I am happy with everyone who won, hope Geena wins the womans title soon, Scout vs Guide will be awesome, and it is for the main title. Glad Joey retained the Pure title, hope he has a long title reign. Wouldn't mind for Adam Matravers to have a run with the title in the future. Keep it up Jay.

Canadian Blondes look promising...the A* Alliance do too, but not The Shooters. You have a dude that kinda looks like Owen Wilson, and a girl? I guess that's a man, but seriously, it looks like a female. I hope they don't have a shoot-style MMA offense, because a guy that looks like that could NOT pull that off.

LMAO^^^ So true he does look like a girl. Maybe a bit of wrestling and someone might break him and force him to get surgery so he wont look like a girl anymore.
Billy Robinson "So Solid" Billy Robinson is a young technical worker from London, who looks to be a fine prospect. He has also been known to work under a mask as "The Parasite", although he seems to have dropped that gimmick since his rookie year. (Anyone want me to put the mask on him so we dont have to see his face again?)
Don Henderson "The Terror Of The Highlands" Don Henderson is a youngster from Scotland with good technical skills, who seems to enjoy stretching people with painful submission moves. He first came to people's attention with Ring Of Fire, where initially he was seen as a bland babyface, but recently has been displaying a grittier, more intense persona that has started to really catch on with the fans. He has also begun to get noticed for his tag team worker alongside Billy Robinson, as The Shooters.
Flash Savage "The Tiny Terror" Flash Savage is a very small lightweight worker, who has started making a name for himself with his work in Mid Atlantic Wrestling, where he is one half of the entertaining heel tag team The Canadian Blondes, alongside Oscar Golden. Not a great worker, his main selling point is his youthful boy band looks, which he works to his advantage. He also sometimes works under the name Percy Cution while working outside of MAW.
Oscar Golden "Pretty Boy" Oscar Golden is a young Canadian rookie, who has just started to make a name for himself in the business with Rip Chord's Mid Atlantic Wrestling. He is best known for teaming up with Flash Savage as the Canadian Blondes, an entertaining duo (and occasionally trio, with Huey Cannonball), who specialise in riling the crowd up with their arrogant antics. With a great look and rapidly improving skills, Oscar looks set to be a big star eventually. He is also an accomplished jazz pianist.
Ricky Turner "Straight A" Ricky Turner is a rookie who has good technical skills, and could become a big star if handled right. He joined MAW in 2005, where he works as Ricky Douglas. He has also tagged with Steven Parker as The A* Alliance which looks to be a top tag team in the future.
Steven Parker Steven "The Future" Parker is a young Canadian grappler who is just starting to make waves. Trained by Cliff "Dark Angel" Wilson, Parker spent the first few months of his career as a masked jobber in NOTBPW. In 2005 he became MAW's very first signing, where under Rip Chord's guidance he quickly blossomed into a fantastic prospect. In the summer of 2006 he won the MAW championship, cementing his place as one of the brightest young talents around. He is also tagging with Ricky Turner as the A* Alliance which could be a great tag team soon. Dates Canadian valet Dawn "Persephone" Coombs.

Wednesday, Week 1, December 2007The following matches have been announced for next Tuesdays Seasons Beatings Event: - Main Event - GCW World Title - Guide VS Scout
Parter faces Partner as The New Wave split up and take on each other for the World Title. Two great athletes with great knowledge on the other and the World Title in their eyes. This could be a tremendous match. Also Adam Matravers will be at ringside as he believe that he is the No.1 Contender and wants to see who wins the belt
- Hardcore Tag Team Match - GCW Tag Team Titles - The Elimination Agents VS The Caine Brothers
The Caine brothers got the win against the tag champs last month at Assassination and now they get a chance to do it again this time with the belts on the line. Can the Caine Brothers strike twice and beat The Elimination Agents or will the dominating champs shove right through The Caine Brothers?
