I don't follow ROH, but out of the TNA and WWE PPV's, he is a little out of wack. Backlash should swap with Wrestlemania in the positions.

I think it's evident from this list, that Meltzer is a clueless twat... I hate him and all of the other guys that report all of the 'news' on their stupid wensites, but I have to say I like his opinions. Sacrifice has been the best PPV of the year, and I thought No Surrender was right behind it even before I saw his list. Haven't seen Respect is Earned yet, but I will soon. WM 23 sucked, but I guess its that high because of the atmosphere.

WrestleMania should be in the top 3. Respect is earned should be more towards the bottom and Royal Rumble should be in top 5. If you seriously think that, you don't know wrestling. Respect is Earned was obviously one of the top PPVs of the year. Look at the matches. There wasn't one bad match, not one match under ***, except for the opener, which was one of the best shortest matches I've ever seen.

How the hell could he put No Surrender at #2 ahead of Respect is Earned?? I didn't watch it, but I read that No Surrender was nothing special.

It's evident the man shouldn't be considered this all knowing wrestling guy. He put GAB ahead of Summerslam...there is no way that's right.
And to all the Wrestlamania haters, the money in the bank match is a good enough reason for it to be up that high.

WM was good anyway. Why is everyone bashing it ?
MITB was awesome, Cena/HBK was great, as was Batista/Taker. MVP/Benoit was good, as was Lashley/Umaga and the Originals vs New Breed.
The only matches under *** IMO was Melina vs Ashley and Khali vs Kane. But Khali/Kane passed my expectations. I had really low expectations but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

How anyone can list Sacrifice, No Surrender, and Wrestlemania over Backlash, I'll never know. The only bad match on the show was Lashley vs. the McMahons and Umaga. Everything from Undertaker vs. Batista to Cena vs. Edge vs. Orton vs. Michaels was amazing. Backlash was the best show this year.
