Nick Hogan could face charges of gross vehicular manslaughter. TMZ
I, in no way, like Hulk and Linda, but if either of them get in trouble for this, it's bullcrap.

Oh my gosh. Oh man that is terrible. I feel absolutley terrible hearing this news. Can you imagine how bad the family of that kid must feel? Wow is that a terrible story. A poor kid has to die at 18. Thats just so terrible. He's 18 years old, And had to die so young. I feel terrible hearing this news, And i must say i wish the best for the family. RIP Kid, You were way to young. His friend was 22... and he just recently came back from Iraq.

This is what i DIDNT want to have happened. If nick was seriously injured, even died, Id have less sympathy because he was driving. But this kid was innocent. All he did we hop in a car, and want to get home. They weren't drunk, high, or anything like that. This has happened to the worst of people.

Yeah, I just heard he JUST came home from Iraq. He probably never thought he'd die in Nick Hogan's car, and thought if anything itd be on enemy lines. Crazy how nothing happened to him in Iraq but the worst is in America.

How the hell do you know? maybe nick was driving but who says the kid wasnt a nutjob adrenaline junkie (like most returning soldiers) who told him to push it to the max. How do you know he was some innocent little puppy dog who just wanted to go home to his mommy and daddy.

pic of his friend: John Graziano was his name. CLEARWATER (Bay News 9) -- Friends and family of the man seriously injured in a car accident, involving the 17-year-old son of wrestler Hulk Hogan, are holding a prayer vigil Wednesday night at Glen Oaks Park, 1345 Court St. John Graziano of Dunedin, 22, was a passenger in Nick Hogan's Toyota Supra when it hit a palm tree Sunday night in Clearwater. Graziano, a marine who had served four years in Iraq and recently arrived home, was critically injured and remains hospitalized. A witness to the car accident said Hogan and another car were racing before the crash. Clearwater Police said investigators spoke with the driver of a silver car (described by witnesses as having proximity to the Toyota Supra just before the crash) at the scene shortly after the accident. Police said no other car was involved in the wreck. Just incase no one seen his car. . .

Wow, that really sucks that guy died. I truly think the court should see it as an accident, sure what Nick did was wrong, but he didn't mean to do it. I could see a big fine and something else, but no 5 year sentence.

My god, that's just terrible. I mean I never liked Nick, but he obviously didn't kill his friend intentionally.