[/li][li] Tag Team Debut Match - The Canadian Blondes VS The A* AllianceTwo new tag teams make there debut when they go at it but who is the best newcomers and possibly future tag team title contenders?[/li][li] Single Match - GCW Womens Title - Miss Information(C) VS Joanne RodriguezLast month at Assassination Joanne Rodriguez defeated Raven Nightfall to get the opportunity to face Miss Information for the Womens Title. Can Miss Information retain the belt against this new opponent or will Joanne rise up the ladder and take the belt from Information in her first defense?[/li][li] Single Match - GCW Pure Title No.1 Contender - Rod The God Todd VS Toby Juan KanobiRod The God Todd had a great opportunity last month as he faced Scout with the winner getting a World Title match. However just as Rod was about to win Joey Beauchamp appeared and cost him the match and maybe his only and last chance at the GCW World Title now he wants to get revenge but first he has to go through a man that impressed a lot of people last month against Joey Beauchamp Toby Juan Kanobi. Can Rod get the win and go on for revenge or can Toby do what he did last week and impress again and possibly get the win this time and a rematch against the cheating champ?[/li][li] Triple Threat - GCW Womens Title No.1 Contender - Geena The Warrior Princess VS Raven Nightfall VS Steph BlakeNow its time for more diva action and another no.1 contender for the Womens title needs to be crowned. Geena is on a roll so far and maybe she can continue on her quest for the gold. Raven however is desperate for another chance at the title belt would she let another chance slip between her fingers again? And then the underdog Steph Blake that people don't even notice and don't see as a threat, maybe she could come out of nowhere with an upset victory over the other two experienced wrestlers?Also:[/li][li] Joey Beauchamp explains why he attacked Rod The God Todd last month costing him the World Title match opportunity.Last month Joey Beauchamp cost Rod The God Todd a World Title match. Joey called it his Assassination on his myspace. Now at Seasons beatings he will face the crowd and tell everyone why he did the random attack on Rod The God Todd.[/li][/ul]
GCW Seasons BeatingsMedium EventHeld at the Paddington Club in South UK, in front of 47 fans.Pre show match – The Shooters(Billy Robinson & Don Henderson) VS Maxx & Billy MartinezThis match was just 5 minutes of beatdown on Maxx. Buff would not accept the tag every time Maxx got into his corner. Only once during the match did Maxx finally able to lean over and slap Buff causing the tag between the two. Buff then got into the ring and took out both Billy & Don. In the end Maxx was dragged back into the ring by Buff and then Buff suddenly came out of nowhere with a Two Handed Choke Drop on Maxx knocking out completely. Buff then left the ring and went backstage leaving Maxx by himself. Don Henderson as the legal man went over to the knocked out Maxx and locked in the Scottish Deathlock. Maxx couldn’t tap out though as he was knocked out so the ref ended the match awarding the win to The Shooters. The Shooters defeated Buff Martinez and Maxx in 5:56 when Don Henderson defeated Maxx by submission with a Scottish Deathlock after Buff Martinez turned on Maxx.Rating: D-Opening Match Tag Team Match – The A* Alliance(Steve Parker & Ricky Turner) VS The Canadian Blondes(Oscar Golden & Flash Savage)This was a really nice match and showed the talent of the two new teams. Steve Parker stood out the most as he is just so talented and seems like he could main event in the future. The match was quite even with one team controlling for a bit and then the other and swapping over every now and then. The Canadian Blondes did a lot of quick tags and so sometimes they would do one move and tag their partner in where as The A* Alliance tagged every now and then and did some good double team moves. In the end Steve and Flash were the legal men while Oscar & Ricky was outside fighting. Ricky took Oscar out by throwing him over the rail and into the crowd and then Ricky went back into the ring. Flash was in the ring trying to lock on the Canadian Crab submission move but Ricky clothesline him from behind stopping the move. Ricky then left the ring and went back to work on Oscar. Steve was now able to get to his feet and lifted Flash up onto his shoulders. He then spun him round and let go of his legs and drove his face and chest right into the mat with The Future Shock. 1…2…3! The A* Alliance defeated The Canadian Blondes in 7:15 when Steve Parker defeated Flash Savage by pinfall with a Future Shock.Rating: D Triple Threat Match – GCW Women’s Title No.1 Contender – Geena The Warrior Princess VS Raven Nightfall VS Steph BlakeThis was a pretty good match with Geena and Raven fighting it out with some great wrestling. Steph tried to stay away and only came in when she thought she could get an easy rollup and the win. However every time it didn’t work and after the first couple of times Geena and Raven caught her and began to double team. This brought Steph into the action abit more and so she stated pulling off some moves here and there. In the end Geena had Steph Blake on the turnbuckle and was going for the Amazon Plunge when Raven came out of nowhere and jumped up to the top. She then stood behind Geena and hooked her head in a sort of reverse DDT position while Steph is still on Geena shoulders. They then jump off with Steph landing in like a Samoan drop off the top rope and Geena lands back first on the mat from The Night Faller although luckily her head didn’t hit the mat and instead hit Steph. Geena didn’t move though as her body was still laying on Steph. Raven was next to both girls as she got hurt a bit too, she then crawled over to Steph and laid her hand over not noticing Geena already laying on her. The ref looked abit confused but he went down to the mat and used both hands as he counted. 