Does anyone here like 3 Doors Down? I liked some of their older stuff and thought they were pretty decent. I heard their newest song It's Not My Time 2 weeks ago, and this is a very good song IMO which has really turned me on to the band. So, what is your opinion on them?

I have just heard the song used by WWE for Eddie Guerrero's tribute and I thought was a pretty good song.

They are among my 5 least favorite bands of all time. The singers voice just irritates the hell out of me. Not as bad as U2 though.

I don't mind them, though I do get sick of them awfully fast.

They are pretty good. I love several of their songs, but the rest of them dont do much for me. Solid band, nothing amazing.

I was a fan until I saw them live. It was actually the day after the September 11 attacks and it was the first day that they changed from good upcoming rock band...to a band who makes every song they write, every video they do etc have something to do with the ing war. They also put on an incredibly boring live show. It's the only time I've ever left a concert before it was over. But at the time, I was mainly there to see Nickelback who opened for them. Though I'm honestly not all that into their stuff these days either. But they were good live.

Anyone who says they aren't a kick ass band live is just talkin smack. I've seen them twice and they put on an awesome live show. Lots of pyro as well.

3 Doors Down was always the band that I listened to casually when on the radio but never anything more than that.
About three years ago, though, I saw them live when going to see Staind and Breaking Benjamin. Of course 3 Doors Down was the headliner, I figured if anything I'd stick around to see how their performance was.
It was that performance that really turned me onto their music, I don't know if they've simply gotten better since Suckasays saw them or what, but I loved their live performance, they put on an amazing show and played their hearts out.
I still don't listen to all of their music, or even that often, but I do appreciate it, and I respect them a lot.
I do really like the new song, though.
