I have two pairs of seats. My friend wants whatever one I choose not to have. Sec 346 Row C or Sec 314 Row L, what do you guys think is better?

Made the update for tonight.
XtremeSlim, I'll weigh the pros and cons for you in your decision:
Sec. 346, Row C
+ 6 rows closers to the ring
+ Good overview shot of the ring and ringside area
+ Closer to the announcers' tables
- No view whatsoever of the entrance
Sec. 314, Row L
+ Nice, near center view of the ring
+ Good view of the entrance
+ Less chance of signs popping up in front of your face
- 6 row further back
Both provide a great view of the action and you can also view the GardenVison monitors above the ring. It's really up to you.