1…2…3! Geena and Raven were both declared the winner. Once they got to their feet both girls didn’t know what to think as they looked angry. Geena The Warrior Princess & Raven Nightfall defeated Steph Blake in 5:44 when Geena The Warrior Princess & Raven Nightfall both pinned Steph Blake.Rating: D-Next up Joey Beauchamp comes walking out from the back. Joey gets a microphone and begins to speak. Joey says that last month at Assassination he was thinking and he decided that he is the next big superstar in wrestling and so he needs to do something to kick him into superstardom and what’s the best way but attacking someone in a high profile match. Well he looked at the two high profile matches and he saw Rod the God Todd. Well maybe it’s just him but he doesn’t think Rod is any sort of god and in fact he isn’t even good enough to get any time in GCW so he decided to cost him the match and an opportunity at the World Title. Joey says that Rod should now leave GCW because there’s nothing here for him except a beating. Joey said that he would beat him any time any place and that he would injure him when he does. However he says that time will never come as Rod probably can’t even beat the psycho with the Star Wars stick. Joey says that he is the next big thing and that nobody especially a so called god can do anything about it because “I am cool, I am The Breeze.” Suddenly Rod the God Todd comes running out from the back and gets into the ring to attack Joey. Joey Beauchamp sees him though and quickly rolls under the ropes and leaves the ringside area so he doesn’t get hurt. Suddenly Toby Juan Kanobi comes out and tries to take Joeys head off with his “Star Wars Stick” but misses as Joey runs to the back. Toby then goes into the ring and faces Rod Todd as the next match is underway.Rating: E+ Single Match – GCW Pure Title No.1 Contender – Rod The God Todd VS Toby Juan Kanobi This was a nice match. Toby Juan Kanobi did a good job and impressed just like last month. Rod also impressed and showed why he is a future main eventer. Rod had control for most of the match with Toby doing a few quick rollups and quick moves to get back in control and surprise Rod. In the end Joey Beauchamp came running down to the ring and got onto the apron he put his title in the ring and then jumped back of the apron. The ref turned around from Joey and grabbed the title belt getting it out of the ring. While doing this Joey got back onto the apron and stepped into the ring and went to attack Rod with The Breeze block however Rod saw it coming and so he quickly picked up Toby Juan Kenobi’s Light Saber that was lying in the corner next to him. Rod swung it around and hit Joey right in the face knocking him down. Toby then got back to his feet and tried to capitalize but Rod saw him coming and quickly kicked him in the midsection and then lifted him up onto his back so they were back to back. Rod then dropped him down with a Crucifix Powerbomb as the ref turned around. 1…2…3! Rod 'The God' Todd defeated Toby Juan Kanobi in 7:22 by pinfall with a Crucifix Powerbomb.Rating: D Single Match – GCW Women’s Title – Miss Information© VS Joanne RodriguezThis was a really good match. Both of them did a great job. Joanne really brought her A game as she beatdown the champion. Miss Information did well at defending and would come back with some nice shots to Joanne followed by some nice moves that’s surprising she didn’t win with them. In the end Joanne was trying to finish the match with the J Rocker when Geena the Warrior Princess came down to the ring. Joanne pointed at her and said something that nobody could hear. This distracted Joanne enough for Miss Information to suddenly come out of nowhere with a rollup that surprised Joanne Rodriguez. 1…2…3! After the match Geena laughed and walked to the back while Miss Information celebrated her successful title defense. Miss Information defeated Joanne Rodriguez in 5:57 by pinfall. Miss Information makes defence number 1 of her GCW Women’s title.Rating: D+Hardcore Tag Team Match – GCW Tag Team Title – The Elimination Agents VS The Caine Brothers This was a really great match and match of the night so far. Both teams did really well. They used a lot of weapons and really used the hardcore stipulation to the fullest. The Caine Brothers held their own with The Elimination Agents just like last month. The Elimination Agents though would tear through The Caine Brothers when they were in control. In the end Jason Caine threw a chair at Suicide that he caught. Jason then went to superkick the chair into Suicide face until Genocide came out of nowhere with a chair of his own and smashed it across the leg of Jason stopping the superkick. Suicide then used his chair and slammed it into the face of Jason knocking him down to the mat. Josh suddenly came in and tackled Genocide to the ground as the two rolled under the ropes to the outside. This left Suicide and Jason. Suicide lifted Jason up and lifted him up into the air. Jason fought back and was able to fall to his feet behind him. However his foot hurt too much as it gave way and he fell to the mat. Suicide turned around and lifted him to his feet where Jason fought back again as he shoved him away and then suddenly went for a superkick. Suicide though quickly pushed it away and grabbed him from behind. Suicide got him into a full nelson position and lifted him up into the air. Suicide then dropped him down with a full nelson slam right onto the steel chair. Jason’s head bounced off the chair as he landed knocking him out. Suicide quickly covered while Genocide & Josh were still fighting outside the ring. 1…2…3! The Elimination Agents defeated The Caine Brothers in 7:56 when Suicide Agent defeated Jason Caine by pinfall. The Elimination Agents make defense number 3 of their GCW Tag Team titles.Rating: C-Main Event Single Match – GCW World Title – Guide VS Scout This was another lovely match. Both men know each other so well so they had great chemistry together. Adam Matravers was at ringside watching the match and at times he would distract one of them and shout something towards them causing the other to take advantage. The match was very even with both men getting in shots at each other for the same amount of time. One would do something and the other would reserve and it kept going like that for a little while. In the end Guide went to hit the Guided Missile but Scout kept blocking it and then would try to lock on the Special Force which Guide would also block. This went back and forth until finally Scout locked in the Special Force. Scout drove Guide to the mat, flipped over into a bridge, and the hold was locked in. Guide fought and fought to try not to tap. He reached out as far as he could and was only an inch away from the ropes but he could not grab them. The crowd screamed cheering Guide on to make