Man three months now and not a single new Joe post. Such a shame that this line is dead. In the 70's the 12" Joes were such a major part of my childhood.

Man three months now and not a single new Joe post. Such a shame that this line is dead. In the 70's the 12" Joes were such a major part of my childhood. I got excited when I saw there was a new post in the Joe thread, but then got here a saw it was just a post complaining about how there aren't any new posts lol. I agree with you, its sad that the line is dead. I didn't grow up on the 12" Joes but grew up with the 3 3/4" Joes. I played with my GI Joes all the time. My GI Joes were not just my GI Joes, they were my wrestlers, my superheroes, I think I even used them as Ninja Turtles once or twice. They were such great figures. I really wish they would attempt a 6" line similar to Star Wars Black Series or Marvel Legends. I would probably buy them all. I actually bought an extra WWE Hall of Fame Slaughter with yhe hopes that some day we will get a GI Joe 6" line.

I thought they were talking about it back when they first showed the 6" SW. I would have totally purchased these... Gung Ho Flint Breaker (always had a soft spot for him, because he looked like the 12" Action Team Joe) Stalker Airborne Duke Falcon Leatherneck Torpedo Doc Shipwreck Snake Eyes Dial Tone Redondo Wet-Suit

I think it's pretty safe to say GI Joe is dead until the next movie comes out. We didn't really get all that much for the anniversary and I don't recall anything being announced or shown that hasn't already hit. The Rock has 4 movies coming out and is attached to 12 other movies, but none of them are GI Joe 3. The line is dead

Joe is part of the shared universe with Micronauts, Visionaries, M.A.S.K. and Rom.

Boo! None of those are Joes I would buy. lol I'm going to skip them all but the zombies. I had planned to army build 100 of them and make a giant zombie lab dio. I got around 40 or 50 then they dried up and got super expensive. So I'm glad to see that pack.

Nice! I'll be getting some Zombie packs, probably the Special Forces 3-pack, and maybe the 2-pack with HD and Stiletto.

And I want the joe con zombie set. But I've yet to see anyone with a bagged set. Only seen the boxed set. Bagged sets usually go for at least a hundo cheaper.

When I was a kid, I didn't really like the WWF Hasbros. It was cool having WWF figures but once you got past the action features, you were kinda limited to the moves that each figure could do. I wanted figures that you could move a lot and do a lot of moves with, so I started using my GI Joes as my wrestling figures. I totally did the same. They made the best wrestling figures. Road Pig was a heavyweight monster in my fed.

The Masked LuchadorThey really did. I wrestled with my Joes all the way until after Jakks released the Bone Crunching figures. Then it became too time consuming trying to run both of those at the same time. So since they weren't making new Joes and I couldn't bring in new guys and evolve my company, I decided to go with the BCA figures that were cranking out new figures regularly. I always wanted to revisit my Joes Federation but never did. Had a lot of fun with them though.

I saw a post about Ollie's stoes selling a SDCC exclusive set. I think it's from 2015 and it has a Hiss tank in Joe colors and Skystriker in Cobra colors. I'm not sure if I have that 100%, but the guy had a pic of the box with an Ollie's price label. Still not super cheap at $50.

Saw over on Hisstank that the new Joe 2 and 3 packs have been showing up at TRU. Might be worth a look if anyone is interested. I'm going to head out to check tomorrow.

I saw a Snake-Eyes/Storm Shadow pack and a Zombie Viper pack today, but at $18.49, I restrained myself. I might buy the Snake Eyes/Storm Shadow pack next week.
