks Mahal from out of nowhere. Vito fires back with a forearm shot to Slater. Awesome has recovered and he has a belly to belly suplex for all of his opponents. Hunico is the last he goes for, but Hunico blocks him with a few headbutts. Slater stops him with a low blow. Slater and Awesome go high-low, with Slater hitting a chopblock and Awesome a massive clothesline to turn him inside out. Awesome hooks the leg, with Slater blocking anyone who may break up the pin, and 1...2...3! Roberts: " Here are your winners, as a result of a pinfall (high/low), Heath Slater and Mike Awesome, The NeXus!" Heenan: "In three weeks time, LCWF comes to you live from the Petersen Events Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During that program, Eric Bischoff, our esteemed General Manager, has promised huge announcements. We will, of course, be returning that night with our weekly LCWF program, but that night will also kick us off on the road to the final PPV show of 2021."

Dangerously and we are live tonight from Garland, Texas for our Year in Review show.” Bradshaw: “We will be doing our best to celebrate all of the best from LCWF’s 2010 calendar year tonight, which was our first year of shows.” Dangerously: “Starting things off tonight is the Cruiserweight Division, which was just one of the ways Bischoff set the LCWF apart from other wrestling shows at the time.” Heenan: “Tonight, the first ever winners of an LCWF match will check in and inform us of where they are going for the rest of 2021 and beyond.” Wade Barrett’s taped segment: “Raven tells me that he’s warped the mind of one of my men, well, what do you say we make this interesting? As you well know, Raven has many groups under his control, but when you have that many it can be difficult to maintain control. I should know, I myself lead almost as many. The point is this: I extended the same offer to Raven’s camp and I got not one, but two members to accept. There’s one of them now. If you’ll excuse me, we have some private business to discuss." The feed cuts. The ECW theme hits and out comes Kevin Sullivan, who is staring bullets at the announce table. Sullivan goes over and forces Heenan and Bradshaw up and shoves them out of the way as he takes his seat beside Paul E., apparently he has decided that this will be the ECW announce table for at least the pre-show tonight. Sullivan: “You know Paul E., these guys could do with a bit more violence around here. I say this to you because you are the only man at this table who matters and whose opinion I respect on the issue.” Riley’s music sounds as he makes his way through the curtain, posing as he makes his way down to the ring. Dangerously: “Riley is clearly still cocky after holding the Cruiserweight Championship." Referee Brian Hebner looks disgusted by the obviously unearned cockiness. There’s a brief staredown between Riley and Hebner, then Riley exits the ring again and poses for the crowd in the front row to mixed interest. Roberts: “The following contest is set for one fall with a 15 minute time limit. When the man in charge, Mr. Brian Hebner, signals for the bell the first individual to record a pinfall or a submission is declared the winner. Introducing first, already in the ring, being accompanied by Chase Stevens and Andy Douglas, weighing in at 205lbs, from New Orleans, Louisiana, this is Cassidy Riley! Introducing the opponent, weighing in at 198lbs, from Tokyo, Japan, this is Zack Sabre, Jr.!” Sabre makes his way down to the ring, gets in, and waves Riley on, but Riley shakes his head no. The crowd is chanting “Sabre”. Brian Hebner signals for the bell.Cassidy Riley (w/ Andy Douglas, Chase Stevens) vs. Zack Sabre, Jr. The bell dings. Sabre extends the hand for a handshake, but Riley slaps him in the face. Sabre answers by hip tossing him into the corner. Sabre charges at him, so Riley sidesteps and sends him into the turnbuckle. Riley connects with a leaping enziguri, and then pops off the ropes, only to be caught by the throat. It’s a chokehold that Sabre begins turning into a chokeslam. But Riley almost snaps off a hurricanrana when Sabre throws him off at the last second. Riley starts delivering a series of shoulder blocks to Sabre, trying to take control of this one, but Sabre is not going down. Sabre hip tosses Riley into the corner once more. Sabre clotheslines Riley to the outside. Sabre heads out and starts slamming Riley head first off of anything he can find. Riley keeps trying to ask for