him reach out further. Even Adam Matravers had stood up and walked over to the ropes to watch closer. Adam then suddenly grabs the ref by the leg and drags him and pulls him hard so he sort of flies under the bottom rope and lands hard on the floor. Guide finally grabs the rope but the hold stays locked on as the ref is out cold. Adam sees this and quickly grabs the rope and pulls it further away from Guide forcing him to let go. Guide is unbearable pain and can’t hold on any longer as he begins to tap out like crazy. Once again though the hold stays locked on as the ref is out which makes Adam rethink what he just did to him and quickly picks him up and throws him under the rope and into the ring. It looks like the ref is about to come to when suddenly from in the crowd comes Barry Griffin. Barry goes over to Adam and punches him in the face a few times before clotheslining him over the guard rail and into the crowd. Barry then grabs the rope and pushes it forward so Guide can grab on. After a second Guide who is near to passing out grabs the bottom rope and pretty much drops his head to the mat looking knocked out. The ref gets up a bit and sees Guide has the rope in his hand and so forces Scout to let go. Scout gets to his feet and begins to celebrate thinking he has won the match as he wasn’t able to see anything that just happened. The ref tries to tell him he hasn’t but Scout won’t listen. Guide gets back to his feet slowly by using the ropes while Scout is on the top rope still celebrating. Guide quickly gets over to Scout and drags him off the top rope and gets him into a suplex position. Guide then drops him down the side head first hitting the Guided Missile. Guide then lies on top as the ref counts. 1…2…3! Guide wins the World title as he gets up and celebrates his victory. Suddenly Adam Matravers gets in the ring and attacks Guide but before he can do anything Barry Griffin suddenly comes in and attacks Adam stopping him from hurting the new champion. Guide & Barry then both team up and throw Scout & Adam out of the ring as both men then continue to celebrate. Guide defeated Scout in 10:43 by pinfall with a Guided Missile. Guide wins the GCW World title. Rating: C-Final Rating: C-Quick Results:- The Shooters def. Maxx & Buff Martinez
- The A* Alliance def. The Canadian Blondes
- Geena the Warrior Princess & Raven Nightfall def. Steph Blake
- Rod The God Todd def. Toby Juan Kanobi
- Miss Information def. Joanne Rodriguez
- The Elimination Agents def. The Caine Brothers
- Guide def. Scout

This is going good, great detail. I like that this time that you've gone with no real life stars although it could be interesting if you brought in a couple of guys, either way Im happy. Glad Todd and Beauchamp are gonna go at it for the Pure Title, but what exactly is Todd's gimmick, Im guessing he's just playing God, but TEW only said it was a controversial gimmick. The Cananian Blondes could be good. Anyway keep up the good work bro.

Any one of the guys in the main event could of won and it would of been interesting, so Guide winning is cool in my eyes. The Elimination Agents keeping the belts is good and The Diva matches arn't really my thing, but Geena for womans champ. no Joey Berchump on the card. awwww. Apart from that tiny yet huge flaw. (haha) I really enjoyed the show. Keep it up, Jay.

Saturday, Week 4, December 2007Last night GCW held GCW Seasons Beatings at the Paddington Club and drew 47 fans. The feedback is great it seems to have been a great show from them especially of that size promotion. GCW seems happy with how the show went. They are a bit disappointed with how the attendance is going. It may only go down by a bit but that could be a lot in the long run.
GCW are thinking about going to other arenas in the UK. How ever they seem to like The Paddington Club who have been very loyal to GCW since its opening. GCW will probably continue thinking about this and most likely a decision will be made after the next event.
GCW have also been thinking about a Weekly event. They feel that although the monthly events are going great a weekly event could help and also help develop some of these feuds that going on. However a lot in GCW also feel they are too small to hold weekly events and they should wait a bit longer until they grow. One thing wrong with this is that there may not be a day that GCW could hold it without losing talent. Since a lot of their talent can work in many different promotions at once and looking at schedules there is usually only one day a month they can hold their event.
The World Title match last night has been called a complete success. The match went they way they wanted to and lots of people seemed to have enjoyed it. GCW are really pushing for a Guide/Adam Matravers feud but don't know how to pull it off just yet. Don't think however that Scout will be left out just yet. GCW also want to keep Scout in the feud so they can have a triple threat match in the future.
Lot of rumors flying around about Barry Griffin. Some have said he walked out of his touring contracts, other have said that he was never supposed to appear and it was actually unscripted, and others have said that a deal has been struck between GCG(Golden Canvas Grappling) & GCW. Well the truth is that Barry Griffin was allowed to sign any contracts he wanted however he could only appear once or twice. Well GCW had contacted Barry Griffin about working their last event of the year which Barry really wanted to do. Barry asked his current employer GCG and they were more then happy to accept and allow Barry to work the show. However this does mean that Barry wont be returning to GCW right now and it was just one appearance. Could something happen in the future between GCG & GCW to get Barry Griffin back on the roster, well never say never as anything can happen in Pro Wrestling.
Lots of talk about whats going to happen with the tag titles. Some say The Caine Brothers will get another shot. Other have said that The A* Alliance will get a shot or The Canadian Blondes. None of this is 100% right now although its more likely for The Caine Brothers to get another shot and possibly the title reign.
The plan right now is to have a fatal four way match for the Womens Title. Geena & Raven both won the match and so they both should get there shot but GCW also wanted to add Joanne into the match to make it a really great diva match.
