One of my favorite artists currently, goddamn how ahead of your time can you be? Stunning. He continued to reinvent himself in the 80's and such, which I think is amazing.
What's your favorite track from Bowie? Mine is "The Man Who Sold The World".

tbh, his 80's stuff was crap imo.
His late 60's & 70's stuff was incredible though. My favourite album by him is Hunky Dory, with Andy Warhol and Queen Bitch being my favourite songs. Aladdin Sane is great as well.

Used to like him, now I think he's kind of a poser. His albums from the 70's are pretty good, but everything he does comes across as insincere..

I am not the biggest fan of his, but i'm a fan none the less... i've always liked life on mars (and his take on comfortably numb on David Gilmour's live DVD)

I'm pretty far out That's pretty far out man I'm orbiting Pluto! Drawn in by its grooveatational (grooveatational) pull I'm jamming out with the Mick Jaggernauts And they think it's pretty cool, man.

Never really liked him, and I'm a HUGE fan of 80's music. His best work was in the 70's, in fact he's more well known for his 70's work.

I like Seu Jorge's Portuguese covers from the Life Aquatic soundtrack better than the real versions.

He's got a good sackful of awesome songs, but a lot of his stuff is just too new wave for me.

"Hunky Dory" is an awesome album. I've found Ziggy Stardust overrated compared to a lot of his other work. It's a good album, but it's also the only one a lot of people seem to know.
