It is believed that Ace Steel is going to be fired for his role in the incident as he is in a trainer/backstage producer. Oh yeah he’s definitely gone. Question will be what happens to Punk after this? Also, I’m still team Punk here in every part of it outside the stuff with Hangman.

They are the ones that started this crap, did not like it when punk fired back and went into the locker room to confront punk and steele. They are the ones at fault, you did not see tony disagreeing with punk in that press conference when he was spitting live rounds back at them. You can not disrespect someone and just expect nothing to happen in the wrestling business.

Looking like TK may need to eventually pick a side between Punk and The Elite.
Steel should absolutely be fired and I’m all for charges being pressed against him. Physically attacking someone in a professional setting (even in the wacky world of pro wrestling) should be an absolute no.
Now the question is whether Punk or The Elite took the first shot at each other (ignoring Steel in all of this). If Eddy got suspended for pie-facing Sammy, these guys shouldn’t be above any of that either.

Lots of talk heating up that Punk is going to get fired, potentially today.

Is you can absolutely see a world where if he gets fired, he goes back to wwe just to stick it to aew which would be the weirdest part of the entire thing.

I’d suspend Punk and fine the Bucks/Kenny for going to his locker room to start the altercation. Send Ace to the nearest pound.

Because the more this progresses it’s screaming shoot

So…. Work? Or shoot? Because the more this progresses it’s screaming shoot 99.999% shoot imo. Way too many people involved to pull off a work like this, and a work like this would probably not go over well with Warner/Discovery. (Which, is something that hasn't been mentioned much yet but should be. They wanted the language toned down and we saw it immediately. A work like this would probably not go over well with them regarding the next tv negotiations).

It's funny that anyone would think this is an angle. You give Tony and the AEW "creative" team a lot of credit in thinking that! These are the same people who thought the whole MJF thing was a shoot. That screamed obvious storyline. This doesn't. There is a reason what MJF did was on tv and why this wasn't.

I’m all but certain it’s a shoot because obviously I’m not involved and can only go off info that’s out there compounded with my gut feeling I rewatched the whole scrum yesterday and it came off like a total shoot. IMO, Punk sat up there and just spoke his mind and didn’t give a damn who agreed or who was offended - and that’s Punk. We know how he is, take him or leave him ya know? All I can think about tho is how MJF came back and he’s being completely overshadowed. And if they suspend Punk, or if Punk is hurt or even if they fire him… they likely held MJF off tv until Punk came back and now he’s back and we get this

This whole thing is ridiculous and embarrassing. I say this as someone who loves AEW and wants nothing but for them to do well.
It's a shame more people aren't talking about MJF coming out to Sympathy for the Devil, because that was awesome.

He worked me with his shoot promo and he came back and it was so well done. Incredibly well done. And now he’s on the back burner to all the high school drama

I'll see myself out 🤣🤣🤣

the colt thing seems so unnecessary, like roh coming into the fold was perfect timing and colt could easily just work indies and roh. not like he was doing anything prominent in dark order to begin with.
i'm not sure how to interpret punk's pinned tweet as mentioned above and how it's relevant to the current scenario.

. i'm not sure how to interpret punk's pinned tweet as mentioned above and how it's relevant to the current scenario. Ahh just that it says what he’s apparently not done - he’s listened to criticism (however it’s dressed or delivered) from Bucks, Omega, Page and would he ask them for advice? I don’t know, seems to have a high opinion of his own knowledge for him to stoop so low. Just think it’s an interesting thing he’s stuck up there publicly given this situation, how it’s played out.