GCW are still thinking of stuff for the Joey Beauchamp/Rod The God Todd feud. They really want it to continue another few months at least but just have not come up with the right idea to make it continue long enough. Expect however Joey retaining the Pure Title for quite a while.
Its being said that GCW are very unhappy with Jed High. It seems he never told GCW about working somewhere else and on the same day as Seasons Beatings. GCW had plans for Jed High to either have the opening match or the pre show match at Seasons BEatings. However an hour before the event GCW got worried as he didnt show up. Finally Jed called them and told them that he was working elsewhere which really annoyed them as they had to come up with The Shooters VS Maxx & Buff Martinez right before the event started. No word on if Jed High will be punished but some would guess that he will.
In a couple of days is the end of year awards for Pro Wrestling. Awards like Wrestler of the Year, Young Wrestler of the Year, Promotion of the Year. Also the Top 100 list. 100 of the best wrestlers of that year will be put on the list. GCW will bring you as much info as they can about these awards in the next couple of days.
Also GCW have been thinking about its next event and it should be anounced next week just after the awards.

However I will say none of my roster was on it although past signing in my PEW game Koshiro Ino was in it and he was number 91. So was past PEW signing Jack Griffith who was number 81. IF anyone knows any Cornelleverse wrestlers you can ask me and I shall look them up and see if they are on the list.

Tuesday, Week 1, January 2008Another month, another event. GCW has announced its next event for Friday, Week 2, January 2008 called GCW New Dawn Rising. Matches for the event will be announced next week.
Josh Caine & Jason Caine have both demanded a rematch for the tag team titles on their myspace page. No news however on if they will face The Elimination Agents at New Dawn Rising.
Also more arguments over title belts in GCW. It seems Scout & Adam Matravers have been arguing to each other on their websites. Scout feels that he was screwed last month and that the match was over and he won and so now he wants a rematch. Adam however is saying that he should get his shot at the title belt as Scout has had his chance and he failed.
Also some news on Billy Robinson. It seems he has been some major responses about being in GCW. The regular GCW fan does not seem to want to see Billy at all and wish he was never signed. Other GCW fans seem to not care about him as they feel he wont go anywhere anyway. GCW Management are currently thinking of something to do with Billy so the fans will start to like him however they would rather not go down the road of releasing him after the last releasing of Kelly Martin & Lance Martin. They feel they do not need to release everyone just because the fans don't like him and instead will try and improve Billy Robinson as much as they can.
More news on Jed High it seems he has been taken off all future GCW events so far. Whether he has been suspended or released has not been revealed yet. People that have seen Jed High out and about have asked him about it but he always says no comment and walks away. It seems nobody in GCW know whats going on even long time partner Toby Juan Kanobi has no idea whats going on.
It seems the UK has been on a big fall lately. The Economy has been dropping like mad. Even the Wrestling Industry is starting to die. A lot of people feel that the UK scene needs something big to bring it back to life however nothing seems to be coming that will do that. Some people really want big promotions in the USA & Japan to move over to the UK to help them out but no promotion is willing to leave its home country. The biggest promotion in the UK right now is 21st Century Wrestling which is a regional size and doesn't seem to be growing any bigger or helping the UK out in any way.

Wednesday, Week 2, January 2008The following matches have been announced for this Fridays New Dawn Rising Event: - Main Event - GCW World Title - Guide VS Adam Matravers
Adam Matravers & Scout have been arguing over who is the rightful no.1 contender. Well GCW Management had a hard choice to make but in the end said that Adam would get his chance at the World Title. Guide & Adam go back to that great match at Assassination. Unlucky for Adam he lost to Guide who went on and won the World Title. At the end of that match Adam said rematch and now he has finally got it. This time however it will be a Tables Match to decide the World Champion. Also like Adam was last month, Scout will be at ringside this Friday.
- Tag Team Match - GCW Tag Team Titles - The Elimination Agents VS The A* Alliance
The Elimination Agents went through The Caine Brothers and successfully retained their Tag Team Titles. Now its the biggest opportunity for the newest tag team in GCW. The A* Alliance impressed enough against The Canadian Blondes that they will face the The Elimination Agents for the Tag Team Titles. Will The Elimination Agents be able to tear through another tag team or are the newcomers going to be able to pull of an upset over the more experienced champs?
- Tag Team - GCW Tag Team Titles No.1 Contender - The Canadian Blondes VS The Caine Brothers VS The Shooters
After the match between The Elimination Agents & The A* Alliance there will need to be new No. 1 Contenders. The Caine Brothers are pissed off that they dont get a rematch and they will take it out on the new new tag teams. The Canadian Blondes unsuccessful against The A* Alliance but did impress enough to get into this match. The Shooters had to be placed in this match for legal reasons that nobody knows as of right now. However could this new team come out of nowhere with a victory and go on for the tag team titles?
