The what chants are literally a cancer to wrestling crowds. Both Vince & Taker were visibly annoyed with them. Many times many of us in the crowd were telling the "whaters" to shut up.

The HOF class of Taker. Now it makes sense as to why this years class was small. IDK what more the Steiners could’ve said, but I would’ve liked them to have had more time.
BTW lots of wrestlers/people are in the WWE HOF that we (the fans) don’t consider worthy, but then again it is the WWE HOF not the pro wrestling HOF.

Two things:
1. Bloody hell, how good was 'Taker's speech? I could have listened to him for the full two hours on his own. I cried twice. Powerful.
2. Bloody hell, how fit is Shad's wife?! I'm surprised he ever left the house 😂

I really liked the Steiner Brothers speech, even if it was short and sweet. You could really tell how much it ment to Scott when Rick talked about him.

This may get hate, but w/e...what did Sharmell really do to be hof worthy? Yes her gimmick was funny for a few months but that was literally it. The Steiners were rushed and somehow she got more time then one of the greatest tag teams of all time. The fans chanting you deserve it to sharmell are living in a different reality. Yes I understand it’s not a “real” hof but when someone who contributed so little gets more time than all time greats, it’s a little frustrating to watch as a fan.

Limp Bizkit should’ve been inducted into the celebrity wing this year.

A great Hall Of Fame. Wish a Taker put on the New Gen attire instead. See you next year for “Why did this person get inducted before this person!?!?”

It would be nice for people that scream and yell to be reminded that they are attending a ceremony and to show some basic respect. It’s time to go back to the banquet format with no fans.

Yes I understand it’s not a “real” hof but when someone who contributed so little gets more time than all time greats, it’s a little frustrating to watch as a fan. A fan posted a picture with her on facebook who said they were happy for her because she does so much behind the scenes. Wikipedia doesn't show too much new with her since TNA, so I'm not sure if he meant in Booker's promotion or WWE. But I do think anyone is a fair choice for the Hall of Fame. Critics say there's no physical hall and it's all based on how Vince is feeling at the time. But you have "legit" hall of fames like baseball and football that are based on sports writers choices and how they feel about the candidate. You have guys who didn't like talking to the media and are made to wait or wonder if they'll even get in on their first ballott. Then you have a guy like John Mackey in football who worked with the player's union and was made to wait until his last year of eligibility. Several guys in football were near death and couldn't even do a speech or a few died the previous year and are finally inducted when they can't even enjoy it. You have a guy like Ron Santo in baseball who I guess was the "Vader" begging to go in year after year. He died and was inducted the next year. What kind of crap is that? The WWE Hall of Fame is just as legit or more legit than baseball and football and I don't even like Vince. Another thing is, many wrestlers gave up hundreds of days of the year away from their families and abused their bodies sometimes for decades, for our entertainment. And above that, many had been loyal employees. They deserve a special moment where be thankful for their careers and thank the fans and share the moment with their friends and family. As for the audience, I do think it should be a private event for WWE employees and friends/family but the ceremony has become bigger than what I think it was originally intended to be so they really can't not have an the audience. The original few classes of Hall of Fames I think were Vince's way of thanking the guys who he felt helped his father build WWWF and it was intended to be more of a private ceremony to honor them.

Limp Bizkit should’ve been inducted into the celebrity wing this year. If there was one thing I could go back & change in wrestling. Just one thing that isn't bringing people back from the dead. Then it would be Limp Bizkit/Fred Durst performing or wrestling at Wrestlemania 17

I feel like the 2004 ceremony had the right balance of everything. It wasn’t televised live so there was no time limit for inductee speeches. The crowd was small so they didn’t try to take over the event with dumb chants. It still felt like a dignified event and not so micromanaged.

As controversial as her induction might be, Sharmell gave an excellent speech, sure she shouldn't have been given so much time more than the Steiners, but I was a little disappointed with Scotty. No not because I was looking for him to go off-script crazy, but it was aimless, like the Macho Man/cows story? Why of all the stories to share in your illustrious career? Thankfully big brother Rick was a class act in the 1 minute he had left and graciously thanked everyone AND his brother for their success.
I know why they have to do it, but I change the channel anytime Dana Warrior is out because she takes 20 freakin minutes to intro the award recipient.

Sometimes the stories get a bit strange like Steiner and cows or become funny like Mr. T loving his mom and buying pretty dresses.
It’s also said if you step outside on a quiet night you can still hear Hillbilly Jim continuing his induction speech.

Biggest WHAT IF in Mania history. I thought Feed Durst got kicked out of an arena because he threw up a middle finger at a camera.
