Yeah, I've noticed screwed up paintjobs ever since I started collecting. I don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but anytime I buy a RA figure, and I obviously know the figure is going to have a back design, i.e. Batista, Orton, Kennedy, etc. I just hope and pray that when I open it, I see that the back design doesn't have a messed up paintjob. Unfortuanately, I've ran into that problem too many times before and still do.

Well, after years of inhaling paint fumes, the employees are getting a little dizzy. It is hard to paint while loopy, you know.

I have been fairly lucky now getting decent painted figs, but I usually inspect them first. same here. I always have to inspect them b4 buying them. That is why I like when there is at least 3 of the same figure, so i can look at all of them closely. I also really hate when I find a varient/hard to find figure of someone, but the paint job is really sloppy. The one figure that I was really mad because of the sloppy paint job was the Rocky 1 Rocky training figure. I had found it at a TRU months after it came out, and knowing that it was rare, and I collected Rocky figs, I was going to pick it up until I noticed the very sloppy paint job. Not only were the eyebrows of the figure mising, but he had black smudges on his sweater and all over his face. I was mad about this, and now I have not seen the figure anywhere, except ebay. Bt yeah, i have seen many figures with paint missing, paing chipping, or a messy paint job.

Well, after years of inhaling paint fumes, the employees are getting a little dizzy. It is hard to paint while loopy, you know. I don't know if you're serious or what but it is done by machine. The reason they are coming off so sloppy is because everything is being rushed out. Jakks has like 20 different lines right now and about 5 of them are out at once. You got RA, AD, CS, DA, ECW, PPV, CSDA, CSTT, CS 3 Packs, DA two packs, DA 3 Packs, TRU WrestleMania exclusives, Ringside Exclusives, ACG's exclusives, WWE.com exclusives, spam exclusives & Micro Aggression. Jakks has too many lines, most of which are all filler. Jakks needs to do things right and tone down on how many lines they have out. It won't happen though because Jakks cares more about having 10 sets out at once so they could make money then taking time and giving the figures the right detail, the right paint jobs and the right joints.