- Fatal Four Way Match - GCW Womens Title - Miss Information(C) VS Joanne Rodriguez VS Geena The Warrior Princess VS Raven Nightfall
Geena & Raven both won the No.1 Contender match and so now they both will get a shot for the Womens Title. Lucky Joanne Rodriguez gets another chance at the Womens Title this month thanks to Geena. Since she distracted Joanne costing her the match, Joanne will be added into the mix. Miss Information has a lot on her plate at New Dawn Rising as she defends against all four women. Can she dodge all 3 of them and end up retaining or can someone come in and take the title from her waist?
- Single Match - GCW Pure Title - Joey Beauchamp(C) VS Rod The God Todd
This goes all the way back to Assassination. Joey Beauchamp cost Rod The God Todd a World Title opportunity. Joey says that to boost him into superstardom he had to "Assassinate" someone and who better then Rod The God Todd. Rod is now out looking for revenge and after avoiding interference from Joey Beauchamp he was able to defeat Toby Juan Kanobi and get a shot to finally face Joey Beauchamp at New Dawn Rising for the Pure Title. Can Rod get revenge or will Joey sneak & cheat his way to another victory?
- Triple Threat - Buff Martinez VS Maxx VS Toby Juan Kanobi
Buff has been dominating Maxx. First from interference after a match he had two months ago and then again last month when they were a tag team. Buff turned on Maxx and cost him the match. Maxx is now red hot with anger as he cant wait to get his hands on Buff. Now Toby Juan Kanobi has been added to the mix can he stop Buff or will he be helping Buff to destroy Maxx once and for all?

GCW New Dawn RisingMedium EventHeld at the Paddington Club in South UK, in front of 108 fans.Pre show match, Evening Gown Match – Carol Carr VS Steph BlakeThis match was just something to entertain the fans before the show and so both of the divas could be used tonight. The match however was better than expected. The fans seem to have really liked the match. In the end Steph Blake tried to do a move on the ropes by jumping on them. Carol however ran over to her and was able to stop the move and tie her up in the ropes. Carol then proceeded to strip Steph Blake and win the match. Carol Carr defeated Steph Blake in 2:58 when Steph Blake was stripped.Rating: DOpening Match Triple Threat Match – Buff Martinez VS Maxx VS Toby Juan KanobiThis was an alright match especially for an opening match. Toby did really well as did Buff Martinez. Toby most of the match would team up with Maxx and attack Buff Martinez. Buff would try and shove one away and then go to work on the other. This worked until Maxx & Toby began to attack his legs so he could hardly walk. Finally Toby & Maxx began to fight which the fans really liked until Buff came back and took both men down. Buff then did his Two Handed Choke Bomb and tried to pin. Suddenly Toby Juan Kanobi came out of nowhere and hit the Kanobi Kutter. 1…2…3! Toby Juan Kanobi defeated Buff Martinez and Maxx in 5:08 when Toby Juan Kanobi defeated Buff Martinez by pinfall with a Kanobi Kutter.Rating: D Triple Threat Tag Team Match – GCW Tag Team Title No.1 Contender – The Caine Brothers VS The Canadian Blondes VS The ShootersThis was an elimination match so when one person in a team was pinned or tapped out their team would be out. The match was pretty good. The Caine Brothers & The Canadian Blondes made the match really great when they wrestled. The Shooters on the other hand was not as good. Don Henderson did pretty well however Billy Robinson did pretty badly. It seemed like he looked bad on purpose as well like the other two teams was trying to bury him and that added to the fact that the whole crowd was booing him and wanting him to stop wrestling did not look so good. In the end Flash Savage locked in the Canadian Crab forcing Billy Robinson to tap out. Then it was just The Caine Brothers & The Canadian Blondes. These two teams wrestled each other for a tiny bit which was really good. Suddenly Oscar went for the Golden Shower but Josh Caine reversed and clotheslined him over the ropes. Flash Savage then tried a rollup on Josh Caine but wasn’t the legal man so the ref could not count. Flash began to argue with the ref when suddenly Josh got back up and did a huge superkick to the face of Flash knocking him down. Also right behind Flash was Jason Caine who quickly rolled him up right after the kick. 1…2…3! After the match The Caine Brothers celebrated and did the belt around the waist taunt as they pointed to the back at The Elimination Agents or could be new tag team champions The A* Alliance. The Caine Brothers defeated The Canadian Blondes and The Shooters in 7:51; the order of elimination was The Shooters first, and finally The Canadian Blondes.Rating: D Fatal Four Way Match – GCW Women’s Title – Miss Information(C) VS Joanne Rodriguez VS Geena The Warrior Princess VS Raven NightfallThis was a fantastic diva match. All four divas did really well. Geena dominated for most of the match with Raven coming in to stop her and taking over. Miss Information did good she was pulling off some good moves and almost pinned Raven at one point. In the end Raven had just taken Miss Information out on the outside of the ring and then got back inside with Joanne. Raven then suddenly grabbed Joanne and tried to hit The Night Faller. Joanne reversed and turned it around into the J Rocker and she hits it driving Ravens head into the mat. Joanne is about to cover Raven when all of a sudden Geena gets into the ring and smacks something hard across the back of the head of Joanne. Unfortunately the ref could not see the item as it was smaller then Joanne’s head and so it blocked the weapon. Geena quickly placed the weapon back in her clothes and rolled Joanne over and pinned. 