I agree, Benoit was an amazing wrestler we were lucky to witness in the ring. He went out in a bad way, but that should in no way diminish what he did for wrestling.

I agree, 100%. Not only was he one of, if not THE greatest in ring technician to ever grace the ring, the man made everything look so ing real. His chops, his suplexes, everything looked legit, and his passion really showed through his moves. No one can match up to the aggression he showed in every single match. U r so right on that one the only thing wrong with him was he killed himself and his family

Benoit was a technical master in the ring and truly one of the greatest of all time.
He deserves a HoF spot, regardless of what happened.

It's really good to see that people still respect Benoit's wrestling ability. Regardless of what happened in his personal life, the controversy. Hands down Benoit was one of the GREATEST wrestlers of all time, and I would hope that one day he would be inducted into the hall of fame. It's very obvious that most of the superstars that have been there for 3 or more years still have love for Benoit, unlike most of the internet marks that just sold him after his controversy. I still to this day think he's innocent as it has been proven in a court of law that he did it. Wait....you think he's innocent because it "has" been proven in a court of law that he did it? uhh...buh? Anyway, regardless of any personal feelings one way or the other about Benoit, if you don't think Benoit killed his wife, his son, and then himself, you should probably always wear a helmet and never be allowed to operate heavy machinery.

Honestly I've learned to differentiate the between the murderer & the wrestler. However what he did was inexcusable and will prevent him from going into the HOF.

I just can't bring myself to appreciate anything he has done in the ring, just like I can't stand to watch any OJ highlights.
Child abuse is a subject that is really sensitive to me personally, and I just can't stand to see the man's face. But I'm not going to lose any respect for anyone who choses to still appreciate his in-ring work. It's just my personal opinion, just as it is yours, and I can respect that.

Malenko> Benoit in wrestling and personal life. I also thought Eddie was better than Benoit. Both different styles and I liked Eddie's more plus he had the ability to excite and talk on the mic. IMO Benoit < Saturn < Malenko = Eddie. I know Saturn was never to good in the ring but what he did outside of the ring is far greater than what Benoit did.

I'll admit it does take a fair amount of technical wrestling knowhow to be able to successfully lock in the crossface on a 7 year old. Yeah he was a good wrestler, but in his recent years he really did bore me.

I always thought he was extremely aggressive wrestler. Along with Kurt Angle and Jericho for some reason. But yeh Benoit is in my top 5/6.

I think your pushing it with Saturn, but I do agree Eddie had the best skills out of the Radicalz, Malenko was more technically sound but Eddie had charisma, presence, marketability and was a great all round wrestler.
