I do about 100-200 sit ups, however I do not do push ups a lot, so about 20.

what yall hope to accomplish by doing so many sit ups yeah, crunches make you feel the burn so much more than regular situps. i'm skin and bone and struggle to put on muscle, so i shouldn't be talking about these sorts of things.

I've done a few time contests, last time I did situps timed I got 70 in a minute and when I did pushups I got 60 in a minute.

My school is really good at track so we excersize a lot. At gym 25 and 25. Track though, 50 pushups, 50 sit ups, 5 laps around the track. Not finished in 5 minutes? 100 pushups, 100 situps. And that is just the friggin warmup...........

Actually I think they are more like crunchs, what's the dif? I am working on my abs so.... Crunches are much, much more effective. Of course, all the situps/crunches in the world mean nothing without a diet.

Yeah I'm pretty much the same, I can do alot of sit-ups, not fast, just alot of them. But push-ups, I suck at.

i can do sit ups almost endlessly, and pushups around 70

Situps can get tiring after a while, and crunches are a lot funner in my eyes and they are more effective on your upper abs. I really haven't counted before, but I could probably do about 40-50 pushups, and about 100 crunches. Again I never really count, but I could probably do more.

I can usually put away 2 6 packs of push ups. HAHAHA best thing ever uhh we just tested in school and i did like 50 some sit ups in a minute but pushups i can prolly do 20 without stopping.

I almost did 300 situps once, I think around 260 actually in like 5 minutes but i can't do more than maybe 30 or 40 pushups.

guys im 14 and i can do 35 pushups and over 100 situps. i guess its coz im a gymnast.