1…2…3! After the match Geena celebrated with her new Women’s Title. Joanne was unconscious in the ring and a huge puddle of blood began to appear and as EMT’s lifted her head up there was a big huge cut across the back of the head. EMTs rushed her to the back and then into an ambulance that went right to the hospital. Geena The Warrior Princess defeated Miss Information, Joanne Rodriguez and Raven Nightfall in 6:30 when Geena The Warrior Princess defeated Joanne Rodriguez by pinfall after using a foreign object. Geena The Warrior Princess wins the GCW Women’s title.Rating: D+ Tag Team Match – GCW Tag Team Title – The Elimination Agents(C) VS The A* AllianceThis was a good match. The Elimination Agents showed why they are the most dominating tag team and The A* Alliance showed some really good skill and that they could be tag team champions. The match was pretty even although The Elimination Agents dominated early on followed by The A* Alliance using a couple of underhanded techniques to get the upperhand. In the end Steve Parker was left in the ring after Ricky Turner got knocked out on the steel steps. Suicide & Genocide began to double team him but Steve was able to counter and force Suicide over the top rope. Steve then went on the attack on Genocide and then tried to finish him off with The Future Shock. Genocide broke free though and then lifted him up into the air. Genocide then ran towards the corner and slammed Steve back first into the turnbuckle in a powerslam sort of way. Genocide then held on and had Steve stay on the turnbuckle. Genocide grabbed Steve’s head which was facing upwards towards the ceiling and then pulled him off and hit a huge neckbreaker of the top rope. 1…2…3! The Elimination Agents celebrate when suddenly The Caine Brothers run down to the ring and confront The Elimination Agents. Before anything happens though The A* Alliance are back up and begin to attack The Caine Brothers. They don’t touch The Elimination Agents however but they do point to the tag team titles as they walk off. The Elimination Agents then hold their tag team titles in the air as they stand over the lifeless bodies of The Caine Brothers. The Elimination Agents defeated The A* Alliance in 7:36 when Genocide Agent defeated Steve Parker by pinfall. The Elimination Agents make defense number 4 of their GCW Tag Team titles.Rating: DSingle Match – GCW Pure Title – Joey Beauchamp(C) VS Rod The God ToddSuch an amazing match. Both men did all they could to win and to prove just how good they are. Rod went right to work early on as he is still pissed off about getting screwed 2 months ago. Rod wanted revenge badly as he just went all out on him with all sorts of strikes and kicks and then hard moves like powerbombs and neckbreakers. Joey would come back later on after hitting a lowblow and an eye rake. Joey took control and began to beat down on Rod. Sometimes Joey would begin to choke at Rod and he would use the full 5 count to his advantage before finally letting go so he wasn’t DQed. In the end Rod fought back and ended up shoving Joey over the top rope. Joey quickly snatched up the GCW Pure Title from ringside and instantly the thought of two months ago when he hit Toby Juan Kanobi with the belt to beat him came through everyone’s head. Rod leaned through the ropes to grab Joey just as Toby did two months ago. Joey then turned and went to swing the belt at Rod’s face. Rod Todd saw it coming though as he pulled his head back and pulled the title out of his hands at the same time. Rod then dropped the belt and grabbed hold of Joey Beauchamp and dragged him into the ring. Rod then lifted him up onto his back into a crucifix position with Joey & Rod back to back. Rod steps forward a bit and is about to go for the Crucifix Powerbomb. Joey quickly breaks free and slides down his back and onto his feet. Joey then rolls Rod up, pulls on his tights and quickly places his feet on the ropes. 1…2…3! Joey quickly rolls out of the ring and begins to walk up the ramp as the ref hands him his belt and he celebrates. Rod looks on from inside the ring and seems to look really angry as he begins kicking the ropes pissed off that Joey got the win. Joey Beauchamp defeated Rod 'The God' Todd in 7:56 by pinfall with a handful of tights. Joey Beauchamp makes defense number 2 of his GCW Pure title.Rating: C-Main Event Table Match – GCW World Title – Guide VS Adam MatraversThe way to win is to put your opponent through a table. This match was the best match so far in GCW. Both men did a great job; the crowd was going crazy throughout the match. Both men did everything to each other, using weapons and all sorts of great moves onto each other. Guide had early advantage until Adam took control after a lowblow. Both men went back and forth with advantage. Also either man could have gone through a table at any moment but right at the last second they would be able to break free and would not go through the table. Scout was at ringside but did not do anything really until the end he just sat there watching the match and cheering and booing like a regular fan. Sort of like how Adam acted when he was at ringside a month ago. In the end of the match Guide and Adam both battled in the ring with right hands when Adam quickly pulled out a kendo stick from behind him, leaning on the turnbuckle, and hit Guide across the midsection with it. Guide went down to his knees and Adam quickly dropped the kendo stick and went over to a table that stood in the ring. Adam pulled it over to a corner and then lifted Guide up and rolled him onto the table. Adam taunted a tony but and then climbed onto the turnbuckle and had his back to Guide and looked out to the crowd. Adam then went to go for his Mile High Moonsault when suddenly Scout got out of his seat and jumped onto the apron. Scout shoved Adam off and his neck landed on the ropes hanging him in a sort of way. Adam then fell to the mat as Guide got off the table. Guide didn’t know what was going on but saw Adam down and quickly got him to his feet. Guide lifted him up into a suplex position and then dropped him down with The Guided Missile through the table! Guide picked up the victory and retains his World Title. Suddenly Scout gets in the ring and attacks Guide knocking him down. Scout then locks in the Special Force until Adam Matravers comes to and gets up. Adam begins to attack Scout as both men exchange right hands. Adam then clotheslines Scout over the ropes and turns around. Guide is back to his feet and hits Adam hard in the face with the GCW World Title knocking him to the mat. Guide then holds up his World Title as New Dawn Rising ends. Guide defeated Adam Matravers in 9:31 when Adam Matravers was put through a table after interference from Scout. Guide makes defense number 1 of his GCW World title. Rating: B-Final Rating: CQuick Results:- Carol Carr def. Steph Blake
- Toby Juan Kanobi def. Buff Martinez & Maxx
- The Caine Brothers def. The Canadian Blondes & The Shooters
- Geena The Warrior Princess def. Miss Information, Joanne Rodriguez, & Raven Nightfall
- The Elimination Agents def. The A* Alliance
- Joey Beauchamp def. Rod The God Todd
- Guide def. Adam Matravers

Nice show as always you deliver on your cornellverse.
