Now it has most likely been posted that London was supposedly close to being fired after the Ashley/Survivor info was leaked but I had a feeling of this before it was ever posted. By my knowledge London now has 3 offenses from just these past few weeks.
The Obvious Ashley/Survivor Incident The "Vince Death Walk" Smile
Also as a third, did London botch on Raw? I think he may have got his shoulder up but it almost seemed that he forgot to kick out until after the ref already declared the pin a kickout. Does anyone know if he did in fact get a shoulder up. If not that could be more heat on him.
This upets me greatly as London has to be within my top 5 favorite in WWE. Anyone think anything will come of this....I dont think so but I sure hope not.

London has already argued with Vince many times over doing 450s/Shooting Stars etc. WWE will not fire him unless he does something huge though. They know he is an internet darling and could be huge for ROH or TNA.

Did anyone who was watching that segment see Paul London and say "Oh man, he wasn't supposed to do that?"
I think almost everyone was laughing because it looked like he was trying to "impress the boss" with his cheesy grin.
It fitted his character perfectly. Such crap. If Orton was the one who did it, guaranteed the bastard gets a raise.

Well regardless, London was just showing everyone what this angle really is: a joke.
I read that this death angle gave Jericho second thoughts about resigning with the company. Good for him. He knows it's a slap in the face to guys like Owen and Eddie, you know...who really died.

Why would he get over himself? he didn't die.
I'm pretty sure brosius means not the cause of "death", not that I see how comparing how they died factors in, but the tribute, the bell tolls, the interviews, comments and the list goes on.

I highly doubt that anyone backstage cares that London was smiling. Lawler even played off of it during RAW.

what was the ashley thing? He told a reporter that Ashley was "suspended indefinitely" so she could compete on a Survivor-like game show.

If they let London go I will be majorly pissed. I HIGHLY doubt it will happen but if it did, the WWE would be losing their best tag team right now. Also, London's one of my favourite wrestlers so I wouldn't be happy.
To be fair, although it looked a little false, London grinning did actually look like he was forcing a smile for the boss. I'm sure that wasn't what was intended, but either way, it suited his personality very well.

Damn! London is getting alot of heat for all this stuff, but nothing is really that major. If they can let Orton get away with all the stuff he does, then London shouldn't be getting this much heat.
Also, I forgot to point out on the other posts that London and Mickie weren't the only ones smiling. Kelly Kelly had on a way bigger smile than he did and hers looked natural and not forced. At least when London smiled it looked like he was putting it on for the boss. As far as the Ashley thing, the news was going to get released anyway so they shouldn't be mad at him for that. Finally, I don't see anything wrong with him doing the moves, but they should check to see if its okay with his opponent first.
London is a great wrestler and is part of the best tag team in the WWE and they would be foolish to let him go over little things like this. Alot of people wouldn't be happy and I'm pretty sure that everyone would want him to stay.

paul london automatically has a strike against him the day he signed because he is a cruiserweight, if he continues to mess up, vince will get rid of him because we all know vince hates the smaller guys.

But London will draw huge crowds at indi events and stuff, and maybe TNA. so Vince doesnt want that.. he might not like Paul, but he knows that sacking him would be a stupid idea

I'm not saying this in an attempt to blindly bash WWE and Vince. Also, like -EM said I was referring to the aftermath/handling of the deaths; not the circumstances surrounding them. I admit the angle initially caught my interest, but when I saw how they went about handling it, I was a little appauled. Owen Hart and Eddie Guerrero REALLY died. The tribute shows that were dedicated to their memory the following night on Raw were really beautiful because of the true emotion and passion put into them. It was REAL. But a 10 bell salute to a man who is still very much alive? Having wrestlers play along and grieve as if he really were dead when 95% of audience knows he's not? It is dumb and it demeans everything the Owen/Eddie tributes stood for. I find it grossly unnecessary especially considering that Vince will "come back from the dead" sooner or later making the whole thing look even more ridiculous. And before someone chimes in with the usual "they kill people off all the time on TV shows and soap operas," let me shed some light if I may. Say an actor who played in a soap opera died. There may be a small graphic in tribute to the deceased person before the show (maybe not even that), but chances are an entire show will not revolve around that individuals memory. In Owen and Eddie's case, the company broke kayfabe to pay tribute to both men for an entire show. They stopped everything that was going on in the storylines to pay homage and show respect; a classy move in light of two REAL tragedies. WWE has only had two cases in which they ceased all current angles during their shows for fallen workers: Owen and Eddie. Both REALLY died. Both DESERVED the beautiful tribute that was given to them. Vince did not die and I think its awful that he would use the same "formula" all in an attempt to legitimize an angle that nobody really believes in the first place. I'm looking forward to see how the whole "whodunnit" angle plays out, but it made me sick to see them going this far. Hearing Superstars "mourning" McMahon's "death" is a slap in the face to any of the people who really poured their heart out for Owen and Eddie . If you feel differently, go watch Jeff Jarrett's tribute to Owen or Benoit's tribute to Eddie. You might see where I'm coming from.
