First Thing -
In the five way WWE Title match at Vengeance, Mick Foley defeats John Cena, Randy Orton, King Booker, & Bobby Lashley to win the belt. Big celebration for Foley shocking the world and becoming a 4 time and reigning WWE heavyweight champ.
Second Thing -
In the RAWs to come, including the 3 hour show next week, they keep trying to figure out who killed Vince (kinda like when they were trying to find out who ran over Austin at Survivor Series 99 a few years back.).
Eventually, the killer sends voice messages (similar to DDP to Sarah Calaway back in 2001), saying he did and that he will eventually reveal himself.
Third Thing -
Everybody expects it was the WWE Champ Mick Foley, in revenge for Vince firing him back in August.
4th Thing -
Finally the killer comes out during the end of RAW in all black and in a hood, saying he is about to reveal himself.
Suddenly the hood comes off and it's...
Vince!
Just like when he was the Ministry of Darkness' "Higher power."
Vince says he staged his own death out of anger for losing the ECW Title and for fans and superstars alike hating him the last decade.
Suddenly the WWE Champ Mick Foley comes out and asks Vince why, even out of anger, he would stage his own death. There must be a better explanation than "I was mad," thinks Foley.
McMahon says that it's all because of Foley!
Even though Vince had been tormented the last decade by the likes of Shawn Michaels, Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan, The Rock, The Undertaker, etc., it was really Mick Foley that had started it all.
Mick was the first wrestler to grab fans attention when he shouldn't have, says Vince.
Vince says that Mick was something different...intellectual, fat, out of shape, and willing to put his body on the line. Different from the steroided-up monsters of WWF 80s like Hogan, etc.
Vince didn't like that Foley was popular for being what he was, and didn't like the direction Foley was taking professional wrestling.
This leads to a bitter feud between Foley and McMahon, complete with McMahon costing Foley the WWE Title (probably to Orton) at a later PPV, like Survivor Series.
Eventually it culminates with an amazing street fight or something like that at WrestleMania 24 in 2008.
After the top notch street fight, Vince finally leaves TV for a long time, and Foley as well.
------------------
Just an idea I wrote up. Tell me what you think. I know that most of this will never happen (Probably none of it will happen), but just an idea I had that I wanted to throw out there.
