-- WWE's Johnny Ace wanted a meeting with Japanese superstar Takeshi Morishima when Morishima was in New York last weekend. Ace is said to be very high on him. The NOAH promotion put a stop to the meeting, citing loyalty to Ring of Honor which Morishima works for. WWE actually approached Morishima a year or so ago when he was training at Harley Race's school. WWE had interest in putting him on the ECW roster since talks with Masato Tanaka and Tajiri fell through. NOAH stopped it from happening then too. As previously stated, RAW writer Brian Gerwitz was at the Ring of Honor show in New York last weekend. Brian is a fan of Delirious' gimmick and has pushed for WWE to sign him.

Hmmm..
I love Morishima but I think he'd definitely be stripped of a majority of his moveset if he made the jump. Plus, NOAH'll protect their interests and they know full well if he signs with the 'E, he's out of their hands.
As for Delirious, he has a "stupid" gimmick that'd fit right in.

I can see the interview with Vince and Delirious now...
Vince: So, what do you think you can bring to the table here at WWE?
Delirious: Welasshehellabeansiwillbechamp Iworkdhardhekdhkdjreeddf.
Vince: ....riiiiight.

I could see WWE losing interest with both guys pretty quickly...

Delirious is damn entertaining but he'd go nowhere in WWE. If he signed I wouldnt blame him. As long he started some matches out running around and eventually chewing on ring ropes. Plus keeping Shadows Over Hell. But I doubt he would be as entertaining in WWE.

It's nice to see you people actually read what you post. NOAH put a stop to any Morishima talks because they have loyalty to ROH, and Morishima has an ROH contract.
Delirious also has an ROH contract and is the trainer at the ROH school. Both men have 3 years remaining on their ROH contracts. Get a ing clue.

Let's tell the WWE fans to hold their breath. That'd be great.

Truth be told, NOAH probably didn't block the meeting just out of loyalty for ROH, they're a bigger company than them.. and they know that if the 'E signed Morishima, he'd be out of their hands.. and they'd lose a potential superstar-in-the-making.

I love watching die hard indy fans freak out over this crap. I like ROH as much as the next guy(I prefer it over WWE) but if a guy goes there big in deal. They CHOSE to go there. WWE didnt hold a gun to there head and make them sign the contract. Yes I know the meetings with Morishima didnt happen, oh well. Obviously Morishima had some interest if he agreed to the meetings in the first place. Also that says nothing about meetings with Delirious not happening. I doubt he'll go right now. I do see him there and being entertaining. If WWE pushes midget, a intellectually- disabled person, a man with a former foot fetish, a porn star, two guys from the 50s/60s, the Boogeyman, a turkey salad sandwich(hold the mayo), more than one teacher(over the span of their history), The Miz, shirtless Viscera, a drugged up Jeff Hardy, etc. They would push Delirious. My point is people like sabathia need to calm the down, it's just pro wrestling.
