- The USA Network will be airing the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show on Monday, February 11th, 2008 from 8 to 11 PM. No word yet on when WWE Raw will air that week.
- It is said that the recently released diva Brooke Adams from ECW had heat with several of WWE divas. The final straw for Adams came when she had a backstage incident with Melina.
- WWE's newest diva, Eve Torres, is being considered as a replacement for Adams in Extreme Expose.
- Friday Night Smackdown last night scored a solid 2.9 broadcast rating

SD has such a good group of talent but they don't utilize it correctly. TNA is going to die, they are way to similar to WCW in its ending days...what a waste considering all the phenomenal talent on that roster.

Wait... isn't a 2.9 GOOD for a PRE-TAPED show on a FRIDAY NIGHT?

A 3 is actually really solid in this situation.

The ratings still suck but it's better than the recent ratings.

Well considering they got a 1.5 this week, you're wrong based on old data. Which is their highest rating since they got 2hrs. TNA is going to die, they are way to similar to WCW in its ending days...what a waste considering all the phenomenal talent on that roster. TNA won't die if they have a network and a large financial backer, which they do. WCW didn't fail because of booking, they failed because Time Warner didn't want it. TNA turned a profit last year, that's a plus. TNA won't die yet. When their game comes out, there will be an increase in viewers.

A reason why WCW died was because they didn't push young guys to main events (other than Goldberg), which is exactly what TNA is doing, guys like AJ, Joe and Daniels aren't in the main event, guys like Angle, Sting and Nash are.

Wait... isn't a 2.9 GOOD for a PRE-TAPED show on a FRIDAY NIGHT? I'm pretty sure it should be considered pretty decent considering wrestling's popularity currently.

SD!'s 2.9 is equal to Raw's 3.7, because SD! is on free network tv while Raw is on cable.
As a matter of fact, SmackDown! is the highest rated show on CW.

Smackdown is on free-tv, Raw & ECW, plus the fact SD is pre-taped and airs on Friday Nights, so I would definantely say that 2.9 is solid, considering that number was superior to Raw's 2.8 non holiday coming off a PPV with a new champion rating and SNME doesn't draw that much higher ratings. SD is still probably drawing similar viewer numbers than Raw.
