If TNA moved iMPACT to Monday Night, their ratings would plummet even lower than they are now. They can not compete with RAW.

This site that posted that news left out a major detail and that is SpikeTV does NOT want to move iMPACT to mondays. There fore until the end of the contract with SpikeTV (2009 I think) iMPACT isn't going to Mondays.

Kane should retire (kayfabe) and go teach English in some public school, where Matt Striker would bully the rest of the staff, forcing Kane to put on his mask and beat the day lights out of him...
I remember when Kane teamed up with Taker again, as Taker made his entrance, Kane was just smiling, he seemed REALLY happy. Maybe the guy just misses the good ole days...
I don't believe Kane has lost so much edge. He is older than 10 years ago, same as most of the Attitude Era guys still in the roster, but Kane's character has been weakened up, making him lose like 80% of the time. He's not even jobbing, he's been made to look weak.
He could still be a powerhouse and lose a fight without having to be made a joke out of.
I always wonder how WWE has so many characters too make up SO MANY INTERESTING STORIES and yet they lose time in stupid plots and lame characters...
Murphy's Law?

Both bore the hell out of me so if they did do this I wouldn't mind. Atleast TNA would try very hard so they wouldn't lose the few people they have now.

Lmao at TNA
Umaga did a hell of a job in The Elimination Chamber. The thing with another IC run for Umaga is that, he will still be in the mid-card. It's like with Razor Ramon, I loved Razor, great athlete, charisma and could deff carry the WWE title, but WWE never gave him the chance. Umaga with the strap would be a breath of fresh air to the title scene, a true savage, which could potentially set up a Street Fight with Triple H at some point, which I think would be like his feud's with Cactus Jack.
Besides the Undertaker, no one else is more deserving of a title run than Kane.

Please put the belt on Kane...PLEASE. All they need to do is have something happen to him that makes him totally flip out and turn into a monster again. Let like...MVP, Kennedy, and someone else "burn" him, forcing him to wear his mask yet again and just go on a rampage. That's when he's at his best.

Guys, TNA could compete with Raw. They got a 1.2.
Vince has no chance this time around.

tbh, I wouldn't care how bad Impact was, I would watch it and am sure alot of others would just to try and Make WWE improve there product like back in 1996-1998.

Good to hear about Umaga, I love his wrestling ability.
Jeff Jarrett is stupid if he tries to redo the Monday Night Wars.
Kane needs the WWE title once more before he retires.

If I'm not mistaken, around the time Kane was going to have the match that led to his unmasking, he said if he was unmasked he'd retire. They soon changed that to make it seem as if he was being persuaded to stay.
The Monday Night Wars can never happen, because TNA does not have a real draw, and neither does WWE. Sure, WWE has it's "remove all the big stars and hyperpush a jobber in jeans" tactic, but TNA's style of wrestling is considerably different. Another Kliq is needed.

Dont care much for the Kane news but the news about Umaga is good. He's a very hard worker and does deserve an IC Title run.

If TNA continues to grow in another 6-7 years I can see a Monday Night Battle between them.

TNA have no chance in hell of beating WWE in the ratings war. Infact, what war? there would be no war. TNA's product is shoddy. Yes they have some good wrestlers and some good matches but so does WWE and WWE is a much better, neater product than TNA's TNA need a direction because at the moment they're The New, Different alternative to WWE that's exactly the same as WWE with a lot of former WWE wrestlers. As good as some of the wrestlers they have are, you can't build a new house out of old bricks. Yeah but you can't attract fans with nodies like AJ Styles and Samoa Joe. They need a big name like Rock, Austin, or Hogan. Until then they will never get "Big" like WWE.

I'd like to start off by saying that that news is complete and utter crap. No way is any of that official!
1) TNA Don't stand a chance. Directly competing with RAW? Are they on drugs? Do they not realise that they are about as good as an indy promotion doing a WWE tribute show.
TNA VS RAW... What a laugh.
2) Umaga can't be pushed too much. He just wrestles. He has no real character. He can't talk. They should do a series of comedy vignettes with him, where he is learning english. Make him a stupid, but lovable character and then have him team up with Santino or something. The two guys could get mad at each other all the time in funny ways etc.
3) Total crap as i've already stated. Also, to the people posting saying he should put the mask back on.. Why?
Why would anyone ever want him to wear a mask again? Because we dont know what he looks like? Because he cant be an unstoppable monster without it? Because it makes him more confident?
We know what he looks like, his best "unstoppable monster" storyline was the unmasking one, and he stated many times that he didnt enjoy wearing a mask as it was uncomfortable in the ring, and it was him to pushed the idea to have it removed.
Anyone who wants the mask back either doesnt understand what the words "evolution of a character" mean, or are 8 year olds who want the mask back cos "it looks cool".
