Nice. The Gung Ho 2-pack is the only one I have't seen in the wild yet. I'm definitely grabbing it when I do though. Brought back memories of being at my grandmother's house in West Orange NJ and walking up the hill on Eagle Rock Ave to the Bradlee's/Caldors dept store and picking up my GI Joes. First one I ever got was Breaker. But when I got the Gung-Ho there he quickly became my favorite. That's an awesome memory. My everything Joe store was Jamesway when I was a little 'un. My mom took me there every time she did her grocery shopping (the grocery store was right next to Jamesway) and would get me a Joe or two. Good times.

Will they ever make G.I. Joe based on the Community episode? I want a WINGMAN figure!

Would anyone have interest in a classic SERPENTOR figure?
Recently found one in a box in my closet. He's in great shape, minus the inner rubber band being a bit loose (still in-tact, but not tight like a new figure would be). Has his cobra cowl, but missing the cape, scepter, and glider (had them all at some point, but don't know what happened to them).

Hope some old timers like myself will get a kick out of this. I did my first cosplay today at Toyconn 4 in Parsippany, NJ. I went as a broken 1974 talking GI Joe Adventure Team Air Adventurer figure. Complete with a broken zipper, fast-talking voice pull-string, missing ring & middle fingers & an unlit Black Cat fire cracker on my back. I won 2nd place & $25! Probably one of the nerdiest/geekiest things I've ever done, but I had fun!

I remember back in the mid-70's I had just gotten my first talking Joe at a store called Valley Fair in West Caldwell. (It used to be in the A&P Shopping center on the corner of Passaic Ave and Bloomfield Ave.) I took it into the West Caldwell Shop Rite and it got swiped as I was getting my gumball out of the machine. Still pisses me off almost four decades later. lol As for that show we missed you by a week. My Brother-in-law asked me to go with him to it, but he got the date wrong and we went a week late. lol

I finally found the Gung-Ho/Shadow Guard set at TRU. Got home and my Shadow Guard's arm snapped off. I'm a lil PO'ed, but we all know I didn't buy the set for him.

That sucks but at least Gung-Ho is good. My Gung-Ho has been standing on my PS4 since I got him. He has been joined by the Stackdown Sting and Mystery Mini Piper and Hacksaw. lol

Are you talking about Zombie-Vipers? I think I only saw them in stores once. Theyre expensive on ebay and only had one version, so they must be kind of hard to troop build.

I didn't see any. And the only Joe stuff I see now is the Spirit vs Storm Shadow 2-Pack for $10 at TRU.

My TRU has tons of unsold Blowtorch/HEAT Viper 2packs which they put on clearance for $3.90. Not a good sign for the line

I think it's pretty safe to say GI Joe is dead until the next movie comes out. We didn't really get all that much for the anniversary and I don't recall anything being announced or shown that hasn't already hit.
