Now, I am a very picky/cynical wrestling fan myself, but I think since Batista came back in 06 he has greatly improved. Of course he can't work absolute miracles and put on amazing bouts with everyone, but I think he's a lot better, has a cool attitude and has improved with his ring psychology ALOT. Just my opinion, I think he's underrated. Of course a lot of it was due to Taker's experience, but Batista's abouts with Taker this year have been some of the best matches I've seen in a while.

I totally agree. I honestly don't see why so many people hate him. He actually can put on good matches. Yeah, obviously some aren't that great, but even the greats have been known to have a few crappy in-ring moments themselves. Batista is a good worker and he's also a good character over on Smackdown!.

He can put on a good match. But he's the John Cena of Smack Down!. Always in title matches or having the belt around his waist

Batista is the new Ultimate Warrior, and that's not a good thing.

He is no where near as horrible as people make him out to be. His matches with Taker prove he can go in the ring. His only problem is mic skills.

Put him in the ring with somebody like Undertaker or Triple H, and we're fine. But stick him in the ring with Khali, Mark Henry, Edge, or anyone else who needs their opponent to be a ring general? We're all ed.

Batista is the new Ultimate Warrior, and that's not a good thing. Batista is leaps and bounds above Ultimate Warrior. The only thing the same about them is the rope shaking.

I've enjoyed Batista's mic work lately. Batista has great delivery within the context of his character when given some good lines... I noticed this especially during his interactions with Edge and Vickie. He says what he needs to say and backs off... no promo wizard but gets the job done in his own right.

Ive been saying Batista was better than a lot of people give him credit for, for quite some time now.
Sure, hes no AJ Styles, or HBK, but he can work a good match, and I totally agree, his matches with taker this year have been MOTY material.

Sadbly, I am agree with you. But I feel John Cena was more worse than Batista, really. I think Batista and John Cena get criticism because they are champions for too long. Also pretty annoying to wrestling fans for some reason, as well.

My problem with him is that if he isn't against someone like The Undertaker, it looks as if he isn't even trying. He just goes through the motions in the ring.
At least Cena looks like he is really trying to improve and put on the best match possible.

Not a big fan of " Big Wrestlers " as Main Champions, Im really getting sick of it.
I really liked Batista around Late 2004-Early 2005, All of a Sudden a Member of the Evolution was Stepping up, and HHH didn't like the Thought of It, Which led to a Pretty good feud between them, got Sick though when Batista went to Smackdown though, Its always been Batista main eventing every f*cking Smackdown event right now, Its not really Batista's fault, Its the Creative teams fault for not making more and more Stars to compete for Titles, Right now Its basically the Same guys fighting for the Title over and over again..

It's actually the other way round for me. I really liked him & enjoyed his matches/feuds BEFORE his injury, then when he came back, I started to dislike him because something just wasn't the same. He wasn't as exciting as he was before.

He is defenitly underated. just like lashley.
batista acually goes to the top rope atleast once in a match and can put on a hell of a match.

I agree to be honest. Yeh he's a little stiff on the Mic, and not as flexible as most in the Ring, but he's got great Charisma, and looks like a real World Champion with the Belt.
I think Mysterio's always been underated too purely because of his younger fan base and image.

Try watching how horrible a Batista match is at an actual live event, it made me feel dumb watching it.

Well I for one don't agree.
He's a POS wrestler who has no respect or drive for the buisness and is in it only for the poon tang.
He has horrible matches and matches that are good, they are walked through by his opponent. He's a sorry ass human being and a sorry ass wrestler. Roids got him this far...Lets see how far he falls

He has improved since last year but there is still a large space for improvement with his wrestling skills. I still think he is overrated and should not be in as many title matches.
