I was really looking forward to this PPV... and then the WWE go and ruin it, with an unfathomable decision... I hoped they'd do the right thing - but it's clear now, that they are content to let any old rubbish, like Morrison hold the ECW title, just to keep it away from Punk... Vince should be ashamed of himself...

I can't believe there were no Title Changes, it's Summerslam for gods sake. I could accept John Cena retaining against Randy Orton, as most were expecting Orton to win, so it was kind of a suprise that Cena won. But, to have the Great Khali Retain over Batista is stupid. They've basically just done that so it wont ruin the Great Khali's image as a Champion they've recently built up, and having him loose the Belt after just a month wouldn't really make much sense. But still... The fact that there was no ECW Title Change is well, ridiculous. It's not going to push Morrison anymore that he already is as champion. I also have no idea why Triple H used his normal same old 'The Game' Music. This was the perfect oppertunity for him to have the King of Kings Music since he was against King Booker, and they had hyped him up as the King of Kings on his Return... Agreed, well except for that last part. Triple H has used the "Time To Play The Game" music since what, 2001? He even used it after getting the "King of Kings" song, although he did use that last year for promos. Unless they actually have him go on a King gimmick, "Time To Play The Game" works. But as for the belts, too ing true. The fact that we had 3 World Titles, 2 COMPLETELY unworthy champions, and one who has held the belt for wayyyy too long, there should've been AT LEAST one title change. Nope. 3 boring champions walk in, 3 boring champions walk out. Summerslam has always been my favorite Pay Per View. 1991 and 1998's Summerslams were ing amazing. This year's Summerslam is like watching a 3 hour RAW special.

I think Morrison needs the belt a bit longer to keep him credible...WWE knows the bait and switch..tease a punk win then switch it up..TNA has done the same with Joe(hopefully). Neither orton or batista should be holding the belts again when they are just fillers for who should hold them...HHH and Taker respectively

Could someone explain to me what the point was of having Morrison beat Punk again?

I'm glad Punk lost. He's one of my favorite guys right now but his future is so bright that I don't mind at all. I think they're going for a "FINALLY!" moment for when Punk gets the title. He'll come closer, and closer, and closer, and one day he'll get the win. Smart long-term booking.
Cena and Orton had an exciting match. I'm glad Cena won, too. Out of all the people Cena has beaten, I just can't see Orton as the guy to put an end to his reign. I can't wait to see who does it. I'm assuming it'll be Triple H. If so, that's great. He and Orton could feud for the rest of 2007. He's been out of the title picture for a long time now (before his injury). I'd like to see a face title run with it concluding in a match against HBK at Wrestlemania 24.
I saw most of the matches. Liked what I saw. Triple H looks to be in fantastic shape. Love the slightly new look. Rey fell in cement.

Was shocked after watching the show. Was defitnally not that great. Im just bumed as I wasnt planning on ordering it at all but a friend came over and insisted we both order it. So we did and it was pretty boring. Oh well. I must say the triple threat match was decent.

I knew from the minute the match was announced that Cena would retain.
I also guarantee that when Tripper and Cena meet for the belt.. The Champ will retain yet again.
Tripper seems to have grown fond of letting other people have the main event before he was injured. A rumble encounter for the belt between the two (H and Cena) will leave Cena looking better than ever, but with H paranoid that he may get injured and his career may be over soon, he will be wanting one last Mania main event where he will take the belt and 'go back on his throne'.
I cant see cena dropping out of the main even until early 2009. Then i imagine Kennedy and Cena will have a mid card enccounter (provided Kennedy is still employed by WWE. i have mixed feelings about this.) and HHH will have a jealousy feud with HBK when they're DX but HBK wants HHH's title.
my predictions...
