Well, as some of you know, my PC messed up a little while back, and it still won't let MSN Messenger, Norton Auto-Protect, or Mozilla Firefox connect to the Internet.
I told my friend Charlie at work about it, he's a real computer guy, and he said it sounds like the firewall is causing it. I told him I turned off Firewall in the Control Panel, but it still didn't work, and he said I'd have to try turning it off with Ctrl, Alt, Delete.
I can bring up the list of programs, but I cannot for the life of me figure out which one is the firewall. Can anyone help?

Sounds like your friend Charlie could.

Try spraying water on it.

Could be more than just the firewall. It's possible the problem is with the ISP or the individual programs.
