Anyone else bothered by the size of BB figures?

I mean their nice looking and all but I am an avid collector of Marvel MOVIE style figures and would have looooved to get my hands on a Batman, Ra's and Ducard of that scale. I mean the comic ones by mattel are Marvel legends scale. It pisses me off. I even saw a Ducard and Ra's Al Ghoul regulars and rare varients the other day on black friday and just was totally turned off of buying them. I hate it
