I dont do "well" with injuries, etc. It was hard for me to get through that match, I legitimately started feeling queasy at one point. That was one of the gutsiest performances by a wrestler I've ever seen, Cody just elevated himself to the next level.
The point of this feud was to actually make Cody a main eventer as fast as possible, to do that he HAS to beat Seth 3 times, it makes sense. Seth is beyond established at this point, he will be completely fine. The matches they had were incredible, this will be something we actually talk about and remember for decades. Mission accomplished.
Seth will move on to something else tonight, and Cody will be out for a few months at least. That's the worst part about this...but that pop when Cody comes back is going to be IN-SANE

Wouldn’t be surprised if the Raw Women’s Title match closes it out, I’m still a lil surprised that Cody is closing out a WWE PPV this quickly since his return. His first main event I believe since HIAC 09. I believe this was his first one on one main event on WWE PPV but I remember HIAC 09 being a good match.

Cody vs Seth was a great match and easily one of the better HIACs that I’ve seen in ages.

The triple threat match was incredible. Definitely the best WWE womans title match of the year for me, great opening to any show.
What Cody did in that match with that injury was unreal. Big respect to him, and Seth I hope will go on to do even greater stuff in the months coming up. Those three matches they had were some of the best wrestling matches I've ever seen and thoroughly enjoyed. I'll be going back to rewatch them again and again.

If I was WWE, I wouldn’t remove Cody from TV. I’d turn him into Stardust and never have him wrestle, then when Cody is ready to wrestle, act like it never happened

I really wasn't that impressed with that Cell match personally if you leave out the fact that Cody was injured. I thought the bullrope was unnessecary and just sort of a silly thing to throw into the ring. I'm seeing a lot of love for the match so I'm glad people appreciated that performance but it didn't do a lot for me. But BRAVO, CODY! Pretty unbelivable he was able to get through on that level with that injury.
Also I don't understand the reason for Seth losing that match. Cody is getting surgery and I'm just guessing he's going to be out of action for 3-4 months. Rollins is gonna be the guy sticking around and competing every week. The 3-0 sweep was a bit of an odd choice to me. Maybe they want to keep Cody undefeated?
That PPV had some OK matches but jeez, did it feel like 2014-levels of lost. I hated those PPVs where you didn't have a title, and on top of that, pretty weak PPV cards. This event lacked a lot of compelling reasons to watch and the stuff they put on the card were really subpar. Reminds me a ton of those PPVs when Brock was champ at the end of 2014.
I did enjoy the performances from Bianca, Asuka, Cody and Ali a lot though.

Woman’s triple threat was really good, KO vs Ezekiel was ok and so was the 6 man tag, I even liked Corbin vs Madcap.
Now I wanna see Edge & Balor face off one on one.

WWE is ed without Roman and Cody. WWE was fine before Cody came back Roman isn't gone, he still shows up. He just doesn't wrestle. Which is no different than when he started his heel run.

Say what you will about the weekly programming, the ppvs have overall been delivering for a while.