a time out, but Sabre is showing no mercy after the rejected handshake. Riley starts getting in a few kicks to the back of Sabre’s legs. Riley kicks Sabre off of him, then heads to the top rope looking for a double ax handle, but when he jumps down he’s met with a dropkick to the face from Sabre. Sabre headbutts Riley, and then slams him face first off the edge of the ring apron. Riley looks a bit out on his feet as he is rolled back into the ring. Sabre looks for a chokeslam, but Riley flips out of it and delivers a kick square to the chest. Then, Riley lays into Sabre with a series of rapid fire knees and kicks. Riley shoulder blocks Sabre down to the mat and runs off the ropes, but Sabre catches him with a side kick as he was making his way back to his feet. Sabre goes to back body drop him, but Riley reverses it into a spike DDT. Dangerously: “You’ve been quiet for this one, Sullivan. Not hardcore enough for your tastes?” Sullivan: “There were some promising moments, but I am resisting the urge to introduce a chair for god sake.” Riley heads to the top rope looking for a moonsault. Sabre is able to move out of the way, but Riley is able to flip over him and land on his feet. Riley puts him back down on the mat with a spinning heel kick. Riley heads to the top looking for a shooting star press this time. Sabre is able to catch him by the throat in midair and get back to his feet. Sabre delivers a tiger suplex, slamming Riley into the mat. Sabre covers him by putting one hand over his chest: 1…2…3! Roberts: "The winner of the match, as a result of a pinfall (tiger suplex), Zack Sabre, Jr!"

Voting has closed. Special shoutout to dcw1. This week's show kicks off with the usual signature opening video package and then we shoot live inside the Daily's Place amphitheater where Bobby Heenan: "It's Saturday Night and you will not find a more action-packed two hours anywhere. With me as always is John Bradshaw Layfield and Paul E. Dangerously.” Dangerously: “Live from Jacksonville, Florida, we present to you: LCWF Homecoming on the eve of our eleventh LCWF Takeover event.” Bradshaw: “We are also getting closer to a brand new year, which means an upgraded show, but it might be awhile before we truly get to see that.” Heenan: “We have Tom Philips standing in for Jeremy Borash to do our interviews this week as a bit of a trial run, good luck Tom.” We get a video package hyping up the Openweight Championship Tournament, with significant focus on the very next match featuring Shannon Moore and the mysterious El Gran Luchadore. Bradshaw: “We have already given everyone a preview of some changes to come for our Homecoming show tonight. You can see the ramp that stretches all the way to the ring, which resembles the WCW set a bit. We also have the TitanTron set off to the side tonight to give a nice side by side visual as our competitors make their entrances. After saying that, Bradshaw grabs a microphone and heads into the ring. I know many of you are used to me being on commentary and might not know much else about me, so let me take this time to reintroduce myself for those of you that want to claim not to know just who the hell I am! Bradshaw, badass, Texas tough…….Acolyte. The Acolyte has a little surprise for everyone tonight." Brad Rheingans, the man who trained Bradshaw, appears on the TitanTron standing in the street. Rheingans: “Bradshaw, you are the premier wrestler in the world. That is why I chose you to be one of my Acolytes. A brutal fighter, such as you, while capable at it, is wasting away at an announcer’s desk. This seems like an apt time to bring this up because there seem to be a lot of factions about, so it seems the wrestling has fallen by the wayside and ganging up on people has become the flavor of the day. You don’t join the Acolytes. Only I and two other men have what it takes. This is more of a warning. Bradshaw is already at ringside for every match, ain’t he? Think of the carnage he can cause with a front row seat. Every match could be decided at the drop of a ten gallon hat.” Bradshaw: “My friend and mentor said it best. Next week, I will be inserting myself into a match, but nobody will know which one until it’s too late, and we have our reasons for starting with the one we choose. LCWF changes. Acolytes don’t. Last week was the 2021 year in review show, but was there any mention of Bradshaw? Earlier tonight, The Usos played keep away with my hat. This gang warfare has left no room for respect and