So if WWE catches them smoking pot, WWE will fine them a grand and forget about it.
But if the police catch them with pot, and it makes the papers, they get fined, suspended, and lose their push... right, RVD?
I guess WWE considers bad publicity a worse offense than possession of narcotics.

This is awesome. I'm glad WWE is finally getting a hold on the drug issue. I don't necessarily care if wrestlers want to smoke pot, but I think it's good for WWE to have standards for its wrestlers. Edit: Is marijuana even traceable? I don't think it would show up in urine since it's just an inhalant. Sorry if that's a dumb question. Yes, marijuana is traceable. It can be detected with a piss test or a hair test (I've been tested both ways when starting new jobs). yeah, hair test are much more reliable b/c there are way too many products on the market that are relatively inexpensive to buy to help mask or rid pot from your system.

Personally, I don't see how marijuana does anything to the wrestler. I mean, if they are under the influence of it while they are in a match, that's different. It's not like it's an muscle enhancer or anything.
RVD? He's long gone from the company...

Marijuana has been tested and found it does not give any cancer to the head, throat, or lungs. In fact, the THC in weed slows the aging of cancer cells, so your dumb

I thought it might've been something about if your a main eventer your fine, or if you "confess" then you get no punishment.
However this is something good, I'm really glad their apparently taking a stand against drugs.

Rules don't apply to Randy Orton. If he fails a drug test for weed, he automatically gets a 2-month title reign. Wow, you seem to be bitter towards Orton for some reason. Every post of yours in the WWE HUB is bashing him in some way.

I kinda get the idea that these are just measures like the 10 suspended wrestlers, to make it look like they are doing something. When in reality they probably knew about the online pharmacy stuff before!

Whether marijuana does or does not cause problems isn't the issue.
The point is, it's illegal and bad for image.
Right now, all drugs will be under scrutiny. And as long at they are the focus of government, it will remain that way.
I think zero tolerance is a good idea. Even though some drugs aren't bad, promoting clean and healthy superstars is in the company's better interest.
In all reality, I'd be strict about alcohol too. Not banning it, but being strict about public intoxication.

I love how people say "There's nothing wrong with weed". Isn't that fact that it's illegal enough?

I read that it did, even if it doesn't it is still wrong and illegal and something I never have and never will do.

Stick that in your bong and smoke it.
