You obviously know nothing about newborn puppies. A few weeks old? Their eyes are still closed. Regarding your "first coat" comment, guess what? They're born with fur, buddy. I'd say they look a few days old at best. It's possible that the "thing" is real, and just didn't develop correctly. To the guy who said it'd be in a lab, do you think a backyard breeder is going to take their mutant puppy straight to the lab? That's pretty outrageous. I think of it this way, the people didn't know what to do with it, it was likely stillborn, they put it in a box before disposing of it, but took pics with the mother and the rest of the litter.
