The Homelander reference was a nice touch watching it back. Same with the fact they finally stopped censoring everything. At least for once.

Although there is a kids section, I really hope thats not where I'll find WWE programming lol. Also I've said it before and I'll say it again, this is the Cody I want to see. Just makes me think heel Cody would be an absolute menace. I want to see the ferocious side not the kissing babies and shaking hands side lol just my preference.

Cody definitely hits better when he's like he was last night. Look, I'm obviously a huge Cody Mark but I have no problem admitting he's cringe half the time. I know he's kinda in the Cena spot but even Cena had an edge to him outside of 2009-2011 or so

Plenty of great WM moments have had tears in them and I'm all for it. I just wish they'd have him a little more edgy more often like he was last night and a few weeks back. That's my only gripe really. He's great on the mic, in the ring and obviously with the fans outside of it but I need more of the FAFO Cody. Thats all. Im coming around lmao

Lmao if we find WWE under the kids section on Netflix, I’m done. And I wanted to see the same thing from Cena for years and we never got it. I don’t think we will get it with Cody either. But I wouldn’t mind a heel run down the road if it were to happen. Change up his colors and not be so red, white and blue all the time.

THAT version of Cena was a menace for sure. He could hang with any of the AE stars imo. I also get why they did the next version of him but ffs did it have to last that long? There were plenty of great chances to turn him into a monster heel. One that never had to cheat to win, the chemistry was there Vince was just too scared to pull the trigger. I think he would have been able to be the Make A Wish guy AND a heel simultaneously but thats just my opinion I guess. It's hard to look back on his run and hate it just bc of how good of a guy he was outside of the ring and all the community service he's put in. Hindsight and all that but maaaan I hated it while we were in it.

I've made my fair share of cring faces during some of his promos. But when he fires up he's hard to beat and I need more pissed off Cody Rhodes. I'm hopeful for a heel turn at some point because like you said, I think he would knock that out of the park.

I give it til the summer. Have a feeling people will start to turn on Cody. Anyone else a bit tired of this yet? As soon as his "story" is over there is nothing for him to do. Fans won't care one ounce about him. I don't think they'll completely give up on him, but it will definitely cool down. It's all about the chase. Plus, I really hope Gunther takes the belt from him at Summerslam. Keep Gunther away from the "world" title because it doesn't mean jack.

I'm probably getting some timeframe details wrong but I feel like from 2003-2010 was mostly unbearable to me and I say that as a HHH mark. There was HHH's power trip (pun intended) with the constant Orton matches, Cena's Superman run and a thousand Edge matches, a few good names like Eddie passed away, Bobby Lashley/Batista left when they were arguably at their hottest. There were some phenomenal matches and feuds in that time frame but somewhere in there I tuned out of RAW completely for a few years myself so I get what you're saying. If it wasn't for the Smackdown 6 and TNA's prime years I probably would have stopped watching wrestling completely. It wasn't until The Nexus debuted and a little later on when the era of Punk started picking up steam that I really got back into it. The Rock came back to host WM (which ended up being a double edged sword for us Punk fans) and for the first time since Wrestlemania 23 I cared about a Cena match. So probably around late 2010 to early 2011 I was getting re-invested in the product.

Missed RAW due to working a long day. Seems by the videos posted, I didn’t miss much.
Great to hear DIY get a huge reaction though. Really hoping they pull the RAW Tag Team titles at Mania, while Legado pull the SmackDown Tag Team titles.

She should return to WWE tbh I’d love to see her by Cody’s side. I'd enjoy it tbh

Becky vs Nia was a good match. The tag qualifying matches were also all decent.

Becky showing her worth again in an excellent outing. The amount of bitching over her winning the EC was insane...She is the only one on Rheas level aside from Bianca( & that will happen down the road) Elevation of Female talent to the Rhea, Charlotte, Becky, Bianca level seems to be problematic.
I fully expect Rhea to retain at WM though.

Cody segment was good. Jimmy/Jey was also good stuff. Gunther/Sami was cool.
Andrade vs Dom at WM is making sense.
