There is one way that they could go without an off-season. They do have enough wrestlers to spread throughout the year... who says they have to run all 3 shows at once? They could have Smackdown run for 4 months, ECW for 4 months and then Raw for 4 months. Or they could leave the Raw and Smackdown shows, but just switch out the groups of wrestlers every 3-4 months. This makes the storylines stay fresh and gives them a chance to rest. Or do this. Have guys do like 6 week tours. Lets say you have 50 guys on Raw. 25 of them work for 6 weeks, then there taken off the road and the other 25 guys work, then rotate.

This is a fantastic idea... The only problem is that it'll never happen...

I totally agree. These guys work way too hard. They should also cut back on houseshows. Maybe they could have houseshows ever other week or something. I actually look at what guys look like and worry about them and actually want them to take time off because they look really bad. I thought this about Angle and he left (for a little bit). I also thought about this seeing Big Show not looking as fit as he once did. I'm glad that he left and that Angle has a much lighter schedual.

There is a ton of ways they could do it, and in the long run, it would benefit everyone.
