I bet her record company is pulling their hair out about this one. Way to destroy your family-friendly, role-model-for-little-girls public image, dumbass.

ummmm first off Chuck D wasn't a gangsta rappper, but Public enemy did a lot of songs that attacked the gorvernment and were big on black power and black superiority. and a lot of there songs were very anti-white and for some reason they had more white fans than black. "ummmm first off" lol @ that. I never said Public Enemy were gangsta rappers. My point was that if the national government can be scared enough of a black music group to tap their telephones, that you never know what the government is capable of. Do I buy into anything Alicia Keys said in those quotes? Not really. My point was that you just never know though... Also, I know every Public Enemy song inside and out. Every last one. Show me one anti-white song they released. You can't. On the flip side, there is nothing wrong with being proud of who you are and wanting more for people that share your heritage. Black pride is not a bad thing and is nothing to be scared of. It is no different than people who are Irish wearing green and being proud of where they came from. Just because someone is "pro-black" doesn't make him "anti-white." As far as songs that "attacked" the government, what is the difference between what Public Enemy does and what John Stewart does? What is the difference between PE and Stephen Colbert? What is the difference between PE and any white person in the media that is hard of the government? Should we be tapping Lewis Black's phone?

I always thought gangsta rap was created by blacks to scare whites.

How does music kill people again? And is this just like the government having the cure for Aids and just holding out on those with it. Their way of population control?
