Well today I was carrying a bed, Well 2 pieces of a bed up a flight of stairs. I was doing it with my dad and I had no strength.. at all. But I started thinking fast about things.. thinking about random things happening in my life. I then thought, What if my life depended on getting this bed up these stais?.. you know just stuff like that.
I then said to myself, Screw this. I bursted out with a scream.. Lifted that bed right up the whole flight of stairs like it was 5 pounds. I even flipped it and stuff. It was crazy how thinking about some simple things can make me god flip out with strength.
Anyone ever have anything like this?

The thought of someone carrying a bed up the stairs, and then like screaming to pump themselves up is just humorous to me.

I think I know what you mean. Generally, I don't really have a problem with lifitng, but when something is really heavy and I put my mind to it, I can do it.
It happens alot at work, especially when I get angry...I can cause some damage.

not really, I generally manage to lift anything first time or just cant lift it at all I've only really felt bursts of strength from adrenaline when I run or swim.

Once my child was stuck under a card so I lifted it up and saved his life. We now have a moving buisness Either that card was very large, or your child is freakishly small.

That's the adrenaline that helps you do that. The human body is an amazing thing.