that needs to be protected in the locker room.” Moore makes his entrance, careful to note that Bradshaw was finished before doing so, but, as he is pumping up the crowd, here comes El Gran Luchadore running off the barricade and delivers a hurricanrana! Luchadore stands tall, but Moore knocks him down with a leg sweep, and then makes his way over to the announce table to mock Bradshaw. Heenan: “It looks like Shannon Moore is playing some mind games of his own with you, Bradshaw. Your message might not be going over well in the locker room.” Bradshaw: “All in due time, Brain.” Luchadore is back up and gets to Moore to attack him from behind. Luchadore beats on Moore all over ringside with chops and slaps. Luchadore delivers a side suplex, and then finally starts to make his way into the ring. However, Moore makes to get up and follow him, so Luchadore takes him out with a somersault clothesline from the apron. Luchadore then climbs the announce table and delivers a seated senton. Finally Luchadore makes it into the ring and referee Nick Patrick signals for the bell to begin the count on Moore.LCWF Openweight Championship Tournament Sweet Sixteen Match Shannon Moore vs. El Gran Luchadore The bell dings. Luchadore climbs up to the top rope, but gets distracted as Faarooq has come out on to the entrance ramp. Luchadore rolls out of the ring to confront Faarooq and connects with a snap powerslam on Moore, who was attempting to blindside him. Luchadore and Faarooq stare each other down, and then Luchadore turns into a flying dropkick from through the ropes by Moore, who went back in the ring to break the count. Moore shares a staredown with Faarooq now. Moore goes on to the apron and hits an asai moonsault on Luchadore. Moore rolls Luchadore into the ring and this match has finally gotten to the point where both competitors are in the ring at the same time. Moore puts Luchadore in a side headlock, and then turns it into a bridging headlock as Luchadore tries to fight out of it. Moore tries a standing dropkick, but Luchadore slaps him away, and then rolls him when he kips back to his feet: 1…kick out. As both men make their way to their feet, Moore pops off the ropes for a big clothesline and goes for the cover: 1…shoulder up. Moore heads to the top rope, looking for a shooting star press, but Luchadore catches him in midair and delivers a snap powerslam. Luchadore hits a clothesline of his own, and then uses a double leg takedown, which he turns into a German suplex. Moore pops back up once again, charges Luchadore, but he is caught with a spinebuster into the cover: 1…2.rope break. Luchadore signals for a t-bone suplex, but Moore blocks it and catches him with an enziguri. Moore follows that up immediately with a running shooting star press into the cover: 1…2..Luchadore throws him off. Moore tries an STO on the apron, but gets blocked. Luchadore turns it into a cradle piledriver on the apron! Luchadore goes out to retrieve Moore, all the while giving the side eye as he to be careful with the APA out there, and rolls him in for another cover: 1…2..no, Moore kicks out! Faarooq is on the apron now, and appears to be calling Luchadore out. Moore charges at Luchadore, but Luchadore back bodydrops him right into Faarooq on the apron! Luchadore retrieves Moore yet again, and sets him up in the tree of woe. Luchadore goes to drive both knees into the face, but Referee Nick Patrick says it’s not a legal LCWF maneuver. Patrick goes over to release Moore, while his back is turned Faarooq climbs into the ring, low blows the Luchadore, and quickly scrambles out. The Luchadore stumbles and wobbles around, right into Shannon Moore who pulls him into a small package pin: 1…2…3!Roberts: "Here is your winner and advancing to the Elite Eight of the Openweight Championship Tournament as a result of a pinfall (small package off the Faarooq low blow): Shannon Moore!"Heenan: "What was that all about Bradshaw? You said you were giving advanced notice of when you were going attack and you said it was next week?"
Bradshaw: "Come on, Brain. You know this one. I said I was going to be involved next week, I didn't say anything about what Faarooq would be doing."
Dangerously: "Splitting hairs a bit there, Bradshaw, but, regardless, the real story is, of course, why screw over the Luchadore? Moore was the one openly mocking you."
Bradshaw: "I told you, we have our reasons for who we target and, Paul, those reasons should be all too familiar to you."
