Oh well. When they were pushing him in the main event in '05/'06 I thought he could've become something. Not something huge mind you, but something better than jobber/midcard status at least.

I actually feel bad for the guy, he did steriods or whatever and got off them. Then he gets booked for wrestlers like HHH to make fun of how he looks without the steriods aswell as become a jobber. He is pressured to go back on them because he's being ridiculed and lost his spot on the card because he got off them. Now he goes back on them gets a push again on T.V. And fails another drug test. Unlike everyone else here, while I don't like the guy I feel bad for him and he is a clear example of all the wrong things that can happen to someone in this buisness. Spot on my good man, it actually makes a change to read a refreshing, well thought out and mature statement instead of the BS such as "thank god" etc. I think the greater picture here is that Masters obviously has a problem with steroid use and he has run out of chances. With Masters being released from WWE the likelihood is that he will continue with steroid use, and who is saying he won't become another unfortunate statistic in years to come?. Looking at it this way you could argue WWE have failed him, but I feel it's a failure from both sides as HWA already stated with Triple H mocking his toned down appearance.

When was he ridiculed on live TV? DX took some shots at him back when he was on RAW. don't know of any other times though.

Its such a shame to see him gone now. He most likely WILL continue on steroids and probably die in his 40s.
