I'm a huge fan of the weird world of the 70's, so it goes without saying that I love the Shaw Brothers. Lots of their films are known by different names, these are the ones that I can recall.
Five Deadly Venoms The Spearman aka Flag of Iron Chinese Super Ninjas Crippled Avengers One Armed Boxer Master of the Flying Guillotine The Sonny Chiba Street Fighter series. Magnificent Butcher.

Sonny Chiba's Streetfighter is great. I'm actually working on a film in that vein, as many of my friends are martial artists...
But anyway, let me think of some that haven't been named.
Ong Bak (if you liked the protector, you'll love this) Hero (such a gorgeous movie) Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon The One (not the best, but it's really cool) Bruce Lee: A Warrior's Journey (Great Documentary, also contains the lost fight scenes from Game of Death) Kickboxer Lionheart is fun Surf Ninjas, that's always good.
I know I'm forgetting something I really love... I'll have to come back to this later, I guess.

I've literally seen Rumble in the Bronx about 17 times.

Bruce Lee: The Dragon Story
I watched it 1,000 times as a kid, and I don't even particularly like martial arts films. It covers his life as well, so there is story there as well. Not just constant fighting.

I love Hero and Fearless. Pretty much anything with Jet Li.

Sidekicks, starring Joe Piscopo, Beau Bridges, Danica McKellar, Richard "Bull Shannon" Moll, the late Jonathan Brandis, and Chuck Norris as himself.
Dude, I'm serious. It's like the Karate Kid, if Daniel had Chuck Norris as an imaginary friend.

I'm a comedy fan, so I gotta vote for Kung Pow: Enter the Fist.

Hitman - Jet Li ETD - Bruce Lee Rumble In The Bronx - Jackie Chan - most Jackie films are very entertaining, may want to check out his earlier films too - Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Stars - very good little film that. Best Of The Best 1 & 2 - 1 i highly recommend. Some Van Damme films, pretty goo: Double Impact Sudden Death - not really martial arts more of a Die Hard replica. No Retreat, No Surrender Kickboxer I highly recommend A.W.O.L./Lionheart/Wrong Bet, very very enjoyable film and lots of scenes with combat in. BloodSport too. You can't go wrong with the Mortal Kombat films too, just let you're imagination run wild and enjoy two cool looking asy to watch movies .

Man, I forgot about Kill Bill! I wish they would finally release the whole blood affair...
Also, don't watch the regular cut of Game of Death, it's butchered so bad... Just watch the documentary "A Warrior's Journey" It's awesome and has the 45 minutes thought to be lost from GoD.
Sidekicks isn't much of a martial arts movie... but I listed Surf Ninjas, so nevermind...
Karate Kid 1 and 2 are both great. I love thosse movies a lot.
Best of the Best is also a really cool movie. I'm a pretty big Eric Roberts fan though
Kung Fu Hustle is sweet, I'm glad I got to see it in theatres.
I can't believe how many movies I forgot to list before... Especially since they are some of my favorites...

Ill go out and be biast and say any and all Bruce Lee films. Pick up the box set from FYE, its in like a real shimmery silvery box with Bruce's face on it. I will also add that Bruce Lee is my hero, and I hope one day I can be just as good of a person that he was. Always remember, only the good die young.

The fact that only one other person besides me mentioned Fists Of Fury makes me ashamed to be a fan of Kung Fu movies.