The main event scene is looking good with Guide/Scout/Matravers.
I didn't really care who won between Beauchamp & Todd but at least it was dirty and they can continue their feud.
Sorta wish the Canadian Blondes won but the Geenocide Agents/Caine Brothers could be good.
And Toby Juan Kanobi cracks me up every time.
Keep up the good work.

Saturday, Week 2, January 2008Last night GCW held GCW Seasons Beatings at the Paddington Club and drew 108 fans. The feedback has been amazing its seems to have been a perfect show for them. GCW have said to be over the moon with how it went. GCW like how their attendance has sky rocketed right up to the 100's. GCW are also really happy about how good the main event was between Guide & Adam. GCW are so glad how the new year went and hope this continues for the rest of 2008.
Guide VS Adam Matravers was such an amazing match everyone in GCW enjoyed it. Its said that GCW cannot wait to put on Guide/Adam III but they don't want to do it anytime soon and will instead wait until later in the year.
The plan right now for the next event is to have three triple threat matches for three main belts. Its said that Guide will defend against Scout & Adam Matravers, Joey Beauchamp will defend against Rod The God Todd & Toby Juan Kanobi, and finally that The Elimination Agents will defend against The Caine Brothers & The A* Alliance. However none of this is 100% so dont expect it incase it doesnt happen.
More news on Jed High. It seems Jed High has been verbally attacking GCW online for the past week. He has however not revealed what GCW has done to him or why all this hate suddenly showed up. Jed High went to his other promotion last night and held up a sign that someone in the crowd had saying GCW fears Jed High. People have still been trying to talk to Jed High about it however he will not comment on anything except saying bad things about GCW.
Billy Robinson seems to be getting a lot of heat it seems people backstage dont like him either and even his own tag team partner Don Henderson has been reported to have said mean things about him. Also last night in the Tag Team Title No.1 Contender match its being said that The Caine Brothers & The Canadian Brothers tried to bury Billy Robinson as much as possible during the match. Its said even Don Henderson was involved in coming up with it. Its said that nobody will be punished for burying him however there has been some that think Billy will be released very soon which GCW did not want to do but may be forced to do.
GCW is saying that Joanne Rodriguez has been injured and will be out of action for a little while after the shot to the head by Geena last night. Expect now a Raven Nightfall VS Geena feud over the Womens Title. For some reason Miss Information her self declined being put in another feud for the title as she feels she needs to improve some more before going after it. GCW respect her decision and have told her the feud will be there waiting when shes ready.
Joey Beauchamp Vs Rod The God Todd has been going good so far. GCW have really been stumped lately however about how to continue the feud. Right now possibilities of Toby being added back into the mix to push the feud forward a bit and also others have said that Joey will face Rod one on one again and this time lose the belt and then they will start a feud where the title goes back and forth between the two of them. However nothing is official yet but either way GCW really want this feud to push them into the main event.
Finally GCW will announce its next event for the month of February on Tuesday, Week 1, February.

Great show, glad Joey Beauchamp kept the Pure Title and than Geena won the womans title, Guide/Adam Matravers seems to be going well and the three-way over the world title is going well. Toby winning is alright and the preshow match doesn't interest me. The Elimination Agents winning is good and I am happy with teh Caine Brothers going over.

Thursday, Week 3, January 2008GCW have released Billy Robinson & Maxx. GCW ish them the best in all their future endeavors.
No word right now on why Maxx was released this comes as a shock as he seemed to have something small going with Buff Martinez. Although some in the company say that Buff was close to being released but for whatever reason he was not. Billy Robinson on the other hand everyone expected him to go and everyone knew that GCW could not do anything to help him.
