Yup, and now a law suit from that woman to Sandman / WWE won't help either. 100,000 dollars won't set WWE back, lol. 100,000 isn't a lot of money for a company that pays its main eventers a good 500,000-1,000,000 dolalrs a year.

its quite funny how the very people that say WWE hasnt been good lately and is getting worse are also the same people who are saying "it is no where near dying",surely thats a contradiction of sorts.
just an observation

If at all anything this will be a turning point where we see the cruiserweights probably become dominant and more natural and chunky guys shine. the divas will stillbe 100% plastic.

Haha, no. No. You have no worries. That's what they said about WCW in 2001, especially since it had Ted Turner's checkbook behind it and everything. . . WCW in 2001 no longer had Ted Turners checkbook, AOL Time Warner owened it and wanted nothing to do with wrestling so they sold it. Theres a difference between selling a company and getting in trouble with federal govt. WWE will be fine, if they shut the WWE down for Steroids then Vinnie Mac will sue the hell out of the federal govt for not shutting down the MLB, NFL ect therefore nothing serious other then maybe fines and strict restriction will happen

I don't see them dying, by any means. I do, however, think we are in the edges of the worst era in wrestling history. It's only going to get worse.

The only thing that could happen is the government will start to issue drug test for all major sports. This is where the steroid probing is going to lead to. The government will perform a much stricter policy and the outcome for those who fail will probably be more harsh. Thats the only thing I can see affecting WWE, as well as MLB,NFL,ect., because reporters have been saying for awhile now that something has to be done concerning steroids in major sports, and what else can they do? They certainly can't shut down an entire league due to some players using steroids. And WWE is a privately owned company, as is MLB and NFL, so closing them down is definitely not going to happen.
USA and CW networks will not cancel RAW or Smackdown because they are there highest rated shows. Even with what everyone calls smackdowns rating to be low, compared to other CW shows its at the top. and RAW is almost always in the top 5 rated shows for Monday Night prime time.
WWE will probably be affected by this steroid issue, but they will still be running as a company. There are still a lot of wrestlers on the roster who do not use steroids so Vince will find a way to flaunt that fact to ease the pressure of the media. Maybe, this is pure wishful thinking, but maybe Vince will try to utilize cruiserwieghts more. They just signed Matt Sydal, and there are rumors of Jack Evans wanting to be signed by WWE.

Yea, I've thought about this a bit. You have to figure that the WWE won't be around forever. The wrestling is terrible, the storylines are bad, and the outside publicity is all negative. Really, I think it would be unfortunate and definitely weird at first, but it could let wrestling return to basics (more focus on wrestling and more traditional storylines rather than continually refering to Vince McMahon's sex life). Ring of Honor would be able to grow, and we would undoubtedly see new competition
